Excellent customer service, knowledge, fair pricing, and great work. Had my vehicle there a few times. Last time, had an issue with 5 minutes of leaving the shop. Unlike most people, I knew that not everything that happens is related and the timing is known. Advised them of the issue, towed it back to the shop, and they went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was fixed quickly. Even though the issue was completely unrelated to the work I just had completed, they felt extremely bad that it happened immediately after leaving. A+ Work, A+ Communication, A+ all around. Won t trust anyone else!

Friendly and courteous place to go for your vehicles. I was recommended to come here to avoid dealership labor costs and I can say I am so happy I listened. I brought my Dodge Ram and Mercedes for service. The owner was very honest and even told me to buy another truck because of the amount I would be spending to fix it would be greater than the value of the vehicle. Although the options were greatly appreciated, I believe they look in your best interest. We decided to keep the one we have and we are letting Lou bring it back new. This felt different from other mechanic locations. I m happy to bring my vehicles back to get oil changed and serviced.

Lou and Michelle ae the best. They have ALWAYS got my cars right. I tell everyone to go and get their cars fixed at European auto. They are great on prices and they always get the job done. they won't try to upsell you on anything, only fix what's needed. I whole heartly respect them both and all of their workers. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.***************

We've been taking all our vehicles to European Auto since they opened decades ago. Lou is honest and fair. He explains everything so that even I can understand what needs to be done and why. He goes over and above. Whenever anyone asks for a recommendation regarding an auto mechanic, I recommend. European Auto Specialist.

They are the best around, and who I trust to do quality work on my BMW. Great people running a great shop. The lot is like a car show of imports, vintage, and other beloved vehicles. If you need square work from smart people, this is it.

What can I say my 650i gran coupe will not be serviced by anyone else but these guys..On my initial visit to just talk about options Lou treated me like family and made me feel very comfortable. I called for more information the same great service was there delivered by his wife. My car was done quickly and in a timely manner.. I will definitely return and continue doing a great auto service which is lacking in this industry. Thanks Lou keep up the great service!FYI wasn't racist from my experience.Service: Brakes

I recently obtained the car that had been sitting for a while from an estate. European Auto has an excellent reputation for honesty. I was not disappointed. I unfortunately had to have my car towed to European auto specialist. They did some extensive diagnostics on my car. This is the place where you want to take your automobile for serious repairs. They are the most honest and sincere mechanics In my 50 years of driving. They said that my problem was very serious engine and camshaft issue which they felt could be handled better elsewhere. They gave me a recommendation without charging me for their in-depth diagnostics. I have never heard of that being done.They're extreme honesty deserves to be rewarded by your patronage.

Great service friendly people and I must say this because I saw someone post they were treated bad because of the color of their skin I m black and was greeted with a hand shake shared a few laughs and was treated great and got my car repaired I will definitely go back

The mechanic here is a REAL mechanic. My car has been brought into Prestige VW multiple times in the past couple years, as well as another mechanic, both which told me nothing was wrong. However, my car was still stalling when idling so something MUST be wrong. From the first call, I felt they were knowledgeable and trusted them. Pricing was fair. They communicated well. He was able to assess and come to a determination. I've only had the car back for a day so I'm not sure if the problem is truly solved, but I am hopeful it is. It already feels like it's running better.

I was traveling in the area (from out of state), when the "engine malfunction" light came on, and my BMW began driving with reduced power.As a stranger (over 3 hours away from my usual Auto repair place) and unsure what to do, I decided (with a good deal of trepidation), to call European Auto Specialists. I immediately felt at ease with their sympathetic, helpful and efficient process. Lou quickly diagnosed (and explained) the problem, ordered the replacement part, sent his son to collect it, and a few hours later had me back on the road again.The reason I am writing this is to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Lou, his wife and their talented team, but also to let everyone else in the area know that if they can take care of total (stranded) stranger like myself, guess what they can do for you of a regular basis!With heart felt thanks, I unequivocally recommend this company to anyone that is considering using their outstanding services.

I would recommend everyone to get their car serviced here! Such a friendly, comfortable, and professional environment. Lou knows what he s talking about! He s not just the owner or a mechanic...he s a teacher (very rare among other shops I ve been to). Thank you for always taking the time to teach me about to how to maintain my vehicle, when to get things checked, etc. And thank you to Michelle who always answers the phone with an up-beat personality. worst customer service in my life i d not recommend even coming here. dude who i spoke to was so disrespectful and rude for no reason at all when i m litterly trying to bring my car in there. quoted me more than bmw even did and he said he s not even gonna consider fixing my car so it s not his problem . please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Acted racist towards me from the rip. I pay deposit they call me talking about Trans issues I never had prior to them going under my car and changing my oil. Acted as though they didn't want to do it. overcharged me a ton. I can go on I wouldn't recommend only if your skin matches there's maybe. Idk

I recently needed my alternator replaced. The staff was unbelievably friendly and informative. They made sure I understood what was happening to my car and gave me multiple options for fixing the problem. They were a bit more expensive than a few other places I called, but the service and level of expertise made me confortable

WELL BEYOND MY EXPECTATION! I value Old-school Quality, Personableness and Professionalism- I have found these qualities, coupled with 'going the extra mile' and incredible attention to detail in EUROPEAN AUTO SPECIALIST. Hands down, the BEST I've had the pleasure of using on the East Coast. We have 1 Acura, 1 Jag and 2 John Cooper Works Minis. Lou, his wife Michelle and Louie are 3/4 of a WONDERFUL FAMILY who make CERTAIN that your needs are met...and THEN SOME! I could go on all day about these guys. But in short they are the best in the area. I recommend lou to everyone. He's thorough, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. I've been taking my cars here for about 5 years now. It's clear he takes pride in his work and his business. You can't ask for much more then that.

We took my son's BMW 535i to European Auto Specialist based on a recommendation from a friend. We couldn't have been more please with the experience, the results and the price. The first thing Lou did was to develop a prioritized list of repairs starting with those that needed to be done in order to bring it back to life and then others that we might want to do on down the road, but weren't critical. Once we talked through what we wanted to do and gave him the go-ahead, he did an excellent job in communicating where he was at each step of the way. We never felt as though we weren't aware of where he was in the repair process. We thought the price that he quoted was fair and he stuck to his original quote from the beginning to the end. The car runs great and I won't hesitate to take any of our cars back to Lou for repairs at European Auto Specialist.

This place sucks. Very rude and nasty. Repairs were not properly carried out. Stay far away. Other places that are far by nicer for a better buck and actually cares about the satisfaction of the repair. European Auto Specialist: Is a excellent Car Care Center. Not only would I recommend This Auto Repair Service to anyone That Has a Mercedes Benz, The Owner is Extremely Knowledgeable, the work is efficient and complete. When You Pickup ur Vehicle you will Know that it was fixed, and that the Problem no longer exist. The Prices are reasonable and Fair if you have a Mercedes or a BMW. The Best Thing about this European Auto, is the Peace of Mind, That ur Vehicle Has been Fixed and the correct Parts were Used for ur Vehicle. When You walk into The office The Ambiance has a calming Friendly atmosphere. All the necessary work will be explain Thoroughly, By Louis The Owner. This is a Small Business not interested Cheating there customer, or making lots Money, European Auto Have all the characteristic of what a small business should be in America.. Back in late October 2016, we European Auto Spec inspect a 2004 jaguar. Within a month, the gearbox associated with the clutch exploded. The brake light went on and there were emissions problems. Then the headliner come down. About a year later the differential in the rear axle exploded , Leaving me to conclude that the car was better sold for scrap metal. We bought the car from Car Corner. Maybe the transmission problems were hard to detect at that point, but now in hindsight I recall a small air pocket smaller than a Twinkie above the backseat on the Ceiling of the car. I didn t understand the implications of that air pocket, but I would expect an auto repair place to have caught it. I m not expert enough to understand what a fair expectation is of the prepurchase inspection, but needless to say if I was reading this I would consider looking elsewhere.

Finding a great mechanic you can trust is hard to find, but with Lou and Michelle, you're in good hands! Would highly recommend!
