I had the most wonderful experience here at VW of union. Anna the sales associate and Noura the finance manager were absolutely amazing and professional, thank you for your profound customer service guys. I highly recommend this dealership. Love my new Atlas!

I had a manager where I work specifically refer me to Eric because he had such an awesome experience with him. I m glad to say I also had an awesome experience with Eric, I reached out over text (much prefer to talking on the phone I work retail and can t really make calls) told him what I was looking for (SUV, AWD, Seat warmers) and he found a gorgeous 22 Taos in my budget. He also got me a more the fair value on my trade in. Even more awesome, I can t recommend Eric enough, he should be the one running that place.

I went to Volkswagen of Union never expecting to walk out with a new vehicle. I love my ID.4 and Abdul made the whole process so easy! He took us out for a test drive and was very thorough explaining all aspects of the car. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

I m convinced the workers here are INCOMPETENT. I bought a car in November, it is now March and I still don t have my registration. They let my temps expire TWICE, once for over a MONTH, so I could not even use the car. Don t even think you can get ahold of them after buying a car, I m thoroughly convinced they have my number memorized and purposefully don t answer. I have left NUMEROUS voicemails and emails, none of which have been returned over the last FOUR MONTHS. I once called twice a day for a week, and if they did answer they would transfer me, but the line would immediately cut. We even contacted VW corporate who gave us the general managers email, of which we have emailed THREE times, none of which have been returned. Today I received a letter saying I owe taxes on the car in the WRONG STATE that I am not a resident of. I am now being forced to seek legal action because I payed cash for a car 4 months ago that I still don t have a title or registration for. I am so disappointed in the service here. Even the buying experience was AWFUL. They pretended someone else was coming to look at the car and took so many let me go ask my manager 30 minute breaks. I was there for over 6 hours, and was miserable the whole time. I m so disappointed in my past self for going through with this after seeing how bad they treat their customers in person, no wonder I m having an issue now. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend at all. To anyone. Ever.

Great experience at Volkswagen of Union! Ana is the best and probably the nicest sales agent you re gonna meet. Her manager Marcus is cool too, definitely go there and speak with them if your looking for something new.

Mohamed made my first ever car purchase seamless. He provided exceptional customer service. It was pleasant to hear his knowledge of Cars AND he showed me my very own car in the middle of a rain storm. Conversations with both Mohamed and the VW manager were both great. I d recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a new purchase.

Such a great experience! Highly recommend purchasing a VW from this dealer. The dealership is newly renovated and looks beautiful. I recently got into a car accident and was in need of a new vehicle. Dylan Kiel helped make this process so quick and easy. Dylan picked out a few options within my price range but I ended up falling in love with the Taos in the showroom. So happy with it! I also had the pleasure of meeting Carlos Silva, the finance director. Very sweet and generous for offering me lunch. Thank you guys again for everything! And special props for Dylan for taking a lovely picture of me with my new car with a bow

Excellent!!!!!! I went into buy a vehicle. Eric assisted me to make a purchase. I informed them I did not have any money to put down, not good credit and no-co-signer. I was able to purchase 2020 Volkswagen Tiquan with low mileage. This is one one the best experiences of buying a car I ever had!

We had such a great experience with Ana. We had an appointment on a Saturday morning in search of pre-owned car and trading in our old car. During our visit the manager Carlos was very fair on meeting us where we wanted to be with our deal. We picked up the car few days later and Ana was very attentive communicating with us about when the car would be ready. I was really happy with this dealer

Great customer service. Very friendly and pleasant to work with. Knowledgeable and fair. I walked out happy and would definitely do business with Eric and Marcus again. I brought my 7 year old son with me who Eric made sure to keep busy and feed through the buying process and I appreciate him dearly for that.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Went for the first service of my wife's Beetle and ended up with my car on the showroom floor!!! The folks here are courteous and care for your car needs. They are down to earth and will even share stories with you about their VW experiences!A FANTASTIC DAY WAS HAD!!!

I had the best experience working with both Marcus & Noura in financing my dream car. The process of test driving, answering all my questions, and signing of my paperwork could not be more seamless. I felt confident in getting into my new vehicle so quickly as they were knowledgeable in all areas that I questioned. I highly recommend others to visit this location as I know that will be taken care just as graciously as myself. 10/10 experience.

The process of buying or leasing a car has always been very confusing and long but the process at the Union location has been amazing! Mohamed Stitou was so helpful and worked with us through the whole process! His customer service skills have been amazing and I will definitely recommend him and the union location to my friends and family! So hall for the new car thanks to Mohamed!

Yesterday my sister got her beetle serviced and I spoke with Volkswagen Consultant Eric about the all new 2023 Volkswagen Golf R. I didn t think I would be able to get my dream car but he was able to get me the car I wanted. Also Noura in Finance helped me with payment plan that worked for me. Thank you to Eric and Noura for making the process x10 faster than any other dealership. My second vw bought from Vw Union! Pleasure doing business as always.

Today my husband and I visited VW of Union and had the pleasure of meeting salesman, Eric M. He helped us find vehicles that fit our lifestyle and our price range, a 2024 Atlas Crossover and a ID 4! Union VW has made a great first impression along with a seamless purchase experience. Mohamed is professional and easy going, had answers to all our questions. It was a GREAT pleasure and awsome EXPERIENCE financing my first vehicle with Eric (salesman) and Noura (finance manager)! They are very proffesional and dedicated to their job! They are beyond generous and explained to me very well throughout the proccess to be able to understand every detail of financing a vehicle. I was able to get my DREAM CAR If I can give more than 5 , I would. I am very thankful with Eric for making the process smooth & quickly without waisting any time! I came with my family from Brooklyn,NY to get here with very kind and proffesional people and was able to take my car right away ! Let me start by saying that I did not end up purchasing here. But I was impressed with their assistance and knowledge. They actually sent me to another dealer because what I was looking for they did not have in stock. They earned my respect for that. I dealt with Hector and a manager. Both were nice.

Went for used jeep, my sales women was Ana who just started, she was great, Carlos in management was GREAT to deal with, there was a recall for a light in the car and he got it in the jeep store that day so I did not need to come back. He also called me 2 days later and got me approved for an even better rate then what I closed at. Great place!

I am someone who tends to be cautious in taking big financial steps forward, and this car-shopping experience certainly met that criteria. I felt relaxed, acknowledged, and empowered in making my decision and moving forward with my auto purchase.Matt, my sales rep, helped me have a satisfying test driving experience: he listened to my comments to every experience during my drive, adding details on driveability and features to build my confidence in the vehicle. I never felt put upon or pressured when discussing leasing and financing options.Noura, my financing rep, went through every document needing a signature, explaining every component of TLP, GAP coverage, warranty coverages, etc. At the end, I received stapled, clear documents all neatly folded into a single envelope for me to hold for my records at home.I'm cautious by nature, so I appreciate driving away with my new car feeling joyful with anticipation for my future driving experience.***Photos are of my new Jetta safely parked at my home and during a Friday night pizza run.***

Was in the market for getting an id4 possibly from this location which is over 30 min away from me. I have other dealers much closer to me, but I was branching out to see if this dealer would be the one. Asked online for some info, was emailed by Elizabeth and was asked to call her. I called her, she was unavailable so I spoke to Dnarian and spoke about what im looking for. He took the info and said his manager would get back to me. Didn't get a call, so the next day I called again and asked for Elizabeth but was unavailable again, this time I spoke with a woman and again was told she would have her manager get back to me. Still haven't heard from them, if they can't handle a simple callback I'm very glad I didn't make the trip over there and waste more of my time. Would not recommend them.Amendment:I'm making an adjustment to my review from before. MJ and Eric reached out to me because of the review I gave them. They both apologized and made strides in helping me with the purchase of the ID4. Though they did work with me and I did eventually purchase the car from them, the communication with this location and their service dept needs to improve drastically. Don't tell a customer that you will call them back to aide them and days go by and you the customer again have to reach out to them because they forgot.

Came in to look at a new Tiguan and was greeted by the receptionist Sara. She was very friendly and super attentive, she directed me to my salesman Hector. Hector made sure to answer any questions I had and informed me very well on the car I was interested in. Carlos was also super helpful in explaining everything regarding the leasing process. Noura in finance was also great. I very much enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Mohamed was super helpful and not pushy at all which I appreciated. He also did his best to get us out in a timely manner. The manager MJ was also helpful with the lease and did not give us the run around and was able to accommodate our budget without going back and forth. Over all a pleasant experience.
