Rip off. You pay for full service and your car does not even get cleaned. $19 for ultimate clean. Haha that's a joke.Paid for tire shine and there was a drop on one wheel.Don't waste your money or time.Simply nothing but rip off.See the photos for yourself.After all it's your money and want to waste it or use it properly.

The whole staff was so friendly and helpful as I went in to become a member for the car wash! Quin was the absolute BEST, he explained the packages to me and was so nice! The free vacuums are a plus

The Unlimited Wash membership makes everything so super easy here. The vacuums are always strong, the wash is always good, and my car comes out nice and shiny! It's also convenient that they also do oil changes here, too, and they give you a discount on services if you have the membership. I just come twice a month and it pays for itself!

You will waste your money!!!Had a very bad experience with this place. First off the car wash did not clean my vehicle properly.Nor did the person that wipes down and dries your vehicle, was a poor job.Only to be approached and disrespected by the female manager. Then to be unruly approached by the general manager.So the customer service here is very bad, don't waste your time here. They're better places you can go...Such a lie response from this area manager. Lies , just make sure my membership I signed up for is canceled.Again customers "Do not waste your money on this place" The car doesn't get washed properly and overall the customer service is bad.You can look at other people reviews and they say the same thing

The new service is super convenient and cost efficient! You can t go here and expect a wash like you would get at like a hand car wash or something but it s literally no where near the same price and the process here is super fast and efficient. The staff are all accommodating with their billing even after I misjudged them based on a previous bad experience with the prior company!I recommend this place especially if you are looking for a quick and cost efficient exterior wash!

I went to Wash Hounds for a routine oil change. The staff was very professional, personable, and seemed devoted to the job. They were warm and welcoming and considerate. They explained things that needed explaining easily and without hesitation and never once did I feel pressured or like I was being upsold. They let me know what they recommended and asked if they should proceed with any additional things before acting on anything. I felt valued and heard. The accompanying car wash is an added bonus. Will continue to patronize this locale and I would recommend them to anyone. The 2 associates I interacted with were great, wish I got both their names, but shout out to Jay for going above and beyond.

Even though I have monthly membership, it never works properly. Nothing but issue. Even though the manager came and told me it s an issue in their end, and it will be fixed, it wasn t.On my next visit the same issue, the system does not recognize the membership.It is not worth of your money.They don t check the car after exiting just a quick dry.Our car was still of dirt after passing the through the cleaning process .Not happyUPDATE3 months later, nothing has changed.I wanted to give another try to redeem themselves , I was optimistic.These are the pictures AFTER the car went through cleaning.On the exit, they really don t care if the car is clean or not.I had to tell to the guy to clean it better with no success. They don t care, they dint want to put the effort to spray and try to make it better. Quick dry , bye you are out.It is not only the bird poop remained but also wherever the machine didn't reach it was still dirty( referring to last pic) this is all the works by the way not the cheapest package.

I ve been coming to this car wash for a a couple of months and the service is exceptional. Josh helped me with my membership today and he was very helpful and professional. Great place.

As you as you enter, there are DIY vacuum stations, plenty for a large crowd to vacuum at once. I've never had to wait for a station, and I can use as long as I need to. The wash is fast and very thorough, and they also have an in-house mechanic for oil changes and small caliber jobs. Everyone is very courteous and I find it an overall pleasant experience.

Great and cheap but may need better staffing. I was a member for around 6 months and go a couple times a month, but the last time I went one of the employees rushed me onto the track behind another car and my car was not secured in place despite it being in neutral. Employee in black carhartt hoodie kept yelling at me to not press the brake as if it was my first time ever at a car wash. I then immediately went to a nearby car wash and got it done there. Every other employee I ve spoken to has been kind, just needs better customer service across the board.

I was extremely pleased with the service. I received from wash hounds and the gentleman that waited on me. His name is Jarrett and he gets 10 stars instead of 5. He was very knowledgeable. He was good with answering my questions. And he serviced me right away.

The general manager Misty was amazing, goes above and beyond. I always get my oil changed here, great service, fast, reliable, and very inexpensive. If you are looking for an oil change/Car Wash, Wash Hounds in Union on Route 22 is where you need to go.

$19 bucks to clean the outside, that's the top tier. I know it doesn't have to be perfect, but my rims and side panels shouldn't have this much dirt. Don't even have an option for them to clean the interior, it's absolutely not a place to go. Even better, its 1 guy drying the car and it leaves a bit wet. Avoid it at all costs

My Truck windshield cracked from their machine malfunctioning stops repeatedly yesterday. They refused to fix it, very dishonest business practice. I would give them zero star if permitted.....

I would just like to say, Josh and Corey are outstanding gentlemen They assisted me with very valuable to me that got accidentally vacuumed. They did not disregard me and regarded me as a valuable person and customer. These brothers are the epitome of excellent. Once again thank you!!

This is after going through the tunnel with "the works" package and "wipedown." Fix your water filtration system! Also, the wipedown is a joke, as you can easily see.

Meh.. I d rather spend $19 plus tips somewhere else, wasn t happy with the result, plus the guys outside, didn t let me dry my car properly

Not sure when this place turned mostly automated but I m not a fan of it now. You have to drive the car through yourself and there is only one attendant that dries the car. To be fair he s one guy trying to dry off all the cars that go through. The only upside is the free 10 min vacuum which is adequate if you clean out the interior ahead of your visit. The price is the same as it used to be before they made the change. Now you are paying a premium car wash and it s mediocre at best. I don t recommend this place.Update: In response to Wash Hounds, as you pointed out the price used to be $22 pre conversion. A $19 wash after tax is $21 post conversion which is essentially the same price for less service.

The workers here are all so kind! Before going in the car wash, they consider taking the time to do a pre-wash first before my car enters the wash. Costumer service is unmatched. Very professional and passionate, hardworking people. This is a great WashHounds location.

My experience here was just perfect. The service that Dynaisa gave us was amazing. She made sure that we were ok and asked us if there was anything else we needed. She was very helpful and so nice. I ve been coming to Wash Hounds for years now! Incredible service and you even get a free car wash with an oil change! Misty is awesome and all employees are super nice and helpful! 10/10 service

I have a monthly membership, and it s the best investment that I ve made for my car as far as a car wash is concerned. My car always comes out pristine and cleaner than before. I love the discount I get on my oil change, helps out a lot. Customer Service is excellent as well. Would definitely recommend them to others.

This was a mediocre wash, and I don t believe the works services were performed even though I paid for the works package. I was left washing my car by hand because the car didn t even seem washed, tires not shined, etc.There are vacuums available for you to use, but I would not recommend this wash at all.Here s my tire shine attached. All four wheels. Partially washed partially shined. BS.

THE WORST CAR WASH EVERI would give a 0 rating if i could.I came here (union) because i needed a wash before a wedding and was already on 22. I purchased a single platinum package, asking if wiping the interior and vaccuming would be included to which i was told yes. When my car came out it was wiped down by the associates out front and i drove away. At a stop when i turned around I realized that not only was the floor of the back seat not vacuumed as there was still dog hair on it but there was some kind of additional dirt on the actual back seats that was not there before. I have cleaned the floor with a handheld vacuum before and the hair was never an issue coming up. Additionally, upon closer inspection I realized that the sides of the doors were not wiped down as there was mud left on them, and there was still dust left on the dash, as well as dirt in the cup holders. I called and explained the residue found, and Edward advised that the service does not include cleaning down the sides of the door or the cupholders, but that the dash should have been cleaned. He offered for me to come back later this week as I cannot return today, and said they would redo the cleaning free of charge. While this offer was appreciated, it is baffling to think that paying $23 + tax for this service does not include a basic wipe down of the door, proper vacuuming or cleaning of the cup holders. I have had $12 basic car washes where that was a standard. Any time the doors need to be opened (for vacuuming) they have been wiped down in all my past experiences. My final grievance is the fact that when i exited the vehicle to open the trunk i found that dirt still remained under my back windshield wiper, as well as the foot of the trunk. I had to spend time wiping down areas of the car, door and outside, as well as re-vacuuming my back seat. I am not seeking to have the service redone, but I needed to leave this feedback because it is by far the worst car wash experience I ve had!! Why would I pay to wash my car but leave dirt on my doors and dust on my dashboard? I was interested in bringing my car here for a full detailing as i read up on it while waiting, but this car wash made it abundantly clear, that, that would be a huge mistake!!! Glad i only wasted $25 bucks and not $200.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. Lady managing the place is so rude, treated me like a piece of garbage and terminated my membership on the spot, because the sticker was not on my car. LOL. What a horribly ran business, not everybody wants to stick stickers onto car windshields. The tag worked fine I would simply hold it up, and go through the wash...but apparently that isn't good enough?? Really was a shame, never been treated so poorly by a business. Don't support this place guys, plenty of other spots in the area and they do a better wash !!REPLY TO OWNER: Yes that is correct, I had just purchased the new car and was actually in last week and there was a nice man working outside who told me it was okay, and the change would be made in the office. Not sure how the message wasn't relayed.. or why I am made to look bad when I was told this was no issue by an employee. Nonetheless, I understand your point on the tag sharing but it is not an excuse to mis-treat customers and act like I was trying to pull a fast one with someone else's tag.. Had you handled it better things wouldn't have went this way !

One of the worst car wash places to throw away your money. When I asked the staff member if they could do a deep cleaning they charged me $30 bucks, and as you can see by the pictures the interior was far from clean. They did a poor job on the windows & side mirrors as well and the cup holder was still full of water and dirt. The employee had the nerve to write on a note card "SUPER CLEAN!! What was that for? Letting the guys up front know to do a great cleaning job? That apparently didn't happen. The exterior of the car was done well but your better off doing a deep clean of your vehicle's interior yourself. I can tell they pay their employees pretty poorly because they just look so unhappy & miserable. Buyer beware. I really don't take pleasure in writing bad reviews, I try to be as fair as possible but this place needs to wake up and do a much better job.

I haven't been to this car wash in a while, but when I visited today, I believe it was under new management because this place was unacceptable. Before, they vacuumed the car before the pre-wash, but now you have to vacuum it yourself. I chose the $20 option, plus tip, and it didn't meet my standards. The car wasn't fully dry towards the end, and the wash soap was still on the bottom side of the car as well as the wheels weren't waxed properly just unfinished. I don't recommend coming here, and I am not returning anymore, even if they gave me a free wash.
