My family and I have been coming to this Honda dealership for as long as I can remember! Everyone is so welcoming and truly feels like family! Jerry is especially personable and down-to-earth with a great sense of humor! I never feel pressured. If anything, I ve never laughed so much at a dealership! Thank you, Jerry, Mike C. and Dan for working with us today and making the process so smooth and fun! I appreciate you guys!

While waiting for my Odyssey to be serviced, I walked over to sales to check out the inventory of used cars. My son was in the market for one. Jerry Volpe, our previous sales associate, was very helpful and showed me several cars in my son s price range. I relayed the info to my son and later in the week we stopped back. Jerry was courteous, straightforward and patient and helped my son through the purchasing process.

I just bought my Honda pilot elite last night from Scott Honda. Rachel was the first salesperson I sat with weeks ago. She spent the time listening to what we were looking for and kept in touch when the color I wanted came in. Thanks so much Rachel! She moved to internet sales so when we came in we worked with Eric who is so patient even when I was very indecisive. He is very knowledgeable and always answered my messages promptly when I had questions. When we finally came in to purchase the Pilot, Eric was so fast and efficient. He explained each document and we never felt rushed . The whole transaction was easy fast, and smooth. I recommend Scott Honda if you want to purchase a vehicle! They are very professional and treat their customers right! I also recommend the Honda pilot elite of course. It is the best in its class and rivals the luxury brands!!. It is an exceptional suv! We just bought a Honda HRV sport just want to Bragg a little of the great service our sales person was, Cecilio Morales, he was so very patient with us especially me.i could not make up my mind. he made sure we left with the vehicle we really wanted I especially liked that he made sure that everything was done right concerning paperwork, asked questions if he was not sure of something. Him being bilingual helped quite a bit. The experience of buying a new car was not as bad as I expected from past experiences. Will most definitely highly recommend him to my friends Carmen and Edwin Cruz

We had the most amazing car buying experience at Scott Honda of Vineland! Everyone we encountered was super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and not at all pushy. I would highly recommend Scott Honda of Vineland to my friends and family with confidence, based on this experience.We came across a 2021 Honda CR-V that caught our eye while browsing online on a Sunday. We submitted an inquiry and were contacted by Rachel Miller, the internet manager who invited me in for a test drive on my way home that Monday. Upon arrival at the show room, I was greeted by the smiling faces of Cecilio (CC) Morales & Eric Roig. As directed, I asked for Rachel, who introduced me to CC, my sales rep. While CC brought the car around, Eric offered me a soft drink and I thought, oh my, these sales people are so genuinely friendly! CC took me out on the test drive and highlighted the finer points of the CR-V. My family is a Honda family and we had already done our research and decided we were in the market for a newer model, low mileage Certified Pre-Owned CR-V. This car checked off all the boxes and was already priced well, but still a little over my budget. I didn t want to drag out the process so I presented CC with my bottom line offer. He discussed it with his manager, Steven Benn, and they were able to meet my price in order to close the sale. From test drive to hand shake took less than 90 minutes! Since it was after banking hours, I promised to transfer the funds and bring a check the next day. Unfortunately, on Tuesday morning I found that the funds would take at least 2 more days to clear, meaning the earliest my check could be cashed would be Thursday. I presented CC with my situation, asked him to hold the car and offered to make a significant deposit until the full amount was available. CC spoke with Steven Benn, called me back and told me I could still take the car that day, even though they could not cash my check for 2 or more days! My daughter and I met with CC and Eric Roig, late Tuesday afternoon to complete the paperwork and drove our new car home on Tuesday, within an hour of arriving at the dealership and about 24 hours after my test drive! The funds cleared late on Thursday afternoon and, true to their word, CC, Eric and Steve held the check until I gave them the ok to deposit it.There s a culture at Scott Honda of Vineland that is refreshing! This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! We love our new Honda CR-V and Scott Honda of Vineland!

This is my 3rd lease here since 2016, every time has been super easy. Jerry is the best , always gets me in the perfect car every time ! The service department is great as well . If you re looking for a new car I recommend Scott Honda.

My experience with the salesman particularly Jerry Volpe, he went above and beyond and satisfied with a great buying experience. I ve just purchased my 2023 ridge line RTL-E and Jerry was overall a great guy and treated me and my wife like if we were family. Scott Honda in Vineland has a great over all sales team. Jerry is the real deal. I've purchased 6 cars from Jerry over the last 10 years. He always finds a way to get the deal done, and never hesitates to go above and beyond to accommodate his customers. I can not recommend him highly enough if you are in the market to purchase a new or used car in South Jersey.

The experience at Scott Honda has got to be one of the best experiences my wife and I had in a long time. Every time we go to a dealership we usually plan a long and painful day out. Not this time. It was quick and very smooth. Starting with Cecilio our Brand consultant. Cecilio was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Cecilio just set the right tempo from the very start. I also want to thank Steven the GM and Michael the sales manager for a very pleasant and seamless process to the very end. A big thumbs up to the team at Scott Honda for an overall best experience. We will highly recommend them to everyone!

Couldn't ask for a smoother faster and pleasant transaction! Michael Cafarelli and his staff made our car leasing a complete pleasure! My wife and I have leased 2 vehicles from Scott Honda in the past 3 weeks. The wife got her Accord and I got my Brand new Honda CRV . We are completely satisfied and would give 10 stars if we could ! Anyone looking for a great new or used vehicle I'd strongly suggest Scott Honda ! See Mike and I'd also like to give Jerry Volpi an A-1 rating in helping us along the way also! I have purchased numerous vehicle's from Scott Honda (formerly Rossi Honda) over the years. The buying process is always transparent and smooth. I have never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2024 Passport Trailsport and the General Manager Steven Benn, Senior Sales Consultant Jerry Volpe and Sales/Leasing Consultant Eric Roig were nothing short of amazing. They simply treat you better period.

I recently purchased a 2024 Honda CR-V from Honda of Vineland NJ, and I couldn't be more delighted with the entire experience.My sales guy Eric was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly. He answered all my text messages in a prompt and professional manor. Once I stopped into the showroom I did not feel pressured and he was very accommodating.My experience in the finance office was surprisingly efficient, and I felt confident that I was getting a fair deal. The finance team explained the terms clearly, and there were no hidden surprises.The paperwork was handled promptly, and I appreciated the dealership's commitment to making the transaction as seamless as possible.In conclusion, my experience with purchasing my Honda CRV surpassed my expectations in every aspect. So with only a month left on my current lease I decided to go to Scott Honda to see their inventory and explore my options. My Salesman 3 years ago was Juan, so I meet up with him again. After finding a fully loaded Honda CRV in my choice of color he went to his managers office and advocated on my behalf on the payment I was comfortable making. After the second visit he gave me a great payment and threw in a warranty. I highly recommend my salesman Juan along with Scott Honda management & Financial team to anyone reading this review.

I just bought a 2024 HRV from Scott Honda today and was very pleased with the whole experience. When I called last week, Rachel answered all my questions and helped streamline the car buying process. Then Mike, who I spoke to in person, helped me breakdown the numbers and agree on a more than fair price. Finally, the day of purchase, Jerry explained the cars features and answered the last minute questions, making me and my wife feel very confident in our decision to buy with Scott Honda. I can t recommend this group enough!

Almost thirty years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Cafarelli. As a newly married and VERY young couple, we came to the dealership in search of a Civic. Mike was amazing! He recognized we knew what we wanted and I had done my research (as evident by the folders and financial calculator in my hand). Mike quickly made us both feel comfortable and happy and as a result, he gained a customer for life. This was the first sale of many as I continued to look to Mike when I was in need of a new vehicle. Again, Mike was straight-forward, friendly and understood my needs. Yes, it is a salesperson's job to 'sell' a car, but Mike took the time to listen, explain and walk through all my questions without the pressure, continually showing patience with my analytical mindset. As time passed, I began to send all my friends and family to Mike. Over the years, every Honda purchase was made through what is now the Scott Honda dealership with Mike's assistance. Over time, Mike has moved up in the ranks, but always takes the time to help. Most recently, I was in the showroom as my Si was in for an oil change. Mike came over as he always does to say hello and catch up when my eye caught a new Type R. I purchased my last Type R in 2018 (from Mike) and regretted trading it in a few years later taking advantage of the high trade-in being offered. To make a long story short, Mike ran some numbers and offered me the opportunity to correct my mistake. He made it easy. I said yes, and Mike passed the process over to Eric Roig. The tremendous customer service I've grown accustomed to with Mike continued with Eric. He walked me through the remainder of the purchase and despite knowing this wasn't my first rodeo, he made sure to cover all aspects of the purchase. From functions of the new car to making sure I was comfortable while the paperwork was prepared, Eric was patient, courteous and treated me like family. I couldn't ask for better treatment. By the time I sat with Dan Pio, the Finance Specialist, it was quick and easy. Dan helped review the secondary coverage options which I took advantage of considering the cost of tires and rims on the Type R. He made it quick and easy and before I knew it, I was out the door. Between the relationship with Mike and the simply outstanding service I get in the service department, I would absolutely recommend Scott Honda. It's been almost 30 years and I've yet to find another dealership that has treated me with the same level of service anywhere.

Thanks to Michael over at Scott Honda in Vineland From 8am to almost 7pm this past friday he worked on getting me into my brand new Honda CR-V, while I was at work, he kept me informed throughout the day, regarding my credit, trade in value and everything in between, he stayed past his work time to ensure I would have my car by the end of the day! Beyond happy with his effort to help, very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone there was very nice at Scott Honda left with a brand new 2023 Honda CR-V hybrid sport off the showroom floor.
