The service department manager lacked empathy. I purchased a Mach E from this dealership within 1 year had a charge port error and other errors. I informed that i was having body work done and i askef if a mobil unit could address the issue while my vehicle was being serviced. They weren't able to accommodate me and said bring it to them after it was repaired. I had the car back one day and I couldn't charge the vehicle. I immediately brought them the vehicle, they didn't have a loaner, like i was promised, and they couldn't tell me when they were going to get to my car. The manager showed no empathy and took everything i said and felt personal. He went back and forth with me. So I ended up going to another dealer, Liccardi who informed that you could rent a car as long as it was a Ford and under $40. Why doesn't Maplecrest doffer that service?

I appreciated Edward's handling of my appointment and getting things handled successfully and as quickly as could be expected.There was a customer there who was unhappy about something (dirty windows) - he made sure everyone knew it, stomping around the Service Waiting Area repeating his dissatisfaction to literally anyone who made eye contact with him. How the rest of the Service team could focus, I don't know, but they did. They were respectful to everyone and politely addressed his concerns while accepting the other customers - with appointments.We have always had professional and successful interactions at Maplecrest - both in Service & Sales. Highly Recommend.

This the worst ford service anyone can go to. After all the clients I have brought them, my family and my personal vehicles as well as my business vehicles. I will no longer do business here. They have lack of communication! Brain the manager of the mechanics Is a joke. I emailed him twice, never responds! Call him multiple times never answers is always busy than they pass me to pat, even worse! Guy is very rude, hangs up the phone after I ask to speak to someone because my business van has been there over 2 weeks and they have done nothing to it! Waste of my time and my business. From a business owner to another one, try you customers with respect we come here for a reason.

Have professional service but some staff around are taking personal things from the vehicles. First time lost my Calvin Klein lotion and second time did not find my socket set on my tools.

Sorry I might sound like a commercial. Or someone that works there. But I love going to this place. I had a small problem, they fixed it plus did other stuff. Violet and the nice people that work there are awesome. Love you guys!

Went in to buy an escape as a gift for my wife as a gift for her 11 year Cancer survivor we met with Gary Wilkinson and he was so understanding and professional that we left with her new ascape we were pleased with Gary and Maplecrest Ford in whole highly recommend dealership if you visit you will not be dissapointed.
