Just went for a Safety Check since I am driving across Western Slope; was first of the morning service appointment. Great prompt first contact, and then my service advisor, Khai, is always prompt, pleasant and helpful. As usual, in and out fast and feel car runs great!Only issue: the man who drove my car from back to front, left it at the side of the building (not sure why), shutting off the car while in drive (!!!). I NEVER do that so was a little disturbing.

If you want honest and trustworthy service and advice, then ask for Maricela. She goes out of her way in treating you like a human. She s super understanding! She is a stellar example of a service advisor. I trust my minivan and kids in her hands.

Don't waste your time coming here, their "appointment" system is a joke.It took over *4 hours* to replace a small plastic piece of door trim on my 2023 Accord, on a weekday, during early afternoon.On the phone call to set up the appointment, I was told it would take *1 hour*.When I arrived to drop my car off, I was told *2 hours*.After over 4 hours had passed, after being told many "it will be done soon" lies throughout the day, the car finally came out of the garage.Service: Body & Trim

I was greeted by Mia a car service tech. I was informed it would take 90 minutes for someone to look at car and 90 minutes to repair. I was just here on Tuesday when the tech. Put in the system I needed to bring car back oFriday. The 2024 CRV had a leak. Mia, couldn't locate the info on system. Now 3 hours later with no info from Mia. I walks to her station she tells me she has no info and do I need an Uber. Planet Honda tech in service need customer service Professional Development for theseemployees service tech. Especially Mia she has an attitude problem and doesn't value customer time or just simply asking questions regarding vehicle.I seek other place to take care of my vehicle needs.

My car service this Friday 22nd was garbage waste of time ND money but unfortunately I might have to go back for service again due to my warranty. I'm very upset with lack of communication not happy at all

Horrible costumer service. The communication between departments is also very poor. They will sell you a car and once the papers are signed and they have their money they honor nothing! Tried to schedule services the quote one price and then at time of appointment charged a ridiculous amount. Would not recommend purchasing at this dealer nor schedule services here. So disappointed and it s been multiple occasions. We have bought twice and both times have been dissatisfied! never going back.

LADIES BEWARE! they will try to get over on you!! Making an appt is a joke. I came in because my back tires kept going flat.My appointment was at 11:45 and I arrived around 11:30 everyone was nice and the service advisor Anthony told me it would take about 1.5 hrs. They didn t even look at my car until around 2:45.By 3pm I was HEATED looking for an update after waiting hours. The service advisor tried to tell me only one tire had a nail and the other one was okay and I knew that wasn t true, so I ask the advisor to CHECK AGAIN, only to find out the side wall was punctured and I needed a new tire!!!The tire that they rushed to patch after me making several complaints STILL NEEDED AIR THE FOLLOWING DAY AFTER SERVICE!!By 3:45 I was looking for the service manager (but he wasn t at his desk ofc)Kay was nice and checked on the car update and I was leaving by 4pmOverall My experience was horrible, had I known the service department operated like this I would ve purchased my car from a Honda dealership closer to my home!! If I didn t have a tire maintenance package I would never come back to this service department. To keep customers waiting 4-5 hours they need to be offering loaner car services or at least prepare customers to waste their entire day on an oil change and tire!!!

Just be aware about their tech here. Short cuts here do exist. So, I did my first oil change and tire rotation here but unfortunately when I was about to pick up my car after almost 4hrs of waiting all I found was a bad experience. The tech that did my car lied about rotating the tires on my first oil change which was not even rotated when I picked up the car. I wouldn't noticed that if it wasn't for that screw on my tire. Caught them right on the spot. Then I had to stay for another hour for them to redo the work what a day. Service manager Ramon on the other hand however apologized to me but still I don't feel like bringing my car here ever again given the fact that this is a safety concern.Services: Tires, Oil change

Worst place to get a car and they lie about warranty . Fernando and Wally is very unprofessional. I drop my car off 7 am and left it the whole day for them to fix and waited for them to contact me for details but no one did so I decided to call and was put on hold for a very long time . The next day I went there I was told Jon S. never give my paperwork for my car to be service but he didn t care because he was off that next day I was there , so he is at fault for my car not being taken care of. Don t bother with the free oil changes. What a colossal waste of time. Even with an appointment if you have 3 hours to sit around and that s worth it to you, then great, but otherwise I d just pay for your own oil change at a more conveniently located garage that takes 20 min, like a normal oil change should. Service department is excellent, unexpectedly needed a new tire and without an appointment a day before traveling out of state and they had completed the job in under two hours on a Saturday.

I made an appointment to find they wasted my time. I was told 4-5 hrs to service my van but in reality, I was told multiple days to get to my van. Wouldn't recommend
