I went in with a very specific request for a Toyota that I was interested in. Patrick was awesome! He took his time sitting down with me and going over various options for vehicles. Given the times, it s incredibly difficult to get the exact vehicle you want. Gone are the days of walking in to a dealership and leaving that day with exactly what you want. Patrick went above and beyond by showing me models that were similar to what I wanted and allowing me to test drive them. I ended up finding a different car that I liked even more than what I originally had sought out. Unfortunately, it was a more rare vehicle and trim. However, he was able to put me on a list to allocate one when it was being built. The wait was originally 4-5 months and he ended up getting me into the exact car I wanted a few months sooner which was awesome. The entire staff at Toyota of Vineland was pleasant to deal with and I will continue giving them business.

My experience with Vineland Toyota was awesome n outstanding!!! Gerald Lewis is the best dealership agent I ever had. His mannerism is outstanding. I met him two years ago n I told him I would b back. All I have to say is that young man needs a raise in pay. He was outstanding in everything. Even when I took a test drive , he showed me where to go , where I could really get the feel of driving my suv clearly n safely. He is so patient, kind, n knowledgeable about his job. I highly recommend him to anyone. The staff was amazing n so friendly as well. U guys get an infinity star from me. Shalom n God bless

Today was my first time buying a car alone. Patrick E. was my sales rep and was wonderful. Every question I asked was answered clearly. He is very to the point and leaves every option up to you. It s always your choice which is a nice feeling for a dealership. If you want a Toyota I highly recommended working with Patrick.

Gerald was so helpful and easy to work with. I was so happy with how much help I got from Pat, Gerald and Felix. Pat gave us help with narrowing down some interests. Gerald worked with us through the whole process. Felix got me the exact car I wanted. I was looking for a rare color and package and they were able to allocate the vehicle and get it within a week. The whole process was easy and seamless. They worked with me in advance to get all my paperwork setup and upon purchase I was not long at all. They helped me out without making me feel any pressure. Overall a surprisingly stress free experience.

Pat is the BEST sales associate!!!I gave him the exact specifications that I wanted in my car as well as the price point...and he had the car delivered to the dealership within 4 days. He's very knowledgeable about cars and willing to go the extra mile to respond to my calls in a timely manner. He's a no nonsense sales associate. I highly recommend Pat for your next auto purchase. From start to finish, Toyota of Vineland and their amazing sales consultant Adam, provided me with the absolute best experience imaginable. They worked with me and my husband for several weeks, ensuring we d get the car that I wanted. After 15 years with my Focus, it was time to get something fresh and new and I can t thank this dealership enough for making this happen. Adam was very respectful, responsive, and extremely hard working. The process was smooth and honestly the easiest experience in terms of purchasing a car. Thank you so much, for everything!

This was, by far, one of the easiest car purchases I've ever made. Adam Propert is a great person with whom to do business. He helped me find EXACTLY the car to fit my needs within a reasonable budget. He answered all my questions. My NEW Corolla Cross is perfect with even a few extras. Everyone on this dealership is so nice and helpful This is the 3rd time our family had had the opportunity to deal with Adam, and we will keep coming back

Mr McCormick, and his team(Scott and Christopher) helped to assure a steering wheel issue will be resolved for my certified Camry, which was recently purchased in Florida. They were kind enough to offer an emergency appointment to assure vehicle was safe to drive until issue is fixed under warranty.

My experience at this business was outstanding. Maria from the service department efficiently arranged a convenient appointment for my Toyota's 5k service. The wait time was impressively short; I arrived at 8:30 am and was done by 10 am.The service waiting area was clean and well-organized, allowing me to comfortably work on my computer. Additionally, the staff's consideration for my mobility issues, by having my vehicle ready right outside the door, was especially appreciated.Overall, I rate my experience a 9.5 out of 10, with special thanks to Maria for her excellent service.

After having been in a motor vehicle accident and in desperate need for a new vehicle, the sale representative Lee Russo worked well within my budget to give me the best options available. We settled on a low mileage 2018 Toyota Camry that drove amazingly well and included luxury options uncommon for the base model.After finishing the finances with Anthony in his office, they issued me a 5 year platinum warranty and GAP coverage that not only barely raised the monthly payments, gave me ease of mind while leaving the lot knowing that Toyota of Vineland were honest and have my back.Couldn t thank them enough! Highly recommend you give this dealership a visit.

I had come to Toyota of Vineland in early January looking for a new GR Corolla, and Lee Russo and his team there were able to secure one for me in short order. They provided timely updates and were very professional, and before I knew it I was hitting the road in my brand new GR Corolla with all the bells and whistles!

Janet was the most incredible partner walking me through this process! We had some hiccups, but the entire staff was SO extremely accommodating, understanding, and helpful. Even the gentleman that walked me through my warranty & coverage information was straightforward and made everything easy to understand.It was also super nice to have people working here that still knew my area of NJ - some even live in my neighborhood!Really felt like they wanted to get me the best deal and couldn't have asked for friendlier service. I definitely feel lucky that this was the place I ended up purchasing my car after looking for over 3 months.Thanks for everything!

Pat Eschert is absolutely wonderful! We said we were just gathering information before making a decision and he assured us the he was not going to pressure us. He gave us information on the vehicles we were interested in and when they would be coming in. Pat asked if we would like to test drive one that was on the lot. He explained all the features of the Rav 4 Hybrid and how the hybrid worked. We are now the proud owners of a 2024 Rav 4 Prime Hybrid. We were never bullied or pressured. Pat made the whole process a pleasure!

Very happy with the used Highlander we purchased on September 6, 2023. The vehicle came as a Toyota Certified Vehicle giving us sense of security in it. A misunderstanding was quickly handled and cleared by a manager. We are pleased with our purchase and the interaction with everyone involved in the sale.
