I had 2 tires replaced in January and didn't notice a problem with one of them until April. I spoke to the manager, Ron, and he was very understanding of the issue. He was able to resolve my problem the same day. Would highly recommend.

I went in this morning for a brake check and knew that what I needed done was going to cost me a pretty penny, and was nervous that a business with multiple locations was just going to up-charge me or tell me I needed things that I really didn t. When I spoke to Elder and Calvin, they both explained to me in depth what needed to be done and answered every question I had. Their thoroughness and personable communication made me very comfortable, and the prices were laid out very clearly and were very reasonable. I also want to especially acknowledge Calvin, who, when I expressed that I was under a strict time restraint, made it happen alongside Reggie, the amazing mechanic who worked on my car. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at this location! I would recommend STS Union to anyone.

Thanks to Elder, the Assistant Manager, very kind and always giving me the best options, and also to the mechanic Ahlil, he did a good job. I am leaving happy, I would definitely recommend returning to this site 5 stars

I came in this morning for brakes services and I met with Eddie who is the store manager and he was very nice and pleasant. He also advise me of this that my brakes was in good standard . The showroom was very nice and clean had a great display of tires or every vehicle selection.

Was in the RT. 22E, Union, NJ shop and was helped by Eddie and Stcyr. They were FANTASTIC! The most honest and considerate individuals I have encountered ever since I've been walking in and out mechanic shops. Will never go anywhere else as long as they're their. 100% recommend!

Highly recommended and Ron there is phenomenalWe dont live close to Union but end up going there since most other shops want to sell new tyres and never fix issues on the existing tire. These guys are honest and do a fabulous job every single time.They put your interest first.

Excellent customer service.Eddie the store manager had great conversation and made me feel welcome from start to finish.Elder was very informative and kept me updated on all the needed work.Oh yes and I can not leave out Calvin which whom I had spoken to on the phone about pricing and servicesAs a woman I always feel as if I will be over charged or taken advantage of but the guys at STS were great and made sure I was well taken care of and fully understood what was going on with my vehicle.Today my services were a brake and rotor job.

STS Union exceeded my expectations! Stcyr and Eddie provided exceptional customer service. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took fantastic care. Their suggestions were honest and necessary, making me feel valued as a customer. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. Kudos to these amazing individuals and the entire service bay team for their professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend STS Union for their outstanding service and dedication to their customers' satisfaction!

Eddie and his crew helped me out today!!! I pulled in without an appointment to see if they could answer a few questions about my SUV. They took time to inspect it and helped me understand what could be wrong. Eddie and his crew are very detailed oriented and went above and beyond my needs. It was by chance that I pulled into the Rt 22, Union shop, however I will definitely be back as a long time customer. Thank you again Eddie and Crew!Robyn F.

NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE. I had a horrible experience. I went to change the oil in the car and EDDIE offered me to do some more work. I accepted. So far so good. I waited the first day at the workshop and it wasn't ready. On the second day he asked me to go look for the piece they had broken and I went. I couldn't find the piece and they told me they would finish it the next day. 3 DAYS AFTER I went to change the oil I got there and EDDIE was super rude to me telling me to come back the next day. We went back on Friday and EDDIE said she couldn't find the piece they broke. He asked me to wait another 4 days, I waited and they didn't call me, when there were 20 minutes left before the store closed, we called and he told me that an employee hadn't gone to work, but the item was already there, that it would be ready at Wednesday, 8 days after the car went in for an oil change. In the end we were still surprised that we had to pay more! We had to negotiate and still pay MORE. We had already paid everything from the first day, and in the end, after all that, there was still another 378 dollars that I had to pay. I even had to pay more labor. Don't go to this place, they will try to sell you everything and they won't be able to deliver on their promises. Now all that remains is to resolve this in court.

Eddie provided excellent service. I was stressed out driving on a bad spare tire and I called to check if the tires were in stock Eddie was so patient with me over the phone. When I arrived in person I felt so relieved, I appreciate Eddie and his team. This experience made my day I can now drive safely. Our family is thankful for Eddie s service. Plus Eddie s smile is

Ahlil the mechanic was tremendous. Elder the assistant manager was very helpful and ensured we were happy with the job. They also completed it in a very timely manner. I would definitely recomend taking your car here for service.

Although I had to return the next day due to a nail in my tire, the service I received from Assistant Manager Elder and Mechanic Ahlil was outstanding. They swiftly identified the nail's location and were exceptionally patient throughout the process. Their attentiveness and helpfulness were remarkable. Despite their fantastic service, I hope not to need a return visit anytime soon. Nonetheless, I'm truly grateful for their incredible customer care during this unexpected situation.

The manager, Eddie and tech, Stcyr were absolutely accommodating and helpful. I had a screw stuck in my tire and they took me although they were close to closing and ensured my car was safe to drive. Not only was service 5 star but my tire was a great price. I highly recommend this location.

Called a day in advance, ordered tires and made an appointment for the next day. Went in for appointment on Sunday and was in and out with zero issues. Sarah was very helpful!

I bought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a battery replacement. The store manager, Eddie and Stcyr were very friendly and explained everything to me in full detail. Eddie provided honest service at a fair price. I definitely will return in the future to have my truck serviced at this facility.

Eddie was very kind and genuinely listened when I explained the issues with my car. He found the tire I needed, let me know about the other problems the car had, and wasn t one of those pushy types. It s nice to actually go to a garage that has employees who are really trying to help and not just make a sale. Definitely recommend.

Eddie was great, super helpful and kind! Everyone I spoke with went out of their way to make sure I was making an informed decision. I'll be coming back when my car needs more attention :)
