Caliber Collision, Vineland, NJ. Our experience with this business was excellent. Everything from dropping off our Toyota Highlander, getting the Enterprise Rental, returning rental car and picking up our vehicle ran smoothly. The physical building was clean and orderly. We were greeted and treated with kindness and professionalism from all staff we encountered. Angel, the Service Advisor, made a special effort to keep us updated on the progress of our repair. The end result was like it never happened. Would highly recommend this Caliber Collision location.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Angel was the person who handled my repair. He is so professional and friendly. I opted into text alerts for my repair process and I would definitely recommend. Caliber really does text you to keep you updated, but it's not overbearing numbers of texts either. My car was finished earlier than expected as well. Even the front desk person that helped me schedule my appointment and pay upon completion was super sweet and helpful.

Tommy was an awesome Service advisor and took care of my needs for a timeline. He was understanding of my position and super communicative through the whole repair process. Truck is like new. My whole experience with Caliber Collusion was amazing from the time I dropped my vehicle off to pick up, the gentleman that did the initial inspection was amazing. He explained what would happen to my vehicle while at the repair shop....Awesome job!

Angel was great, he kept me updated and well informed on my car. I am very particular about my car and the body shop knocked it out of the park with the work they did. I m so happy with the outcome. If you stop in make sure you talk to Angel. Highly recommend this shop

Took longer than expected because parts took long to arrive but once dropped off, it was done in a timely manner. Was kept up to date on all changes and was satisfied with work.

This team deserves kudos across the board! I was kept up to date in a timely manner and my tech was able to beat the completion date by a full week. At pickup my car looked like it just rolled off the factory floor. I hope I don t need them any time soon but I know if I do I will have no worries.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

DONT DO IT!After hitting a deer I was recommended to Caliber through my insurance company. It was the biggest mistake and hassle I ve ever had to deal with. Almost 2 months now without a vehicle!At drop off I was told they d keep in close contact throughout the repair process. To start, the one call I received on anyones end was from Geico about the damage total. For a month and a half it was radio silence. I had to do all the legwork, getting any updates about my vehicles status, about pickup date etc.3 times I was told my vehicle would be ready to pickup. 3 times I had to schedule with work to leave early and 3 times I got there to have nothing but continued issues with my car! They claim to do extensive diagnostic tests to ensure everything is running smoothly.-First time they found a brand new part (air cleaner assembly) damaged and had to order a new one. Found a part damaged on a day of pick up?!-Second time the ac wasn t working. No covers on my flood lights (they were apparently still in paint even though I had been told everything had been done the week prior.)-Third time I get there to find my car UNATTENDED running in the parking lot OVERHEATING!This entire process has been a nightmare! Promises made, promises broken. I had to take my car and have it taken care of somewhere else only to find the cooling fan that was installed wasn t running properly causing my car to overheat. (How about those EXTENSIVE diagnostics testing?!) Missing pieces on my fuse box leaving exposed wires which would have corroded over time. They put aftermarket headlights on the car and could barely see anything at night. They were a complete joke.They so graciously gave me a rental car while my car is sitting in another shop still being worked on. Had to fight to have it for a few more days but they re so worried about pinching their pennies that I am left carless waiting for their f*$& ups to be corrected now jeopardizing MY income and ability to get to work.Morale of the story, if you care about your vehicle functioning properly, and actually being updated by a company that has possession of said vehicle, DO NOT GO HERE! They pinch pennies at all costs and don t have technicians that actually know what they re doing or an owner that is willing to fully right a wrong caused explicitly from his bad business practices.Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Highly recommend Caliber. Customer service is great and I received quality work. Thomas kept me updated on every step of the process. Hope I never need them again but if I do I know where I am going.

This place is unbelievable great. Customer service since they picked up my car on a tow truck, till the end. They keep you informed about what's going on with your vehicle. Guy name William G. Was really professional. Hopefully don't have to go there again but if you need your car fix from an accident, this is definitely the place.

Not worth 1 . There's so much to complain about this place regarding my car I don't even know where to start nor do I think I get that much space to type it all out here. Long story short tho, it's been almost a year and they still aren't done fixing it.Also, there are WAY TOO MANY CARS on this property it's disgusting! Your basically stuck where your at once you pull in, if a car pulls in from the back & you pull in from the front one of yas needs to find the room to back up just so the other person can get out.Them having so many cars on this property tells me either 1. They can't fix cars! Get them fixed and off the property. 2. There's not enough employees that know what they are doing so nothing is getting fixed fast enough to get the cars back to their owners and/or they are getting to many cars coming in but not moving fast enough to get cars fixed and off the property. It's starting to look like a junkyard and no one wants to get their car fixed by a junkyard. Ridiculous & this will be the last car I take there. One this car is finally done you won't find me at any of this places locations. Never ever had it taken this long to fix cosmetics on a car before. I hate myself for not going to the other place instead.

Best experience that I ever had with an auto body repair facility. Every staff member was polite,professional, and efficient. Angel, my repair consultant was great. He kept me well informed of the progress on the repairs. The finished product was awesome. The repairs to my car looked great.

Got rear ended by someone and caliber got me in a week later. They kept my car a bit longer than expected because they wanted to make sure everything was perfect before giving it back but they kept me updated about my car and they even covered the extra rental days.
