Made our way to the store after been put on endless hold. Did not make any difference. The line was almost to the door and the manager refused to tend to us in the commercial counter. Worst management level customer service ever from the braided fool!! Took our businesses elsewhere and received quality service as should be.

Employee walks in late, displays NO knowledge when a specific product is asked for, which was a battery with integrated terminals that I had in hand and my make, specific model of my vehicle and then complains about me as I leave the counter.Autozone needs to do better than this. Take a smidge of that big advertising budge and invest it in product and customer service training. In fact, just hire better people.

I m giving 5 stars for a specific employee - Angelica. She was 10/10. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!! My husband and I went to the store today to get a battery replaced because ours had died but was still under warranty. My husband went inside and came out with a box of tools and was told by an employee that he had to take the battery out himself. The employee said they do not take the battery out. My husband was irate because they are supposed to remove the dead battery and put in a new one if your warranty has not expired. He tried to remove the battery but wasn t given the proper tools to do it. When he went back inside to ask for the right tools, Angelica stepped up to the plate to help. She got the right tools and removed the old battery and took my husband inside to verify the battery was still under warranty. They came out with a new battery and she insisted to put it in for us. She was professional and kind and apologized for the way the initial employee handled the situation. She was great. She handled the issue with ease and a great attitude. She s the best thing this place has!

Horrible customer service. Employees need to treat customers better. It's almost like they're bothered by you coming in and interrupting their conversations. They lovingly give you the stink-eye and posturing like they're getting ready to fight you because you asked a question. I'll be going to Millville from now on. A bit further but hopefully, a better experience

This is 100% the location to go to if you're looking for help. I've already learned how to change lights, turn signals, and windshield wipers from these guys (I get it, not hard stuff to do, but for a girl that grew up in an age where men always took care of car stuff and no one ever wanted to teach me how to just do it myself, I really get excited when somebody will actually teach me how to do something car related). Specifically Johnny Santiago and JD have helped a lot, but I haven't run into someone there that wasn't helpful. I won't go to any other location now, awesome employees and they always have what I need.

Beware, when they tell you their brake pads have a lifetime warranty (even for wear and tear), they are lying. Apparently, it is up to the manager. I had many of these fools tell me flat out, They will replace their gold and ceramic pads for any reason as long as you are the one that bought them. Looks like this autozone has a new manager because she says they will only honor the warranty if they shatter. Which means never. I'm never going to autozone again.

Stopped in to buy a K&N air filter for my 2019 Chevrolet Suburban. Part was easy to find and thankfully there wasn't much of a wait to check out.

Asked the guy with the price gun for some help. He tells me he has manager stuff to do. Can t commit to anyone helping me for a few hours when the next person was coming in. I m not kidding. Store had maybe 4 customers and someone checking them out. Their competitor has a location at the end of the block. They re nice there. They helped me.

Woke up this morning and my car wouldn t start , turns out I needed a battery for my 2012 Kia Sorento. I called the Vineland nj auto zone and spoke with Javier.., he was very courteous, patient and helpful. And when it was time to replace the battery, manager Alex did an outstanding job! He too, was kind, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful to say the least. The store is located in a seedy part of town, but they had me in and out in a jiffy and went well. Overall, those two gentlemen did a fantastic job from start to finish.

Long wait, 1 poor girl had to deal with 15 customers in the time I was there. While answering phone calls and assisting with online orders. While the manager took his sweet time with a guy that wasn't sure what brand of windshield wipers to purchase, and had the audacity to ask him if he wanted him to install them as well.

Everytime I come there the workers have such a bad attitude. One lady was trying to fight in the store. The manger stood right next to her and didnt do anything to take control of the situation. This store is ruined by rude people who do not know anything about customer service. These people seem miserabe to work there and bring it out on their customers. Its honestly disgusting.

Competitive pricing, and usually quick and helpful. If they don't have the part they will order it for you. When you call ahead of time to make sure they've got what you need, they tend to forget you're on hold this has happened several times.

I am really tired of this autozone! Every time you call they immediately put you on hold for more then 10 minutes. I didn't even get a chance to say hello when some lady answered the phone.. all I heard was "please hold".. I needed one question answered.. very simple.. Do you still use the vehicle error device or do the customers have to do it?... simple question with a simple answer and I could have been off the phone.. I'm on hold while I am writing this!!!!

I had an issue with my battery and Matt was there to help! He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, and immediately grabbed his tools to test my battery. Unfortunately, I needed a new battery, but Matt helped me choose the best one for my vehicle and the installation was quick.

Had to wait ten minutes in line and still had three people ahead of me. The counterman was so slow and asking for peoples phone number and other unnecessary info even if to customer only had one item.

My check engine light came on so I decided to stop at AutoZone. There were two cashiers who were with customers at the register so I waited in line. After waiting 15-20 minutes for a cashier to be available, I went up and told him what I needed. I was then told very unapologetically that I had to wait until all customers (who were not there when I started waiting) were helped and they had "the time" to do it. Except I was a customer too. One that had just patiently waited my turn only to be told that I was unimportant. I will not be going back to this store... ever, and if you're reading this, I suggest you do the same. I can only guess they are understaffed, but you don't take that out on the customer if you want to stay in business.
