Really bad ,I went to have a amplifier install on my Mercedes, technician don't know what the hell his doing or talking about, Joe another alike,,suggestions don't go there,, you want excellent professional work, go across 22 Audio sound,, I went there spent more money,, I was told that who ever installed the amp,, Use two channels for 4 speakers a subwoofer and a amp told me what a idiot,, they also have old inventory,,

I had a remote start added on my 2019 rav4 with a two way remote. The owner is a very nice person easy to talk to and explains every thing to you with patience. They are the real deal. I will be going back in a few months to get my fog lights installed with them.

The most professional and knowledgeable workers you ll meet. Gave me a great and reasonable price for a Bluetooth Radio and did the job flawlessly. If you need any installations when it comes to sound or remote starts in your car, I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them. Transparent and amazing service fully through.

They're very knowledgeable and experienced. Went there to install a remote start system, they explained the different options to me. Car was ready in 2 hours. Their prices are better than other similar places in the area.

Been coming here for 20+ years! Good trustworthy mobile audio / security place. They never try to sell you stuff you don't need and are willing to help when you stop by. They also do security cameras and media systems.

Kenny from Union Collision referred me to Vortex Mobile Audio on Rt. 22. My remote car starter was turning on and off. Joe took one look at it under the hood and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in 20 minutes. This place is the best. They will not give you the run around. They are honest and reliable. Thank you Kenny for the referral and thank you Joe for the great service. My 2006 4 Runner is on the move again.

Joe fixed a problem within 15 minutes!! I've been to 5 different shops prior with no answer. I met Joe from Vortex and yesssss he fixed it !! Happy customer... ty for taking the time out Joe You ROCK #GMC TERRAIN

Friendly and professional service Had a small problem with one of the installations and they took us right in and replaced a defective part on the spot no charge. That kind of service beats the big box stores hands down

Theres only 1 Installer. Opens late which is inconvenient. They stop working on your vehicle every time someone stops by and ask them to take a look at their vehicle so it takes long to get job done.

Unprofessional, they had 5 days to get the parts for my car before I brought my truck up there, they still didn t have the parts he didn t even bother to call and communicate do not take ure vehicle up there!
