I had the nicest experience with Eddie and the guys here. I called because I kept loosing air in my tire. I had a long road trip coming up and wanted to be able to figure it out before I left. I was told to come right in. Eddie made sure I was taken care of and out the door so quickly. It was just a small nail and I was assured that I was good to go. Very happy with the help I got and I would definitely go back for regular service

Thank Tony and everyone at the shop for your service. You have to wait for good service. What do people expect. You don't want to wait to get your car serviced. Don't buy a car. Thanks Fellas tires, balance, and alignment are as expected. Excellent work. Will recommend everyone who understands good service.

We recently needed some maintenance done on our Jeep, based on a recommendation we tried this location. Eddie was great, discussing all of our concerns, and gave us fair and honest feedback. Work was done quickly and for a reasonable price compared to original prices quoted at the dealer. I will be returning soon with our other car, knowing that Eddie and the rest of the team will quickly take care of the vehicles needs!

I was very happy with the service at Pep Boys in Verona, NJ. Making the appointment online was very easy. I received a detailed report on the repairs my car needed and what it would cost. I was updated regularly on when car would be finished and it was ready when they indicated it would be.

Went in for a simple wheel alignment. Expecting everything to go smooth since new inner and outer tire rods had been put in recently and just going in to fix the slight leaning. They pull my car in after waiting some time and they come back and say the alignment cannot be done. The advisor stated there was "too much play" in the tire rods. He then tried to sell me new inner and outer tire rods for around $950. I just asked for my keys back and went to the next location. The next location had no problem with my alignment and did a great job. This location lacks experience and sales advice.

My oil change appointment was for 9am so I came a few minutes early to set up my remote work laptop to wait while they worked, and they started early and did a complimentary full check with honest review. The guys there are always so kind and explain car mechanics/issues to me clearly and non-condescendingly which is highly appreciated.

Pep Boys had my tire fixed within 20 minutes of contacting them on a rainy day. I could not express my gratitude for their caring response to my situation. I highly recommend them not only for the efficiency but the human approach to service .

Great service! I went in with a flat tire, had to change two tires. Everything was efficiently done. I m very happy! Took about 2 hours. Great prices!

Horrible service! I went to get my tires rotated, and I ended up waiting for 3 HOURS, only to be told they couldn t do it because the front tires were worn (though the rear ones were fine). They claimed the car would slide if they rotated the tires. What?! So the car would slide with the good tires on?The worst part is, they didn t mention that it s their company policy to not rotate tires under a certain tread until I checked them myself and went back into the shop (they just handed me the keys).Save your money and time, go somewhere else

Recently booked an oil change here through car advise. They were quicker than I thought. Hit a snag with the way I booked, it caused some slight confusion but the owner came out and was super pleasant and took care of the situation in an excellent manor.

Tony was great. Super helpful and accommodating. The wait was 3+ hrs this time, but I guess you can t control everything! Will go again for my PM and any other issues.

Highly recommend this PepBoys! Everyone there was very friendly and attentive. Went there to get my tire patched and it was done in a very timely manner despite them being busy.

I was super surprised how fast they were. They told me it would be done the next day due to ordering a tire. Less than 4 hours they called me and said the car was ready! Super honest and nice people at this location. 2023 Hyundai Tucson. Thank you again for your help and professionalism.

Great place to get an oil change, But the only thing is that I was there for over 2hrs only because there was several cars ahead of me, but other then that it was fine. The workers are nice and they tell you anything that needs to be fixed on your car which is great. Overall, I would recommend going to Pep Boys the price is great and the Customer service is amazing.

I went for an oil change paid for full synthetic oil and they added conventional oil on my truck while ruined it and now I have no way of transportation some of the screws on the tire were also missing. And they only thing they tell me is we added that oil it s in our system. It may be in your system but you guys added the complete opposite of it and now I have to pay for that. Really don t recommend it at all I wouldn t even give it a one star if I could

I was told by Mgr of $100 rebate on 4 Goodyear Tires. When I filled out Rebate Form, I am eligible for $50. Very misleading. Also my Tire Pressure Monitor Program is still on and not cleared. I have to go back Thursday and drop off to clear this issue.

I needed to get a quick oil change before going on a longer distance to my niece's wedding. I asked if I could get my service quickly that morniing and they were very helpful in saying they could. The customer service people at this location were excellent. I also could hear one of the people on the phone explaining to a customer the reasons why they could not service the air supported ride suspension at this location and why it was important to have the proper callibration done at an alternative location so as to not damage the suspension

Last Sunday I unexpectedly needed a new battery. They were very busy but were more then happy to check out my car to confirm what was wrong. I was able to leave my car there & within an hour they got back to me to let me know it was the battery & they would be able to replace it & in about 30 min got a call it was ready. The customer service was outstanding.

I was treated with courtesy. The price was withing reason. I didn't feel I was being pushed into other services.I will definitely use them in the future. Also, they provided me with afree "Lyft" to pick up my car.

A few jobs before me were running long... I asked them to estimate the wait time so I could run a few errands and come back. They kindly offered to drive me home and pick me up if I left my car, but I liked my idea better. They estimated an hour, I went out for an hour, and they actually called me to say they were ready for me as I was pulling up. Great quick oil change PLUS they gave me some diagnostics of what would need attention soon - NOT a "right now" scenario, but issues to pay attention to. I liked that!

Brought in 4 tires and they switched them out for me. Left the car with them for a few hours and it was done with no issues. Even put the spare I had one back in the trunk. They were very busy so I appreciate they were able to get it done. They are a lot better than Mavis down the street.

Offered 2 others customers Lyft rides home and back while their car was worked on but not me. So I paid for my Uber ride home and back. I was told to head over from home and my car would be ready when I got here. Simple oil change, but didn t have enough oil to make the change. So had to wait for it to be delivered. So I waited and waited with no information from staff while I waited. Terrible service.As a follow up, the staff at Pep Boys went out of their way to make up for the incidents mentioned above. Much appreciatedTook my car in for headlight replacement. Part was unexpectedly expensive but Pep Boys service contact was informative, timely and explained in detail what was going on. Great service and on time.
