I called Chuck as I was having an issue with a leaking kitchen sink. He wasn t able to come immediately but walked me through 3-4 things I could do to handle to problem myself. I tried but couldn t fix the issue. Later the same day he came to my RV on short notice. I would highly recommend Chuck and already have his number saved in my phone. Incredible service and awesome customer service!

Had been having trouble with our battery and converter. We were all packed and ready to go this morning, and discovered the on going issue. Call the dealership and they could get us in around the first of the year!! Called Chuck, he tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone, but no luck. He took the time out of his busy schedule and came over to check it out as he knew we had these travel plans. With in half hour 45 minutes problem was resolved. Highly recommend Chuck Heaton mobile RV repair.

Chuck was highly recommended and did not disappoint!!! We arrived at our camper to find the heat wasn t working, reached out to Chuck and he was there within the hour! Extremely pleased and grateful for Chuck Hearon RV Repair. Our vintage Airstream bathroom plumbing developed a leak while camping. Within an hour of arrival, piping and fittings were replaced at our campsite. Highly recommend this business.

Chuck was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed our heating problem. He was very patient and explained in detail what was needed. He was very polite kind and professional. The work was done in a neat and orderly manner insuring the cleanliness of our camper. The heater works better then ever before. Chuck provided excellent service, going above and beyond. We were on vacation when our travel trailer lost power. Thus happened late afternoon and Chuck would not be able to come out until the next morning. However he soon called back and tried to determine the cause by speaking with my husband over the phone. When it could not be resolved over the phone, Chuck came out that evening. He was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to fix the problem. Chuck was wonderful and came to our house last minute to repair our rv air conditioner. He was in contact with me all day with possible solutions and arrived after work hours to help us. He solved the issue within minutes of arriving. We camp in cape may frequently and will use him from now on and recommend his services to everyone we know.Service: Air conditioning

I called Chuck for a hot water heater issue I was having to set up a service call. Chuck first walked me through some trouble shooting for the unit and I was able to get the unit working again without a costly repair. Not many businesses would do that for someone without making a profit. I sincerely appreciate his support and will be using his business for any future repairs I might need. Thank you Chuck!

Highly highly highly recommended! Came out and fixed our air/heat within hours of a call, we have animals so this was so important! Got Chuck s name from a neighbor who had work done recently and was very satisfied with the service and value. My priority was timing as a burst fitting left me without water. I called Chuck and he came by after he finished the job they were working. He fixed my problem quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price.

We happened to walk by Chuck and his helper repairing a roof while staying at Seashore campground. His helper gave us a business card. The night before, we developed a water leak from the water pump in our class c. We called Chuck and he came to our rescue less than an hour later and fixed it. After he repaired the leak, he repaired the electrical issue in the dinette slide out that I ve been hand cranking in and out all season. His rates are very reasonable and he s very business minded. I will definitely use him again should I need to when we are staying down here!

Chuck is awesome . I recommend him highly.He fixed our hot water heater which is now working great and put on a new roof for us. He is reliable and his workmanship is on point! We needed a new awning and were not able to be present while Chuck had to work his magic for us; He did all of the leg work including dealing with the insurance carrier. When the job was complete he not only sent a video and photos, he took the old broken awning with him. He was a pleasure to deal with I have given his name and number to friends. You can count on quality work in a timely manner. Thanks Chuck!!

Chuck promptly returned my call and helped me troubleshoot the hot water heater issue over the phone. Since I m not as handy as my wife would prefer, I had no idea what the heck I was doing. Chuck was able to help me solve the problem in a matter of minutes.Chuck will certainly be my first call if a real issue occurs.I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and knowledge!

We arrived in Cape May with a broken door lock on the main coach entry. Of course it was 5pm. After calling several others we got through to Chuck right away. He set us up for the next morning. The next morning it was determined the lock was indeed broken so the search was on for a new one. He finally managed to locate one and it was a perfect fit.Chuck is very knowledgable on RV repairs, courteous and very punctual. Most important he is fairly priced. Wish we lived closer to chuck. Highly recommend him.

Called and spoke to Chuck about having him come out to look at a water heater issue we were having while camping in Cape May. Despite being very busy, Chuck took the time to talk this rookie through the problem without a service call. When my RV eventually needs repair, or it s time to winterize, I will gladly tow it 65 miles to Cape May so we can have Chuck do the work. Integrity matters.

We are first rime RV owners and had our first need for a big repair ( awning broke). We had no idea who to call and called a few. The only person who made me feel comfortable from the start was Chuck. He is honest, reliable, on time goes over and beyond the job scope. Always available and returns calls, emails, texts prepared my estimate quickly and got me on schedule for work asap. I will definitely call him again for anything I need and would recommend him.

It is almost impossible these days to find an honest and hardworking/fair business - but Chuck Hearon is one of those few! I was down in Cape May on vacation with a major water leak on my brand new RV travel trailer. He came by same day and quickly diagnosed it, he did major work on site and coordinated with the manufacturer and dealership for the warranty claim. He advocated for me against the crooked dealership as well - I couldn t have asked for a better experience and the quality of work was better than the original factory work, so it was a huge win for me. His prices are great as well. You can t go wrong with this guy, he truly cares about the customer first and foremost. Thanks for doing what is right, Chuck!

Reliable, dependable, knowledgeable and gave us a fair price. Chuck came out to the campground within 20-30 minutes of us calling him and resolved the issue quickly. I would recommend him to anyone with any kind of issue with their camper or motor home.

We arrived in cape May with broken plumbing. we call Chuck herron he was able to come out that afternoon and effect complete repairs. He also repaired one slide valve and replace than other. when he was finished he showed us how to set up our canopy correctly something that we had never known before. He also service the refrigerator so that it would run on gas as we ran down the road. Chuck is honest knowledgeable and hard-working I would recommend his service to any RV or that would need it he was a pleasure to work with.

Chuck came out within an hour of calling him. Fixed a bunch of things on our RV. He even came out at night to fix something so the rain would not ruin it. He answers all your questions and does excellent work and very particular to make the end result look good. I would highly recommend Chuck and his company. If you have any problems Chuck is the guy to call!!

We recently had a problem with AC in our RV while staying at Cape May during recent heat wave that made everywhere feel like a blast furnace. Chuck took my wife's call in early evening (when many vendors don't), and he was at our site by Noon the next day. And he had our AC working just fine before he departed. So we strongly recommend him to all others.

Used Chuck to build an addition to our summer/retirement home. He communicated and provided pictures on a daily basis showing work completed. He is pleasant to deal with and does quality work. Went above and beyond our expectations. Have recommended him to others.

We've dealt with Chuck for the last five years. Suffice to say No One except Chuck works on our fifth wheel. If we need repairs or upgrading, Chuck is there immediately to do a fantastic job at a very fair price. We've recommended Chuck to all our friends.
