Let me start by saying thank you to everyone at Union Collision. You guys are awesome. They were friendly, efficient, honest and hard working. I was able to get my vehicle before the estimated date. I went to them with a destroyed front bumper and now my car looks better than brand new. I couldn t ask for a better experience. They updated me the entire way and worked with my insurance to get everything squared away. I will be referring anyone I know that needs body work to them and will be returning if I need anything else done.

This is a really good auto body repair shop. This was my first time using them and they are professional and friendly. The most important part was the outcome of the repair and I was very happy with the job done!! They detailed my car. They text you and keep you updated and send you pictures of the repairs where they re at with your car. The car looked like new! I highly recommend them, trust me you will be happy you did.

Professional service and quality work, would definitely recommend! Ron did a great job guiding us through the repair process with our insurance and went above and beyond to help us. The shop sent multiple status updates while the repairs were in process, so we always knew what was happening. The repairs look great and the whole car was polished and clean when we picked it up. We understand why Union Collison has a 4.9 rating, they deserve it.

Union Collision did a very good paint job on my mirror. I would have given a 5 star but they did crack the top portion of the mirror. Other then that I am satisfied.

Melding a perfect balance between personal service with a smile and high-tech modern features like automated texts that walk you through each step of the process, this company really hits the mark in all facets. Add to the great service that the body work itself came out stellar, we couldn't have been happier with the entire experience we had getting our vehicles repaired at Union Collision. Hands down the best auto body shop we've ever worked with. Don't hesitate to bring your car here, you will be happy you did!!! Nick was a pleasure to work with and re-assured us every step of the way and delivered on everything he told us.

Dealt with Mike at Union Collision today in regard to my 17 year old daughter's car. As a new driver she unfortunately had an accident which caused some minor damage. Mike came to the rescue today and really showed how caring and genuinely kind this facility runs. He went out of his way to help us and reminded me that doing the next right thing can really make someone's day! They have our business for life now.

If someone deserves a 5 star, it s you guys. Mike you are an amazing human. It s a different feeling when you realize they are not trying to rip off your customers. I went to another place like half a mile away to take care of a scratch on the front bumper. They gave a quote close to $800+. Just came to Union Collision on the way. Mike took a look and explained the process and asked if I really need to do it now. Then took care of it so I can keep using it without the ugly scratch. Amazing service. That dedication is 5 star! Will come back to complete the work soon.

Fast service, amazing work and friendly staff, what more could you ask for?? I work down the street and know a few people who have taken cars here (myself included for paint-less dent repair) and it's the same 10/10 experience every time. Look no further, Union Collision is the place to go for any automotive bodywork needs. Will definitely return for any future repairs.

Very satisfied with the completed job in replacing the front bumper on my Lexus. Paint matched perfectly, too. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was cleaned inside and out. All very professional workers. Thank you very much.

I recently used Union Collison for the 2nd time. Mike and Team are the very best! The customer service provided was top notch. Timely, courteous, knowledgeable and professional are just a few words that come to mind when describing my experience with Union Collison. A huge shout out to Mike who made the car repair experience better than I expected. Truly appreciate Mike's help from drop off to pick up and every interaction in between. You are the best. I was quite upset to find that someone had swiped the whole side of my car and I just noticed it. I immediately drove to Union Collision to see Kenny, the owner, and since he was not there, I was directed to work with Nick Barbera, his son. This is a family business and everyone there is so competent and professional. Nick drew up an estimate, took insurance information , and immediately started the process. My insurance company called me and we were ready to roll. As promised, my car took 10 days and I had to wait a few weeks because they were so busy. Since my scratches did not effect the drive, I was certainly willing to wait for the BEST! Unbelievable!! My car looks brand new on the outside. (Inside is another story! LOL)Each day I received a text giving me updated information. The car was finished exactly when promised. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew and he was super nice and helpful, too. I highly recommend this body shop for any issues you have. It was a pleasure doing business with them all the way around.

I had a fantastic experience with Union Collision. The staff was incredibly friendly, and my Acura TLX was repaired to perfection. What pleasantly surprised me was that they even gave my car a thorough wash before returning it, a thoughtful touch that wasn't mentioned but greatly appreciated. I was in an accident Sunday night, car was totaled. But the car was picked up the very next day by Union Collision and sent over all the information to my insurance company right away. I would highly recommend them to anyone

My Maserati was struck while sitting parked on a side street. I came to Union Collision for those repairs. Everyone there was a true professional and very pleasant. The work was completed a lot sooner than expected and the quality is beyond 5 Stars. I would definitely refer my friends and family to Union Collision for their repair needs. I just wanted to thank the team at union collision. They did an amazing job on my car. They kept me updated throughout the process up until I picked it up. This was my first time having to deal with a collision place and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. When I went the first time to have Kenny look at my car, I told him the bumper piece that was missing on the side was not part of the accident, that I had done that myself a few weeks prior. He asked me if I had the piece with me and if I had 10-15 minutes so the mechanic can put it back on for me (for free, mind you this wasn t what I was coming in for) that right there just shows the kind of shop this is. They were very upfront and told me back in November that they wouldn t be able to take my car until the new year and that if I wanted to go somewhere else they d understand, since my car was drivable I decided to wait to have them work on it and I m so glad I did! From the updates throughout out the entire process to everyone in the office, I recommend Union Collision without any hesitation!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It's inevitable that one day your car will need help. Of course it wasn't your fault. That said, I would only trust Union Collision to come to the rescue. They are fair, efficient and very nice to work with!

Honestly there's no other body shop that I would trust to work on my truck. They always do right by me by only using OEM parts and when they lay paint down it always has a perfect match and is truly an amazing finish. I can't thank the staff and technicians enough for their hard work to always provide a perfect job everytime. In short they treat my vehicle like it's one of their own and just do amazing work. You should not have any doubts when bringing your vehicle to Union Collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot believe how this place allowed me to question the heck out of them AND they allowed me to see my car while it was getting done, the details behind the repair, and even allowed me to speak to the guy repairing my car! This is huge for me bc I love to know exactly what is being done to my car and why. It also came out immaculate! Mike is the man as well, both Mikes there.

After being involved in a minor fender bender, I wanted to send my vehicle to a friend s repair shop for repair in Staten Island. My insurance company quickly put a stop to that plan and forced me to use one of their preferred shops. I chose Union Collision because it was the closest shop to my house. I could not be happier with that decision; everyone in this company is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Not only did they keep me informed during the entire process, but they also called/texted me with information about delays on parts from the manufacturer as well as completion dates. It is rare to find people with professionalism like this; they have definitely earned my business for any future work.

Mike and his team are absolutely fantastic. Great attitude about the work and life in general. Our car was badly damaged at a time when parts are hard to come by - and wait times for deliveries are long.Creative problem solving made it possible for Union Collision to get our car back to us within the original time frame and in perfect.condition!I will always recommend Union Collision to anyone who asks!
