i love this location. all the staff are nice and descriptive off all the services. they also always offer to fill up my tires with air and vacuum my car if needed. i always come back to this location services are always fast and price efficient.

The people are very nice. Tge service is exceptionally fast. They do not stock thr high mileage oik so if you're looking for that don't go to this location. I upgraded to full synthetic. Personal choice. I have never used them before and like how fast it is. In and out..

The Customer waiting area was not clean. It was actually disgusting! A Fire Detector kept going off due to a low battery. Team Members were nice. Oil Change went smoothly.

Over filled the oil. Didn't tightened the drain bolt or oil filter properly. Had a puddle of oil in my driveway the following day. Looked underneath and I could turn the drain plug by hand, an oil rag was stuffed around the oil filter which was also loose. Workers were laughing and joking the whole time and not really paying any attention to what they were doing. All very unprofessional. Ill never go back.

Never had a problem with Jiffy Lube, they care about the quality of the customer vehicles. Everything that s wrong with my vehicle they always point out and recommend it to me that it needs to be replaced. Will definitely return!

I was a little late, 12 mins before closing. The guys were very nice and I was on the road in 10 mins. Interior was even cleaned. Will make this store my go to.

This location is so much more better than the other Jiffy Lube because of the people working there. They were all so nice and I love the fact I was able to stay in my car. It was quick service verses going to a dealership and waiting for hours.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Quick service and no appointment necessary which is a huge plus. The only thing is the staff is always trying to up-sell on things you don't necessarily need. I came in for a simple oil change that would cost me $50, however they where pushy with trying to get me to get a tune-up for about $500. Other than that, they offer good, and quick services.Service: Oil change

Late post but if I can give this place a zero I would. Went in for an oil change and did not refill it. Thank God that I know my vehicle and as I was driving on the highway.... On my way to South Carolina, my vehicle started making a noise. I pulled over at a Wawa and sure enough, removed the oil stick and it was empty. Drove back to them and requested my refund. They wanted to add oil but no thanks I should have gone with my gut instincts the first time around. The only thing the manager said was if they returned my money. My name would be removed from their system. At that point, I did not care because I will never return.I called the Honda dealership and thank God they had space to see me. They filled my oil and glad my engine did not get messed up.My mistake for not calling them out when I saw that they barely added oil to the car.

Our skid plate came loose while we were in town and these guys patched us up with a temporary fix until we could get home and get the bolts replaced. So helpful and professional. Definitely recommend!

They are amazing. especially when they check and show you all the simplest air filters and your not pressured to change it is a plus second time coming here and i seen the air filters they pulled no wonder my mileages was degrading and the cab was reeking; they was plugged up but as a working person around the clock and was able to swing by and get my car done im happy. working around the clock when i could do it myself to be cheaper but i have no time so there my go too right now when i have 3-4 hrs of free time there price is fair and always look on there website for coupons or call and hear the audio call coupon it what i didServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I have enjoyed the thorough service of getting my regular oil changes Jiffy Lube for the last 5 years or so with this car (Lexus) and for when I had my Jaguar. I used to bring my mother's Volvo when she lived here. I appreciate that I have ALWAYS been able to depend on these guys. I'm aware that the manager has been there for approximately 42 years and I appreciate the consistency.Service: Oil change

Got my oil changed and fluid top-off here and through no fault of theirs, the wrong oil type was put in my truck. They generously drained the oil and replaced it and didn t even ask me to pay the difference for the more-expensive oil, though I did so because it was only fair. This kind of customer service is all too rare among service industry people and because of that alone, I d highly recommend taking your vehicle there for regular fluid maintenance and checks. Solid, professional staff and a pleasant experience.

When all the other oil changing places in the area were too busy Jiffy Lube was ready to rock and roll. The staff was accommodating and very welcoming. I was in and out in a flash, back on our way to our vacation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Jiffy Lube.

Jiffylube put the wrong filter on my 2000 BMW & I HAD TO TAKE IT TO AN specialist to find out why it was leaking so much oil... Had to get it towed & serviced at an European car auto shop & have yet been reimbursed for payment. I asked for the owner to call & I still have yet heard from him. I contacted corporate over 4 times...

Went to jiffy lube in Vineland yesterday. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Got the oil changed, filters replaced and fluids topped off. Great people there and good pricing! I'll definitely be going back

This whole crew is phenomenal! They were super fast and made getting an oil change unbelievably enjoyable. I will be coming from Philadelphia just to go here every time I need to change! If you're anywhere nearby this is the only place to go!
