I stopped into Auto Zone looking for a part and Bryan the Store Manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable .He went out of his way to make sure I had the part I needed and was kind enough to look under my hood and install the part. If you are ever in the Atlantic City area be sure to see him about your automotive concerns. He s the BEST!!!!

The only auto-zone I visit. The staff is amazing here always very helpful. Last time I visited Jose Santiago too great care of me. 100% recommend anyone visiting auto-zone to go to this location.

On Friday my check engine light came on the dashboard so I called Pep Boys to see if they can look at my car. The person I spoke with suggested I stop in Autozone first to have them hook up a diagnostic test to determine what's causing the issue. When I first came into the store I met Freddrick and explained the issue. He came outside with me and hooked up the device for the diagnostic test and within a couple minutes was able to print the results. The main suggestion was a Fuel Pump Tank Seal and he asked if I've been having any issues with my gas cap recently, which I was. For the past couple months I've been getting a notice on my dashboard coming on for a couple days then going off for a while stating the cap was loose. Freddrick thought the seal in the cap was bad and I should replace the entire gas cap, and by the next day of driving the engine light should go off. He was 100% correct and between Pep Boys suggestion to come to Autozone and meeting Freddrick, what easily would have cost me a couple hundred dollars at a mechanic ended up costing $11 and now Autozone has a customer for life. It s just happened. The store s staff John T is a good samaritan.I bought an engine oil and tried to fill into my Passat, but I dropped the cap inside the bottom of the engine.OMG, it s difficult to grab it, i asked the receptionist guy to help me. He used a light and a plier to get it.I have to say again he is a good person and his name is John T.Thank you!

Went in to buy windshield wiper blades. Not only did Brian help me get the right ones, but he put them on for me- in the rain. Above and beyond what I went in for.

The store seemed to be a lot cleaner when Jeremy was the store manager. Not sure who s running the show now but the store needs some tidying up. Products in the wrong spot, floors not clean etc

I visited this store and reviewed the worst customer service ever I was just trying to return an item and I guess the employee Bryan was having a bad day gave me the hardest time ever even went to extents as to using the N Word toward me and that very unprofessional and racist he used all type of profanity while addressing me and I don t appreciate the way I was treated just trying to return an item that I did not need

I had one of the worst interaction today with JERMEY !! I asked for a manager, and unfortunately he is the Manager !!!I suggest he goes back to basic customer service training !

Some parts they have for your car some parts they don't have if you have a foreign car a lot of times they may have to order it so make sure before you go in there you know the make and model of your vehicle all info you can gather because most of the people in there only know the basics the ones that may really know more than that the mechanics good luck finding one of them in there so many of my friends can't get a good answer about a vehicle issue when they go in there because they didn't get all the info on car they have and parts they need and register person was clueless as well.

To the manger of this store please teach your employees to value their costumer and every single costumer is an asset not a number also And courage your employee to be not so lazy and to tell them to have a more posture/bodylanguage so when costumers walk in the can they feel welcome. Also this still continue to have these lazy people fire them and hire new employee who can have and show there passion.

The worst they ll take phone calls and make you wait. While they answer every dumb question under the sun while you wait. I guess my time has no value, I like to buy local, but they re so bad, they can t multitask.

I just want to say that today Joe saved my life this evening. I stopped by to figure out what was wrong with my tires and he ended up giving me suggestions and offered to insert the piece himself. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and his service was exceptional. Excellent customer service and thanks a ton again for your service.

Quick,helpful employees... I've always had nothing but a quick easy experience here.... Great place if you need to be in and out or if you need to fix your car right there in the parking lot (which people often do) sometimes the guys even come out to assist you ....which I'm sure is not in their job description

Emilio helped me put in a car battery in my car for literally over an hour and wouldn't give up. I have 6 month old twins and am dependent on my car. He is an excellent employee and I am very grateful for him. He got the job done right.

Ty'Shawn, Calvin, Emilio, and Julio: these men were the best! I stopped in to get a wiper in the pouring rain and Ty'Shawn was a trooper! He worked diligently to get me the correct wiper in the pouring rain. Calvin was amazing with the transaction. Julio and Emilio were assisting as well with diligence. All men were professional and knowledgeable.Men, many thanks! The rain did not stop the show!

Need a battery, buy it and they'll install it for free. Same with headlights, wiper blades and other items. Very helpful staff finds right parts and offer recommendations.

The experience was pretty bad. They called and said the parts are ready. When I went there, they could not find it. Then, I went the next day, the lady working there was rude because I didn't have the receipt and she did not know how to look me up. But the boy name Julio was nice. He helped me get the boxes to my car. I don't think I will go there again.

I had an issue with a Duralast Battery, and store manager Jeremy assisted me in resolving the issue. I sometimes drop by for a thing or two, and this great experience will most certainly keep me coming back! Thank you Jeremy and thank you Autozone!

It's exelente place, no complains at all, efficient people, good parts and good services, if your are looking for something and they don't have it, they will do best to help yo, one way or another.... also if you buy something and by mistake you got the wrong parts, they will either echange it or give your money back... people that we can trust.

Just stopped for ATF fluid, 1st time at this particular location, and the exact type I needed was on sale, so, without any other knowledge or experience at this location, I'd have to say that my first and only time here was beyond my expectations !

I believe it should be a requirement to know about cars to work at an auto parts store. They do sell the right parts, you just have to either bring in the part you need, or know what u need exactly because they will get the easiest of things wrong. I was sold wrong springs, shocks, oil filter, spark plugs, air filter, axles, etc.
