I had to replace my tire and wheel due to a pot hole and Dawn made the experience hassle free. She kept me apprised of the status of my call and never gave me any hassle. She was able to quickly get my car repaired. Would recommend that you go to Union and ask for Dawn!

I ve been coming to this service center for a couple of years now.This last time I was bit frustrated that I had to bring in my car back in after it had just been serviced about a week prior. My adviser this time was Roni.He was super helpful and was genuinely concerned in addressing my car issue. He immediately was able to get my car towed to the center. He was very friendly and professional. He understood the sense of urgency I was experiencing. I m super grateful for such a great, honest and kind adviser! Since I work long hours He also had my car delivered to my workplace and left me a little Mercedes goodie bag! Simple extra touch definitely goes a long way! Thank you Roni

MB of Union does have mixed reviews but I must say I have had nothing but postive experiences with their Service Dept thanks to Dawn D'Argenio. She is professional, friendly and effective in addressing my concerns (brought truck in for transmission issues). Dawn's willingness to assist and go above and beyond made me feel valued as a customer. Make sure to ask for her.

Recently bought a car and unfortunately, I popped a tire. I called them to schedule an appointment and they got me in and even gave me a loaner to go back to work. Service was great!

My car caught a flat tire and I needed it fixed that night. I spoke to a service consultant by the name of Moe Abusbeih and he went out of his way to help and ensure it was fixed quickly. Him and his staff were kind, professional and efficient. Location is also spacious and welcoming with fully stocked complementary beverages and snacks. Everyone was great help to an unfortunate situation.

Ask for Moe! I never had a MB before so this was my first service. Mohamed made sure to walk me through everything and not feel overwhelmed. I felt like I was talking to my family.

The worst place for service. I ve been a loyal customer at Mercedes in Union for several years however my tire had a nail and I called multiple times and was ping pong on the phone from parts to an advisor who could not take calls. I left my number and name and still no one reached out beyond 3 hours I had to call back and finally spoke to someone. I was told they cannot do anything until after Thanksgiving because their system is down (hmm..but it will work after Thanksgiving??). Few months ago I had the same issue with a nail in the same tire and was told I cannot go anywhere else but to them because it's special tires etc etc etc. (because they charge beyond an arm and leg!).So I'm suppose to drive with a nail in my tire after Thanksgiving?Don t waste your time in Union Service!

Awesome place, however I'd say 4 stars for them. It is difficult to get an appointment in the near term which is bad, and the overall turnaround time is way too long.. they don't have spare parts.. the good part is that they are willing to work with third party warranty..again it adds time to service.

horrible service, no one ever knows what s going on. each time I go it s like i have to do the work for the rep. they always have to keep your car overnight for the most simple services.

The worst place for service. Obtained a lawyer due to my daughter car being damaged and I was charged, and it was a recall on the service. The service manager is a very aggressive Asian who try to intimidate women and young ladies coming in for service. My daughter car was released to hard from the lift per the service advisor. This is for the UNION Ray Catena service center. The car was under warranty with the same location.

Love this place!! Roberto & Moe helped me out so much. Roberto is in training but he knew most of the answers I needed. Moe helped him out from time to time but once he s out of training I want him to be my advisor!

Excellent service, very accommodating! Honored all my bumpy to bumpy warranty without hesitation. They also provided a loaner car so I wouldn't have a problem continuing my life.

This review is specifically for service consultant Pearl. Pearl was my representative during my service although I have been having a horrible experience with the Mercedes-Benz service department Pearl was very polite and professional. She kept me updated with my vehicle in a timely manner although my car didn t get service yet despite being it in four times. Pearl was a breath of fresh air as she allowed me to express my frustration and ensure me that she will be on top of making sure my issue is resolved. She deserves to be recognized for her awesome professional and hard work. Thank you Pearl.

During service, the moon roof liner was torn and left ragged, hanging. The car was not brought in with a damaged moon roof liner. I spoke with Sean Wong about this and he denied that anything had happened despite the intake photos showing no fabric hanging from the ceiling. He explained that "it's an old car and nothing lasts forever"; I had no idea that Cicero's philosophy was a part of Ray Catena's service stance. Patty Medina also reviewed the photos and agreed that no fabric could be seen hanging from the ceiling in the intake photos that were taken upon the car being received by the service department. Despite agreeing that no damage could be seen when the car was received, no responsibility was taken and no rectification or repair was offered.

Been doing business with RC PARTS DEPT for years. The crew of guys in the parts depth are terrific, professional, go above & beyond to assist the customer. This service comes at a steep price. Make certain you have the cash or room on your credit card you will need it. In my case I couldn't find the parts anywhere else so you will pay dearly. TMP .

My new Service Rep Pearl (Sedef) was amazing. Fully explained the maintenance services to be provided, what the service tech might be looking for to determne if it warranted additional service, and kept me in the loop with timely communications. Excellent service skills created a smooth customer experience; very pleased with Pearl's assistance.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I ve been a loyal customer at Mercedes in Union for several years and the incompetence of Chad the service rep is beyond ridiculous. First, I had an appointment for an oil we change and brake light. Kept my car for two weeks. We finally spoke over the phone, he had the nerve to tell me your car hasn t been looked at. So annoyed! He did make a good suggestion recommending Mercedes in Morristown. I took my car there and everything was fixed in couple of hours. Don t waste your time in Union, go to Morristown if you can.Service: Oil change

My car had a electrical problem, the window was not closing. The car was towed by Mercedes to this shop. I had an appointment in this shop. The Supervisor just told me he will not work on the car because water came inside the car. Obviously the water came inside the car the window can t be closed! And obviously the car is in the shop because the car need to be repaired!! They didn t care about. So if Mercedes can t work on a Mercedes , I don t know what to do now. Unbelievable.

Any issue with your benz, they got it covered. Wait, drop off or get a loaner car. Spacious waiting room with complimentary drinks and snacks. Friendly and knowledgeable crew throughout. Carwash service included with all repairs.
