Jose is the best of the best and Apex Auto is a place we trust. We have taken our cars here multiple times. Jose was able to fix my air conditioning unit and to also fix a problem that we had where my vehicle was constantly shaking and going berserk! On top of that, Jose has always been able to fix our car in a timely manner and has been very accessible and easy to reach! Apex auto is a place where there is a level of professionalism and most importantly, a high-level of knowledge when it comes to cars. I highly recommend!

Absolutely recommend!! Always gets me in when my car needs service. Communicates with estimate prior to preforming work, he is completely trustworthy, not once have I questioned a repair suggestion or had a problem after. My teen daughter just bought a car & I gave her my Apex keychain. This way she will know who to call if her car needs service!

I do not recommend this workshop, at first the person who serves you named Jose, appears professional, since he has a cap and jacket with the name of the workshop, when you enter, you see the reception clean, organized and beautiful, so everything works. an impression that they do an optimal job there, but the truth is that the work done there is disappointing. I took my car in for a radiator change, after 3 days he delivered my car, I go home with my car but I hear a noise, 1 day passes and the check engine comes on, and after 1 week the car stops The tensioner and the band burst, apart from that, I realize that the radiator is incorrectly installed because it is crooked, it is outside the base that protects it, and I also found a loose piece and it does not have the screws. I give you my experience because my car turned out worse and I had to pay extra for a tow truck when the belt and tensioner broke. It may sound like what broke was not this person's fault, but at the same time we took another car belonging to a relative and the same thing happened to him. So don't trust leaving your cars anywhere, what happened to me is not a coincidence, everything looks very strange.

Jose is such a beautiful soul! My elderly family member's car happen to brake down up the road and he took it upon himself to personally pick them up to arrive safely to his shop. He then scheduled a tow truck to deliver the car to the shop. Thankfully it was a simple fix and he took car of it right away! As a business owner myself I am very happy for his great customer service and taking care of us. A+++++++ Recommend to everyone in the lower NJ area.

Worst customer service! They are scam dont bring tour car here they will make u wait for a month before they tell you anything then charge u money for doing NOTHING!!!!
