Carter at RK Kia gave me a fantastic deal on a new Telly. He went above and beyond expectations in trying to locate the vehicle I requested for 3 weeks. I couldn t be happier with the overall experience with the entire staff. No haggling, gave me their best price upfront. For me, it s all about trust and integrity and Carter delivered!! Courtney at Kia went above and beyond to get the car I wanted. Her customer service was excellent. She listen to what features I wanted in a car and made it happen. Everyone was friendly and worked hard to make the right deal for us. Will definitely be going back to Courtney and RK Kia from now on.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! I have purchased two vehicles from RK. Always professional and never high pressure sales tactics. Jefry Herrera was my sales consultant, I would highly recommend him. He made purchasing my vehicle so easy. I am a woman alone and they made me feel heard. Which I appreciate that immensely.I come to RK for service and have had the same positive experience with the service department. They also offer a shuttle when you get work done.. amazing for a single woman.

My wife and I just fulfilled a dream by buying a new 2024 Telluride EX from Sales Consultant Jefry Herrera at RK Kia of Vineland.We're 81 and don't remember how many cars we've purchased, but this was by far the easiest and most pleasant encounter ever. Jefry was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and above all, a straight shooter. He guided us through our choices, got us a great price, and helped us through some credit glitches. Lastly, he patiently spent lots of time showing us how to work the many digital feature this car has.To say we are happy is an understatement. I've already given his card to two friends; if we had the money, I'd buy two more, just for fun!PS - Jefry's sales manager and finance person were equally helpful. Like I said, RK made buying a car a great experience - when was the last time you heard THAT?

Today, I bought a beautiful car that I couldn't be more excited about. After about 2 months of searching and going back and forth with options, Kalina found the perfect car for me. She was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the process and really worked hard to get me into something that had all the features I desired for a great price. This is the second time she's helped me find a great car and I'm so grateful for all of her help! Highly recommend :)

RK Kia of Vineland is the place to purchase the car your dreams desire! Jessica Magee changed my entire life after I thought I was just coming in to test drive a car: I drove off the lot with my brand new 2020 Mercedes Benz! When I walked in, all I seen was that this dealership supports Breast Cancer Awareness. This was very special to me due to the fact that I just overcame Stage 3 Breast Cancer in May. This isn t just your typical dealership, this dealership has a HEART. They will do whatever to make it work and I never experienced another dealership that made me feel at HOME. Honestly, I could sit here and write a book on how Jessica, Andrew, & the whole entire RK Kia Team blessed me and my little family but GO FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF!!! I walked in with a smile and left in tears of joy!!! God is so good, thank you again Jessica!_PINK HEARTS FOR SANDY _

If I could give them zero stars I would. The service manager, Brian is a scammer. I was lied to about a mandatory LUX care charge for $1670 and an optional theft protection charge. He charged me this despite being told I did not want the service. He also sent me an email stating the LUX care service was free to ALL CUSTOMERS. He tried to say this is not the same service but comparing what is offered on the maintenance plan and LUX care proves otherwise. I would not recommend this dealership!

I had such a great experience at the RK Kia in Vineland. Courtney was absolutely wonderful and made me feel so comfortable into my steps of buying my first car at a dealership! I felt understood, appreciated, and an overall extreme sense of kindness. She is a great asset to this dealership!!

I have had an amazing experience buying a car from this dealership and even when I was in a very bad accident where my vehicle was totaled Courtney who was my salesperson was still there for me every step of the way helping me with the GAP insurance and anything I needed help with. Best believe when I am ready to buy again I will head to RK Kia of Vineland!

Wonderful experience purchasing my new Kia Sportage with Jessica Magee! She was incredibly personable and made the entire car buying experience so easy & seamless. From beginning to end, she was non-pressuring, informative, and professional. After the whole process was complete, she even sat in the car with me to show me all the great features my car had to offer. The entire team at RK Kia of Vineland was so friendly and welcoming as well. Definitely recommend this dealership for your next car purchase!

I had yet another amazing experience at RK Kia! I bought my first car with RK Kia in 2020 with Andrew, which was a great fit for me. I was ready to trade it in for something new, and that s where Kalina stepped in! She set up an appointment with me to take a look at options that were in my price range. After figuring some numbers out and seeing countless options, I found the perfect car for me that I went home with today! Kalina, along with all of the staff at RK Kia, were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Her and the staff s ability to help me find a great car that fits my needs is absolutely appreciated. Kalina did an amazing job making my life easier and affordable. She was assisted by many others who were just as helpful. This was the easiest time that I have had at a car dealer and they were extremely patient, nice, respectful and knowledgeable. I had the BEST experience at RK Kia because of the serendipitous nature of being assigned to Trinity K. I had just been in an accident earlier in the week, and the day before my first visit I learned my car was likely totaled. Trinity is technically from RK Chevrolet, but she showed me a Cross Trek, a Sportage, and a Trailblazer on my first visit. I really liked the Sportage, but I was very particular about color and trim, and I was highly confused about what features I wanted. (Spoiler alert: Color became more flexible as I shopped and figured out what I wanted!) I left a little disappointed, because I had a 2015 Subaru WRX and had been taking it to RK for service for years, but RK didn't seem to have what I was looking for that day. Trinity stayed in touch, and knew what a text versus a call meant! 11 days later, I was back at RK. I had decided on two vehicles (the Sportage SX Prestige or the K5 GT-Line AWD), but still, RK did not have exactly what I was looking for on the lot. I had done my research and checked at other dealers in a 50-mile radius and gave her a list. I told her, "I want to be an RK customer, and I want you to get this sale!" Luckily, on my 2nd visit, GM of Sales John was there, and he agreed to contact other dealerships to see if a dealer trade could be done. Apparently, a dealer-wide email went out and told their salespeople to jump in and get to making phone calls! Trinity told me at one point there were 4 people making calls, and someone asked her if I was like a VP somewhere or something. Lol. Anyway, THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. I got what I wanted, and some extras thanks to Brian and Steve W.!, and I completed the purchase yesterday with Trinity and brought my 2024 Kia K5 GT-Line AWD in Wolf Gray home. I am so glad to say I get to remain a RK customer, and driving to work this morning was a pleasure in my new car. Thank you, Trinity!!!

Jessica Magee was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was willing and able to find me the car fitting my many specifications, and helped in making the process a smooth and stress-free transaction. I highly recommend their sales team when looking to purchase a new or used car. They definitely went above and beyond to make me comfortable to make the purchase and to ensure I was completely satisfied.

I was pleasantly surprised to have Jessica Magee sell me my second car as she also was my salesperson when I purchased my Subaru Impreza at RK Subaru years ago. She took fantastic care of me then, and it was awesome having her guide me through selection and purchase of my first fully electric vehicle in the 2023 Kia EV6 Wind! Jessica is truly one of the best and I highly recommend requesting her if you get the chance. She makes the car selection and buying process a breeze, answers questions promptly, and has a positive energy that is contagious.

This is the second time I ve purchased a vehicle here in the past few years after a freak accident totaled my car. My salesperson, Courtney Mcelyea, was absolutely phenomenal. She was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and worked with me and my budget. Would highly recommend the dealership and working with Courtney. She made a potentially stressful situation into a pleasant experience.

Just had to share that Jessica at RK Kia went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I left my very expensive sunglasses in the vehicle I had traded in. She had reached out to her staff, and the new owners of the vehicle, but to no avail. Weeks later, the new owners came in with the car, and sure enough, Jessica found the sunglasses just where I had left them. I was absolutely thrilled, as I never thought I would get them back. Jessica is a gem, she really cares.

This is the best dealer! And I had the best sales rep Courtney understood what I wanted in my Carnival heated steering wheel and was diligent in finding my car!I have gotten all my KIAs there! Customer service is superb in every aspect!
