I thought they did a fantastic job initially with the windshield change. However, after two weeks I noticed there was water leaking through the sides of the windshield. I called to get this fixed and they scheduled me for a time to get this looked at. When I showed up for the scheduled appointment Ryan immediately started with an attitude and resistant against trouble shooting the issue. I showed him that the rubber seal around the windshield was not properly adhered and he continued to argue that this was not the issue causing the water leak. After several minutes of back and forth he finally decided to apply extra adhesive and made it clear several times that "this was not part of his job (which is confusing for me considering he did not apply enough adhesive the first time to keep the rubber seal in place)". After applying the extra adhesive, no leaks have been detected. I was unhappy with the customer service provided after the installation and I thought he handled the situation in a completely unprofessional manner.

They are very friendly and definitely reasonably priced. They have great communication and called me right before they came out to service me. They replaced my entire windshield and blew out all of the glass shards that were inside of my car in about 20 minutes. Just had a new windshield installed in my hellcat and lemme tell ya I couldn't be happier!Being such an expensive car I was super apprehensive about letting anyone touch it aside from myself but this team had the old glass out and the new glass in in no more then 30 mins effortlessly and the window is centered perfectly. Being in the automotive field myself and knowing a bad install from a good install every step they did was exactly how it has to be done to do it correctly.Going forward they are the only people I'd recommend to touch your vehicle.Thank you guys so very much!

Such an easy process, I've had a Crack in front windshield for over a year it kept growing so I was given a swift kick into action when I locked keys in the car and even old methods weren't working due to a security system issue etc. I msgd this company and boom appointment made ,they called when they were on the way by the time I arrived it was done great job guys thanks 10 out of 10

I just left and found him to do incredible work. He replaced the windsheild in my 2014 Kia Sorento. I found him and wife to be very friendly and professional and going to recommend him to my employer for their fleet of vehicles. Will use again if have too.

Was very pleased with Cumberland auto glass. They were very professional and had very affordable pricing. We had them come to our location to replace three windshields. Two were work trucks and one was a pick up truck. They got us a quote quickly. They were prompt with scheduling our appointment. They charged us exactly what the original estimate was. The week of the two snowstorms I went outside and discovered a crack across the whole front windshield. I googled auto glass repair and found Cumberland County Auto Glass, with the most reviews and all positive. I called, got a price for replacement and told they would come to my house to do the repair. The appointment was for the next day. They came and did the repair within a half an hour, gave me instructions, and told me to call if I had any problems. I was able to use a credit card in my driveway, with an emailed receipt, and a fair price. I've had absolutely no problems, no leaks, and was pleased that this was so easy as the repair was done when it was cold with snow on the ground. These guys are the best in the business! I've called around and they offer best prices and the most flexible hours , Ryan will even come out to you to do the work. He ordered the new glass , it came right away and he was able to replace my windshield in less than 30 minutes!! Highly recommend. I was able to get an appointment to replace a front windshield for the very next morning. I was in and out within an hour. Incredibly kind and fast working. Came right to the car so it didn t have to sit at a shop for hours. The windshield cracked because the wind was so crazy when he put it in and came right back with another brand new windshield and redid the whole process. His integrity and work was amazing.
