if i could give negative 10 stars i would. this place is horrific they have been holding my grandmas car hostage for over 4 months she was in a minor fender bender and they make excuses every week of why its not finished. disgusting service i would sue them if i had time. don t go they will take their time to get money from insurance company. thiefs.

Repair took 8 weeks - the last 3 weeks I got 6 emails that my car would be ready the next day. Since the car was not able to be driven I had no access to the car. They refused access to the car to look for my sons passport. They treated me completely disrespectfully and made me file a police report and an insurance report to tell me the passport was not in my car. Today after spending an extra $120 to expedite 2 passports I picked the car up and the passport was exactly where I said it was .I have never been treated so rudely.Service: Body & Trim

The people here were incredibly kind. I got a screw stuck in my tire and was with a 2 year old in 95 degree weather. Every place i called to patch my tire not only wanted to charge me a small fortune, but also was not available for hours to fix it even with a child. J&J dies not fix tires however they did it anyway. Had me come right away because i was with a 2 year old, played with her, fixed my tire, and only charged me 10$! Also absolutely refused to accept a tip from me. They were generous, and definitely restored my faith in humans.Service: Tires

J&J has handled all of our collision repairs. They are very professional and keep you posted with their time line. Liane, the receptionist is very pleasant and helpful. Terrible. Zero quality control. Trim pieces not pressed into place, tape still on car, front bumper "looked" good (paint) until I grabbed it down low underneath and lightly shook it. The entire front bumper was loose. They might have put half of the plastic rivets and screws back in. I walked in and asked for assistance.The service advisor came out with me to view the car about my concerns with an attitude like he ate nails an broken glass for lunch. He never looked me in the eye. Do not go here.

This place has the absolute worst customer service. Our insurance company had us bring our car here for a leaky sunroof repair. They told us that the part they needed wasnt made anymore. However they said that they sent out all the interior to get cleaned from water damage. This took about 2/3 weeks for them to complete. Then once we were finally able to pick our car back up we saw that they had broken two plastic pieces inside. The seat adjuster and another small plastic part, also the airbag light was suddenly on. They told us they would have to order the parts to fix it. We left our car with them only to have another week and a half go by with no update. Finally we said to give the car back and call us when the parts came in to fix it. We had to call them about 2 weeks laterThey told us the parts were in. When we brought the car back... it was the WRONG PARTS. THIS WAS IN THE WINTER. WE STILL HAVE YET TO HEAR WHERE OUR PARTS ARE. THE PLASTIC PIECES ARE STILL BROKEN. Meanwhile the leaky sunroof was never fixed because they told us the parts are unavailable/ discontinued. We brought it to dodge where they told us it was installed backwards, and they replaced it with a NEW ONE. Which is so strange since JJ said we couldn't get the part. They charged us a lot of money to "send out the interior for cleaning" when it really just looked like they shop vac'd it and left our car with damage. An extreme rip off, and a huge mess. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. NOONE EVER ANSWERES THE PHONE AND NOONE SEEMS TO HAVE ANY ANSWERS FOR YOU. AN ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I was just recommending this place to my mom. They are so good here have helped me with scratches, dents, and replacement parts. They are honest and reasonable - will never have my car repaired at the dealership again.

I cannot tell you how professional and friendly the staff is. I worked with Keith and he is awesome!! My car looks great and I could not be happier! I highly recommend J&J!!!

Worst place to bring a vehicle to be repaired. Completely obnoxious and when damage was found after repaired I was told it was my eyes. I highly doubt that seeing as I have twenny twenny and I do not wear glasses. And I'm not a moron. The only reason I had to go there was for my auto insurance through USA a and this is how they treat veterans.
