2nd bad experience from this dealer, never going back. 1992 Ford F350 7.3, needed a retro fit A/C kit. Right under where they were working I now have a ruptured fuel line leak dumping fuel. Of course they said it wasn't their fault and they are not covering the cost. The leak wasn't there 2 days ago, but it is now. They wouldn't know because they didn't do the multi point vehicle inspection like they were supposed to. How do I know, look at my air filter. My air housing was full of oil. All they said was I needed tires. What a joke!!

Alfred was fantastic! Very personable, attentive and polite. Service was great....impressed that they swab tested all the fluids and didnt try to over sell anything. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars was because over 2 hours was a bit long when I arrived at 7:30 am. But overall, highly recommend.

Went to dealership to schedule an appointment the week before Easter. Dropped vehicle off Easter Sunday so they can have it first thing in morning to work on. I get a call about 8am for them to tell me my tires weren t in yet. That was the purpose of me going the week before so they can order my tires and have them in on time. Then they called to ask if I want an alignment after they put tires on. Are you kidding me. Don t you always do that when you get new tires? Finally about 4pm I was able to go get my car. Needless to say they tried to sucker me in for other things. There isn t one time where I don t have issues there. I love my ford and eventually I m planning on getting a new one in a couple years. Just don t think I will go back there.

Easy appointment setup, quick repair, and overall great service. Gabrielle was fantastic and always returned my calls in a timely manner. The communication was awesome, I had my car back in 1.5 days. (Even though I was originally expecting to wait through the weekend for parts to ship!) They are on it!

Extremely clean premises and comfortable waiting area. Associates are knowledgeable and friendly. They always provide an accurate waiting time. I like the service I receive when I take my car in for oil change, etc.

I had pre-ordered a Maverick back in 2022 and it finally arrived at the end of last week. From the beginning Bill Isibil (my sales rep) helped me out to make sure my order went through with no issues. Due to production delays my order kept getting pushed back but Bill always kept me updated. Fast forward to a few days ago when I was ready to pick up my Maverick I had to deal with some issues in which Ford would not honor a price adjustment that they had promised to customers due to the delays. This didn't have anything to do with the dealership but it was more related to the corporate level. During these past few days Bill and his team fought on my behalf to ensure that Ford honored their promise. I can't thank them enough, but especially Bill, because they went out of their way to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase.

My experience at Lilliston Ford was an extreme blessing! Despite a lack of communication, the service department handled my situation with extreme diligence and made my transition go smooth and quickly! I would recommend to anyone that owns a Ford product to go see them, before going anywhere else.

Have always had a good experience at liliston ford helpful friendly customer service. They re fast efficient with the service there and the price is right. Got the full service oil change and that includes 4 point inspection and tire rotation that was just less than $100 dollars. I was in and out within about a hour or so hour half, clean comfortable waiting area clean bathroom won t take my truck anywhere else.

I was notified by mail that my truck was affected by a recent safety recall. I scheduled to have it taken care of. My 2023 Maverick XLT has 9600 miles on it since delivery in April of 2023.Not only was the recall issue resolved, but the tech also did a multi point safety check which included the tires; alignment; battery; visual and operational brake test and check of all fluid levels.My Service Advisor, Samantha, answered my few questions and told me that I would be contacted when it is time for the next service.And it only took 50 minutes.Setting up the visit was quick and easy;Efficient and caring service technicians and pleasant, welcoming Service staff made today's visit seem to be the norm.

Service took a little longer then expected they said an hour and a half to mount and balance 4 new tires I ordered a few days prior from there parts department on my F150 who knew the dealer was the best price around for the tires I wanted got there at 10 am didn t leave til 1 pm my service representative Tiffany was great kept me updated while I waited very professional will definitely consider lilliston for my next vehicle purchase bought my first vehicle from them five years ago.

All good pick up and deliverySeemed to fix everything plus regular service for some reason they can t fix the terrible noise from back brakes when in reverse !! 3year old bronco less than 20,000 miles and I guess I have to live with the noise! Ford has a fix that works on some bronco s but doesn t work on mine!!Maybe ford will come up with a recall or something or maybe check out ANOTHER ONE OTHER THAN FORD!!been with ford for 25 years no other brand and alot of them and finishes all service calls every 3 or or months ! Oh my where to go from here?? For 20 years have been tops all 5 stars!! Lost for wordsRay

I had my Ford F150 serviced on Saturday afternoon and have to say it went quicker than I had expected. Lynda was very courteous and explained everything to me. She made suggestions on a few things I may consider having done without trying to over sell me.However, when I got home I received a greeting card from Lilliston offering me discount rates for the same service I had just paid full price for an hour earlier. Let s just say the greeting card wasn t as warm as you may expect.

Above average all the way. Lilliston s team picked up my car from work, the driver called me because he was concerned that I had a bag in my car and might need it for work. I was then contacted by the service team to see if I wanted to use my Ford Pass Points towards the service - which covered the full amount. The team kept me updated on the status of my service and my car was returned in a timely manner. I couldn t have expected better service. Job well done team

Lilliston Ford, Chris was my service advisor/representative during my recent visit. He was professional and explained in detail the various options that I had for the service on my Ford Explorer. This was my first visit to Lilliston Ford in Vineland NJ and I will definitely return with all future service on our vehicles.

I made an appointment to get a recall taken care of. Dropped off the car and the next day was told they didn t have enough staff to do the work. Now I have to make another appointment and was told they couldn t even guarantee it would be done when scheduled. The tech suggested I drop off the car on a Monday so they can keep it all week! Staff was polite.

Samantha from the service department was very professional and accommodating with setting up the shuttle service I required while my truck was in for service. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of even with the immense workload she was dealing with. Service on my truck was quicker than usual so that was a pleasant surprise.

Tiffany was great she explained everything and gave me paperwork containing what was covered with the 30,000 mile warranty.The service to my suv was done in a timely matter. They even cleaned the bird poop off my windshield, thank you for that. See yah again for my next oil change.

The Service Team is Awesome ! They streamlined the process from start to finish. They got me in on short notice , and got me back on the road in a timely fashion. They even let me know about Ford pass points that I didn t even know I had , and covered the cost of repairs ! I highly recommend this Dealership for High Quality Service !

The staff were nice, but took 2.5 HOURS for an oil change. Had an apt for 10:30am got there a smidge early (around 10:15am) and didn't get out until 12:45pm.

Too many people with bad attitudes in the service dept. This was my first oil change for my car so i didn't know which building to take the car to. I parked in the wrong spot i didn't know you had to pull though the garage door. I asked a staff member where do i park the car at and the guy had an attitude and seem annoyed. I told him this was my first time coming here. The office staff had attitudes. The lady that waited on me was nice and helpful and so was the cashier. The only good thing i can say my car was done quickly. If it wasn't for the warranty i would take my car to Millville.

Well, I called on Friday(3/15) and made appointment for diagnostic for 10:00am Saturday. Got car towed to Ford and waited 30mins just for them to tell me they only did oil changes on Saturdays and would not be able to check my car until Monday. I immediately called PepBoys around the corner on Landis Ave. and they told me they could fit me in. I left Ford and took my car to Pepboys. By 1pm I had a diagnostic and by 5pm I was picking it up fully REPAIRED!! If they only did oil changes then why would the person on the phone book me for another service? One star for the lack of communication and unable to rectify the situation.

I arrived at dealer service at my appointment time for oil and filter change, my car was finished in about 1 hour. Service was prompt and courteous. I've been a returning customer for over 50 years.
