My first experience with this Auto Body Shop was last year when my daughter hit a deer, they did an awesome job on her car. Fast forward to now, I was side swiped memorial day weekend and because of the great service I received last year I had my car towed to this shop. They are all awesome! Mark was very patient with answering all my questions. It took a little bit longer to get my car back due to parts being on back ordered but the end result was worth it! My car looks brand new! Parts being back ordered are not the shops fault, its a it is what it is situation the shop can't magically make them appear. If I could give more than 5 stars I would but I can't so I'm leaving this review. I highly recommend this body shop! I've posted before and after photos. Awesome job!

Had a hit and run. My insurance recommended them and I am exceedingly happy with restoration. They made me whole again, like nothing happened

They are friendly when you drop vehicle off after that it's whatever. They'll say car is ready when it's not. Install headlights wrong. Water in headlights. Take a month to get light installed correctly. Say they're washing car. Pick up car and it's dirty. Unprofessional here. Lies for no reason. No accountability for poor service. Nasty attitudes. Find another shop.

This is a fabulous team!! I interacted with multiple people on this team: Paul, Jennifer, Fausto, Mike. Every single one of them has been considerate and responsive to my needs!! Thank you!!We had an unfortunate car collision and our 2 month old 2023 Odyssey needed body work. We have a daughter with special needs and the van was our lifeline to move her around. So glad I listened to advice from the Planet Honda sales team and got it towed to Planet Auto!They worked with Geico to get the estimates done the same day and Fausto was my main point of contact. He was very kind, courteous, honest and he got the job done within a week and half and I picked up the van on Friday looking brand new again!! Planet auto has done a fabulous job!!Thank you for being kind and understanding people and a fabulous auto body shop!!!

Just picked up my vehicle. I couldn t be more impressed with the care and time. Mark G had my car ready in less than a week. Planet Auto Body was straightforward and were easier to work with than the rental company which was handled by the same insurance company. Thank you, Mark!

Repairs performed were excellent. Price was good for the work required. Repair took a bit longer than I thought it would. That being said, the wait was worth it. Will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend Planet Auto Body.

The work that they do is of high quality. And everyone who works there is very genuine. I had the pleasure of working with Fausto and I can tell he really loves what he does. He's very personable. Not only does he prioritize the quality of the service, he also prioritizes the human connection between the client. And that's a trait I believe is missing from other establishments. The man treats everyday like a movie! Overall it was 10/10 experience.Service: Body & Trim

Their customer service has degraded terribly. They used to be a good body shop.I called to make an appointment. The receptionist said that now you need to fill out an authorization form to order the parts first before dropping off the car, which I did, but I don't understand why since you can start the body work and panel beating while they wait for the parts. Besides it's a new car of this year, so parts can't be too delayed. Anyway, she said she would call me back, so she didn't and I called a week later to follow up, then she said I never sent the signed form, when one week before she confirmed she received it. You get the story...she said she would call me back again to give me a status of the parts...A bad customer service like this says a lot about a business. Probably the workmanship quality has degraded too. I'm looking for another certified Honda body shop. I'm not bringing my car here anymore

I was very impressed with the service here and won't hesitate to go back if I ever need to. I had some hesitation about taking my BMW here for body repairs, but they took on the repairs in a timely manner, ordered the parts quickly, told me the car would be ready in a couple of weeks, and the car was in fact ready in a couple of weeks. The car honestly looks better than it did before the accident. I can't ask for much more from a body shop!Service: Body & Trim

Took my car to Planet after selecting from insurance approved locations.I have had previous experiences with auto body shops and was expecting similar. Planet Auto Body blew my mind! Jeniffer was so very helpful in scheduling estimate around my crazy schedule. After the car was there I received constant communication and updates. I have never had such a good experience before. They completed the work early and the quality is excellent!! I'm now going to make this my go to place for anything auto repair that I may need for all my vehicles. I highly recommend them. The facility is huge and state of the art. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Terrible service, I don t recommend it for anyone. I took my car five times and it s still not good. And when I texted them to say that what they did wasn t good and it seemed they do nothing to fix the problem, they called me back saying they thought it was offensive and rang up the phone on me.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Wanna thank Paul and Jen for helping me out with my car and keeping me posted every time. There the most friendly people ever and I really appreciate everything they did. Drop my car off on a Monday and got my entire damage repair the next day. Extremely fast and extremely helpful people. Answer all your questions and leaving there with a smile and worried free. I had to get body work done on my 2021 Honda CRV, just got it in Sept 2021. Jennifer provided outstanding customer service! The body work was perfection! I brought it in on a Tuesday, that Friday they called and told me my car was ready!A-Z best place possible!

Worst customer service. They call us telling the car is ready for pick up. Waited for almost 1 hour until they said the car has a "problem with the sensor blah blah blah....will just deliver your car at home tomorrow"They just wasted my time. Worst CS. 1 out of 10 stars.

I called Planet Auto Body to schedule an appointment thru my insurance. My call was answered very unprofessional by someone that works there . After I explained what I called for, he transfered me to the "receptionist" to make an appointment and to get his email so I can send my insurance's estimate. As his instructions said, if no-one answers the phone I should leave a message to get a call back. After 2 hours of not receiving a call I decided to go to their website a fill out a contact information form to be reach out but after 2 weeks I never received call. I guess they don't need anymore business. Heads up to everyone because a customer service like that I wouldn't trust my car. It shows how much they care.

Please don't go this Planet Honda auto Body Shop. I have given my 2015 Honda Odyssey front bumper repair through GEICO claims and they took more than a month to repair, but not completed 100% and incorrectly charged me. I filed a dispute as they have not fixed my car 100%. Remember, they don't return your call or respond to your email.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Horrible experience. Took my car said they could do the job. But it has been 4 months and they didnt do the repairs correctly so now my car is at the dealership fixing what they messed up. My wife's 2019 hrv got rear ended so I called Russell he explained everything and did everything to make it look like new again in about a week.surely nothing to complain about
