Would never purchase from this dealership again. Promised the stars and the moon for service after purchase but incapable of delivering. It s impossible to get a loaner car for service. The people were nice but they are either too short staffed or do not have the proper tools/inventory to do a good job. Felt rushed through my first service process and completely cancelled my second after calling Victory Subaru and getting much better service. Never again.

Great service and they even fixed a tear on my driver seat in my Outback for free! That was going to cost me over $900 and they took care of it as a courtesy. Thank you Open Road Subaru!

I have had the most amazing experience with Open Road Subaru service department.My car is in the most perfect shape ! The service department was so helpful and accommodating . Kirk was so great! He had my car finished so quickly . Everyone is so nice, friendly and professional .

To good to be true, Sales manager did not keep his end of the bargain, I purchased a 2023 subaru forester which was 34,000 after taxes. We talked and discussed everything about bringing down the price on Saturday night 10/14, and so he did bring it down to 29,500 with taxes included that night. When I came back to pick up the car and finalize everything, the price never went down. It remained 34,000 and the sales manager wasn't around for me to approach him with this. I'm very disappointed

Never going to another service center ever! Chandra was so accommodating. Service was quick and I was out the door in 1 hour and a half. They checked my car over and caught things my other mechanic didnt. Definitely bring your Subaru here, it is worth it!

Called ahead for an appointment, confirmed with the technician they would have the parts for the service including 4 tires and 4 tire valve assemblies / sensors. Day of service they did not have the valve assemblies necessary to do the job. A waste of an afternoon taken off from work.

Great service. Tarik the service manager is very accommodating and professional and welcoming. Chandra and Bruce were also very helpful, friendly, and professional as were the other service techs and staff we met.

Great service dept. Bruce was very friendly and professional and eager to help me figure out the issue was having.He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly. He listened well to what I told him had happened.Bruce was able to explain to me what he thought happen, stated keep eye on it. but he thinks it was just a one time incident per reason he explained to me.I Left a happy Satisfied Subaru owner.Recommend highly this Subaru service dept .

Walked in with out an appointment and was taken pretty quick. they have a big beautiful waiting room that was very clean tvs and snacks. They could not have been nicer. They fixed my problem quickly and l was not pressure to do anything I didn't ask for. Very good experience and convenient location.

Came here to have my vehicle serviced. Customer service at its best.I had a few questions and they were answered in a fast manner. Of course, they performed an excellent job at my vehicle. Best service around. See you guys in 6 months.

Great facility! Everything is brand new and very modern. The team is great too- Juan, Chris, & Theresa. So much easier to get to my appointment at this location than on 22. Keep up the great work!

Do NOT get your vehicle serviced here. I got my Subaru Outback serviced here (including a tire rotation). They didn t tighten the lug nuts down, and my front right wheel lost 3 lug nuts / pistons that hold the front right wheel on. Worst part is, I brought it back the day after they serviced the vehicle and gave me a ton of attitude saying it was tire noise . Following the lug nut incident shortly afterward, they tried to tell me they weren t going to pay for it and gave me more attitude. They risked my and my family s life with their carelessness. The tow truck technician said I was lucky to be alive given I was on the highway when the pistons on that wheel snapped off. Unbelievably BAD experience. Sold my Subaru a week later. Don t go to this place.

I went to recieve an oil change and just a regular 18k mile check up. I mentioned to them to check the cabin air filter since i may need a replacement and the regular brake qnd tire check up.. I set the appointment time to be 10:30 am and I was waiting for the carThe whole overall process took me till 2:30 pm for an oil change. 3 hours... They did not check my air filter since it was black and ripped which is why I asked so they said it passed the test. All they asked me was to pay $90 for an oil change and didn't tell me the status of the car First they are basically ripping people off and not really doing what was asked. I don't mind if they overcharge but do what customer asks of you...If I didn't know what I was talking about or worked as a mechanic before I wouldnt be as mad but this is ridiculous.In addition they send a text message of the link for the whole service which was nice but it was never mentioned to me. Neither did the tire tread running low or brake pads running low showed up.I don't like name calling but that service is the worst and I've been a customer of the union subaru since '10

Ordered a part and never received it. I tried calling a few times to check the status but kept getting the runaround. I would not trust this shop if you need to order any parts for your Subaru.

Stay away from here!Overpriced and under delivered. My oil change was 30% more expensive than other Subaru dealers. They wanted to replace brake rotors that were replaced during my last brake job.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
