I am very happy with the service provided by the team at Paul's Garage. Long story short, I noticed my car was making weird suspension noise that was not normal. After some research on car repair shops in the area, I bought it over to this shop to have it looked at. They found several issues and I agreed to have it fixed. Upon receiving the car back, the difference was night and day. It drives smooth as silk and the noises are gone! I was impressed. Thank you, Paul's Garage.

I found Paul's Garage on a Google search a few months back after a garage I had used went out of business. I read the reviews and decided to give Paul's Garage a call for an oil change and a regular maintenance check up. I was really satisfied with the service. I needed another check up recently and new tires. The service was quick and I received update calls through out the time my car was there, two days. The prices were reasonable and I was happy with the over all service that my car received. I only had a small complaint, whomever test drove my car was a smoker and my car did have a noticeable cigarette odor for a couple days. It did disappear, it wasn't really enough to knock me down from 5 stars. If you need a reliable garage for your vehicle give Paul's Garage a shot.

Vivian R. Chrysler 300 2008I was referred to Paul's Garage by a friend's coworker. He highly recommended them. I could tell by the conversation with Daniel and how professional the place looked, that I would have great results. My results of their mechanic work far surpassed my expectations. The mechanics there did an outstanding job. Not only impressed with their work, I'm also super impressed with their honesty & fairness with pricing. The amount of time of service, was fine as well. I've already recommended them to all of my Jersey relatives and even my Sister in Pennsylvania. I Thank God for Jeff, for recommending them.

Came in with a flat tire. Paul and team quickly patched my tire and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Great guys! Thank you!

took my car here to check my engine light.they said it was a leak in a valve and charged me $200+ a day later,the check engine light popped up again.i took it back,now they saying its another valve ..charging me near $300..once again my check engine light comes on yet again(2 week span).take it back once again,all of a sudden they said it was a hose leak.charged me $180..my question is,what did they possibly fix the first 2 times that came up to $500??im never going there again!

best porsche mechanic in the area! honest and hard working shop and gets things done ahead of time. bring my 911 turbo there and would bring all my cars here now. love the service and the work. great shop!

Paul's Garage is a professional mechanic shop that brings many many years of expertise on foreign & domestic. My family and I have been using them since Tony's Auto and still carries the same professional knowledge & courteous service. Excellent mechanics hands down!!!These guys really take pride in what they do. They are not one off the cheapest mechanics but rest assured if you are looking for professional service and don't want to compromise the workmanship on your transportation that you rely on daily then you have come to the right place.They worked on my 2016 Jeep Gr Ch and changed all my ignition coils & spark plugs in a very timely manner. I have to say during these times that we are in today and securing parts is scarce and crazy. Paul took his time in searching around for all the parts needed to get me back on the road so I can go about my business.Thanks Paul & Team

The crew at Paul s garage is the best. Always willing to go above and beyond to get every job done right. I have been using them for the last 5 years, but have known Paul for almost 30 years prior. You will not find a more honest, caring and professional service owner anywhere, and his Manager Raul, is just as great. If you want your car serviced and done right the first time, and priced fairly, go see the staff at Paul s garage. You will be happy you did.

I have been going to Paul's Garage for many years with all of my vehicles and have never had an issue. They have always taken good care of my cars and always explained the problems and gave me a cost. They are very caring and always willing to work with you. They are the best mechanics around and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Paul is fantastic! Extremely fast (2 day) turnaround time with 0 notice on my daily driver that needed to be diagnosed for a transmission issue! They fixed the issue and then some. This shop was recommended to me by my friend who is a head BMW Master Tech so they come highly recommended and now I see why. Thank you!!

Small shop good for small repairs but don't waste your time with anything complected. I brought my high mileage vehicle 100k with a check engine light. Turns out I need timing chains. Maybe I did, but on a car worth 3k -5k spending $2500 was my limit. But since I wasn't ready to buy a new car I went for it. After waiting a week I got the car back with the check engine light on. I brought the car back 3 times waiting a week or more each time until they finally gave up. They never identified the root cause and I wasted my time and money. Be warned and careful what you agree to.Lowering to one star based on owner reply that I wanted to review them over returning my money. Come on please, you have my number, this review, payment history. If you wanted to return it I'm sure you could find a way.

Paul is honest, reliable and dependable. What more could you want in an auto mechanic? His staff is polite and kind and they have always been clean and kept our cars in tip top shape! You can t go wrong here!

I'm from out of the area and was driving to an appointment in Union when my car started overheating. By a stroke of great luck, I found Paul's Garage just a block away from where I had to go. Paul was very honest and efficient and fixed the problem quickly given that I was a walk-in. It turned out to be something that another mechanic fixed incorrectly. I appreciate his honesty and fair price very much, since I could have easily been taken advantage of in my situation. Thanks Paul!

Paul and has crew are respectful and diligent to details. The shop gets very busy so you may need to wait a little longer than expected and I am ok with that. Take your time and do it right. The world or Noah Ark wasn't built in a day. Great job well done.

I know Paul personally and I am going to start bringing my cars here now that they are off dealer warranty. Looking forward to using a great garage.Update: brought my car in for an oil change, I waited, it was super quick compared to bringing it to the dealer.

I had the dreaded check engine light on my 2010 Ford Focus with 165,000 miles. My instant reaction was I was going to be forking over an insane amount of money to get this fixed. My uncle who has went here for years reccommend I go here and Im happy I did. Staff was friendly, Paul was friendly and it ended up costing me less than $100 to fix. I was also going away at the time my car broke down, and He let me keep my car there longer. Great service, And I would definitely go back if I had any other issues. Thank you!

It's tough to find good mechanics these day, seems your stuck with outrageous dealer prices or scam artists that know they have you between a rock and hard place.I have been a customer at Pauls for years now with both foreign (Hyundai) and Domestic (Ford) and have found them to honest, reliable, accommodating, and fair priced. Not the cheapest but do you really want the cheapest when you at 80 mph on the parkway? I don't.Even when they had the opportunity to make more money off of me, they chose to explain that the repairs were easy but far outweighed the worth of the vehicle. They chose honesty over a quick buck. Rare these days with how much turnover there is in these shops and with customers.

I've been using them for almost 8 years now on all my cars. Porsche-Mercedes-BMW's and they have trouble shouted some very tough electrical problems. They do all my maintenance and there prices are MUCH cheaper than the dealer and the attention to detail is very high. I don't work on my cars anymore so I know what to look for and little things that other shops have done like used the same oil drain plug washer or left off bolts to accesses panels I've found they replace all wear parts with all parts that the manufacture uses without the high price of name brand.Theirs not many honest independent shops left and Paul's Garage you can trust 100%. I send my friends there and guys from car clubs. I've learned when you find good people you can trust you stick with them.

I had towed my grandmas car to Pauls garage and it wasn t starting since it had been in the driveway for 3 years. Paul and his team carefully looked at the 1999 Lexus and notified me what the car needed, and gave me prices. I had to patiently wait to get the parts in and Paul himself worked on the car for me. He recommended me I get Lucas Engine Oil on the car when I filled it up for gas since it was sitting out for a long time. I took it for a test drive, but instead ended up all the way in South Florida putting 1,200 miles to visit my family that weekend. Then took it back up to Georgia putting another 500 plus miles where I currently live. I was hesitant that the car would give me complications, and my family thought I was crazy for wanting to drive so many miles. For their peace of mind and mine I got triple A on it.As a positive result, it didn t give me any problems driving the entire east coast. Gotta love Puals garage, Lucas Oil and grandmas hand me down car. Thank you guys for doing a superb job!!!!!!!!!

I was recommended to Paul s garage by Sisbarro Tow Truck company after I got a flat tire at my school (Kean University). Paul was very nice to me and changed my tire free of charge. I thank himFor his generosity and kindness and I will recommend going to him if you are a student at Kean or even a faculty member! I am a college student on a budget and he definitely helped me out!

As a young woman, It's really hard to find mechanics that are honest, and respectful. I have been going to Paul my entire adult life with my car, and he has always been honest and helpful. I started going here this year after looking up places local to me and so far am very pleased with the service. Prices are as expected and wait time hasnt been long at all. Today i dropped my vehicle off at 9am for an oil change and was done by 10:30am. i highly recommend Paul's Garage!

Paul is super nice and his mechanics are best in town. If you love your car don't take it to any other place just because is a little cheaper. Take it to Paul's Garage!
