I recently purchased a used Lincoln through Saad and his manager Rich at Maxon Hyundai. They both provided impeccable service and were completely transparent throughout the process. It s been a few months now and there s been zero issues with the car, even with a trip across country.I d highly recommend visiting Saad and Rich if you re in the market. Maxon Hyundai was referred to me by a family member. The associate specifically referred to me was Giovanni M. From start to finish he was knowledgeable and professional, he was not pushy and he was honest and up front from the beginning. My wife and I went together and he answered all of our questions to our satisfaction not leaving out any details. He helped us out on the price in as many ways as he could, informing us on the many ways we can save. When the final numbers were presented to us we were not surprised by any added fees or the obvious taxes as he had already walked us through that. Kenny K. the finance guy was our final stop before leaving in our car, and to say he was a great way to end a delightful experience is an understatement. We all know dealerships suck but these guys make it so much easier. Next time you buy a car go ask for Giovanni at Maxon Hyundai in Union.

Absolutely in love with the Ioniq 5 I got from Maxon Hyundai. Al was super efficient and knowledgeable, kept me in the loop the entire process and did check up calls to see how the car experience was after leaving the lot. 1000% recommend going to Maxon Hyundai for future purchases, I was in and out the door in under 3 hours

We came to Maxon Hyundai on 2/17/24.Excellent experience! We were so lucky to have Kamille Gutierrez as our sales person. She was very helpful, friendly and professional. Also, prior to our visit I was comunicating with Mauricio, Kamillas supervisor. Mauricio was also very friendly, helpful and professional. We have also go over the paperwork for our new car with Kenny Kilpatrick that was very friendly and professional. Great TEAM!By the end of the day, we left the Maxon with our Santa Fe Limited! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen! I ve never had such a seamless experience in buying a vehicle. Danny, our sales representative, was amazing from beginning to end. The manger, Mauricio was a pleasure to work with and couldn t have been more accommodating with negotiating a monthly payment. Mauricio guided me with making the right decision and am excited to enjoy my new Santa Fe with my growing family. The best part is they work with you plain and simple. Amazing dealership with great deals and no funny business. The dealers here are transparent and are ready to get you into the car you want! I worked with Hector and I recommend you ask for him when I go. He was insightful, knowledgeable and all around there to help. I've purchased 5 vehicles from Hector so far and I send all my friends and family to him! I also highly recommend John and Kenny from finance. They were great and adamant about me getting the best deal and offered great options to protect my new assets. Thanks again guys!

Jack Melone, my salesman, was friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. When I walked in, I had a price in mind for an Ioniq 5 SEL AWD. Jack brought it to his sales manager, Eric Cenname, who came over, introduced himself and agreed to the deal. When I had questions about the lease, Eric was responsive and thoroughly helpful in sorting out my questions and issues. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Tom in finance and Madison at the front desk were also knowledgeable and considerate. I ended up with more than a fair lease. The dealership itself is spacious and attractive, and all the staff were professional and welcoming.

HONEST REVIEW !I left Saturday 3/30 with a BRAND NEW 2024 Hyundai Elantra Limited. 10 miles on the dash Owwww owww owwww shout outBo Duncun. Great sales man . No gimmicks , straight forward. Got me a well deserved discount . I came very assertive , picky & indecisive, and he handled me with poise. Had my own financing and Bo DIDNT push to have me finance with them, added no unnecessary packages etc. Hyundai s warranty CAN T be beat, so I know I ve made the right choice . Very elated with my service here. Including myself Bo had 3 customers simultaneously and we all left pleased . Great job young black man. I love to see the work !Today 4/1 is the first business day after my purchase and I ve been called by Eric and Bo at Maxon to check in and see how I ve been and how I ve liked the car so far . Honorable mention to Kenny & John in financing and salesman Matt. While I waited they kept me laughing , checked in with me numerous times & just made my entire time there enjoyable . 10/10 RECOMMEND

Visited the dealership again today and despite the initial friendly reception, they failed to resolve the ongoing issue with my car due to lacking tires, which is somewhat understandable. However, the poor customer service continued; upon noticing my car was left fairly dirty post-service, I was met with a dismissive attitude instead of a solution. The complimentary wash left unsightly streaks, forcing me to pay for another wash elsewhere. Despite the nice remodel of the building, it s the staff that truly needs an overhaul. I strongly discourage anyone from using this service center poor service repeated not just once, but twice, is inexcusable.

Jovani, Mauricio, and Jack were PHENOMENAL! They made the entire process extremely painless and easy. Everyone was knowledgable, charismatic, and friendly. No one was over pushy, and they respect your decisions. Most car dealerships are aggressive, but not in this Hyundai Dealership s case. Went in wanting to leave with a nice car, and did, all within a manageable time frame! John from finance was also very helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. The closers were excellent too.

I called looking to lease a vehicle and spoke to a salesperson. She seemed nice and she said she would have her manager contact me. After a couple days I did get a call from the salesperson asking if I was still interested. I said yes, but I was waiting to speak to her manager. She then said the manager would call me soon. I didn't get a call back so I called later in the afternoon. She then said the manager would call me right there and then as soon as we got off the phone. After hanging up, I didn't get a phone call at all or since. Not sure if they did not think I was serious about leasing a vehicle or not, but it was disappointing.

I bought two cars at Maxon in last three months, both pre-owned. I asked to work on the out the door price and both times I offered what I thought was a good, but fair price. Each time I thought I was going to have to walk out, but Maxon said yes . I know cheesy review but true.
