Chuck & Chuck at Waldwick Auto delivered an exceptional 5-star experience while servicing my cherished 1965 Chevrolet Corvette. I entrusted them with general maintenance tire replacement, radiator hose fix, and an oil change. Their professional approach, consistent updates, and outstanding service surpassed my expectations, all offered at a genuinely fair price. A big thank you to the entire Waldwick Auto team!

Chuck really knows cars, especially classics that dealerships and other mechanics no longer work on. He is onest and trustworthy, which is difficult to find nowadays. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND his shop to anyone looking for auto service big jobs or small.

Chuck and his team provided exceptional service! I urgently needed a battery replacement, and despite calling just 20 minutes before closing, they assured me they had it in stock. Upon arrival with my kids, they swiftly installed the battery, making the experience seamless. The friendly staff even accommodated my children with some candy. I got drawn into these guys from the good reviews on Google, it fooled me.My car was chugging on the highway, after pulling the code it said it had something to do with low pressure in the fuel rail circuit. I was about an hour from home but was staying at a close by family member's for my safety.They held my car for 4 days and all they did was change the oil filter and claimed to spend time diagnosing.They called me a few times in those 4 days and refused to give me any transparency on labor costs.After each call they gradually started quoting me more and more expensive parts to repair. I started getting the sense they were trying to gouge me because I told them I'm not from the area but i kept silent about it. They slipped that my car started working fine magically.Since they seemed dodgy and didn't wanna tell me the cost of anything I told them I'd roll the dice and drive my car as is and if it comes up again then I'll deal with it. On top of that they never gave a straight answer as to what the problem was. They kept saying "it could be this" or "it could be that".When I go to pick it up they were acting friendlier than you would expect anyone to act to a stranger and it was clear why when they hit me with a bill for $600 when all they did was change my oil filter and tinker with it, quoting 3 hours of labor.After paying they slipped that they experienced something similar with other cars. So rather than going to the issue they've experienced prior, they spent 3 hours over 4 days "diagnosing" for nearly $600... which they never even really diagnosed.I was played, lesson learned.

I ve had 2 experiences here, one for a simple tune up on an old Honda civic, and one for a malfunctioning lock on a new Mazda suv, and both times Chuck (co-owner) has been phenomenal to work with. They re responsive, personable, and straight with you. Prices were 100% reasonable and I d recommend any of my friends or colleagues to this excellent shopServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Father/son team who work hard for their customers. Have been taking care of my mom's cars for years. Great service and bedside manner,and reasonable prices too. Courtesy customer pick-up and towing too.

Best auto shop around. Chuck and Chuck Jr have worked on my 04 Jeep Wrangler a number of times. They re trustworthy and do good work and get it done promptly. I dropped off my 2014 SRT8 Challenger this morning for Quick Time Performance (QTP) exhaust cut outs added to my Challenger. The cars sounds awesome when the exhaust is bypassed. Chuck and staff are great and very friendly service. They treated my car like their own. This auto shop get two thumbs up in my book. Thanks!

This is the best shop hands down for all your classic and current auto needs. Chuck and his guys did a great job on my 1984 c10. The amount of comments I received on how good it sounds is unbelievable.I highly recommend him for any repair big or small. These guys are the real deal. Honest and trustworthy is hard to find now a days but they hit the nail on the head.

This crew took care of my 2003 Chevy Avalanche that got 300,000. Miles and now my 2013 Chevy Avalanche. They also took car of my daughters car and now my son's car. They are honest, trustworthy and love what they do......and do it well. Always reasonably priced and go above and beyond. I highly recommend them, and will never have to go anywhere else.

Brought in a truck I was thinking about purchasing in for a look over of the frame to determine if it was rusted guy behind the desk came out got under and gave me honest input what rust issues it had and showed me what things to look for on that model truck so I can do it myself next time.then wouldn't take any money from me.i didn't buy that truck but I did find one since I knew what to look for that I did purchaseI live 90 miles away but if I was closer they would get my future business
