Gabe was an absolute professional and pleasure to buy from. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in finding the right vehicle and with the features I wanted. When my ideal vehicle wasn't available, he was able to find me one that was close and with upgrades, but really maintained a fair price given my ideal vehicle wasn't there on site. The buying process was very streamlined (as we know that can take a long time!) but he expedited the process as much as possible and I was able to walk away with an awesome Acadia, better than what I had thought I would get and within my budget. Thank you to Maxon Buick and Gabe!

My daughter and I are extremely satisfied with Santiago, Felix, Dino and Luis. They exceeded our expectations. They really went above and beyond to help my daughter get the deal and car she needed and wanted. After being in recent incident I was in search of a great deal and a great used vehicle. Santiago was incredibly informative and understanding of my needs. He was also very patient to run through the warranty. I am personally super impressed that I stopped in at only one location (during my search) and decided to purchase same day. That definitely says a lot about the quality of service!!

Did I do something wrong to you? I have second negative review with you guys. I did an oil change at Maxon GMC in Union. Then I noticed something wrong and went to check oil level in engine. Look on the pictures. How did this .. happen?

Maxon has such a wonderful, kind, & knowledgeable team! We had such a great experience buying a car from them!Jorge helped us and from the start he treated us like family. Jorge was the best! Very welcoming and took the pressure off of purchasing a new vehicle. He creates a very comforting space to make the best decisions. Never experienced this at any other dealer. I didn t just feel like another customer walking in. Or like someone was walking over me for their personal benefit. I appreciate him for his help. I even took some cards to recommend to my friends and family. If you come here ask for Jorge. Or just look for the worker with the biggest smile

I went in for an oil change, my car was immediately assessed for wheel alignment, which I did NOT request, that came to $199, plus oil change $69.99 ;I was not expected, nor plan to pay $252 for going in for an oil change. I did not appreciate the up selling of additional services, it felt like a scram/ trapped.

Always a pleasure working with Gee and the team over at Maxon. They make everything easy and smooth. They knew I had to be at a party so they had everything prepared for me when going to pick up my new car. They are accomdating and will do their best to meet your needs. This is my 2nd vehicle from them and I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone.

If you want to buy a GMC, Maxon is where you will find the best deals! Ask for Chris VanCooten or Felix, and they'll help you! Awesome guys, amiable and knowledgeable.They explained everything and did everything to their ability to work us a deal. We even got a warm hug from Chris, which is unusual nowadays. We felt loved.

I was initially happy with my experience at Maxon until my truck I bought in September started with intermittent vibrating and shuttering at low speeds. That s not the issue things break and I get that. The issue is I had two mechanics look at it both telling me the same thing. The torque converter is bad and the transition fluid had been changed with an additive put in. They could tell by the smell. Telling them that this was probably a known issue and an additive was put in to limp it along to sell it. Beware!

It seems that, they are doing a brand-New Thing, at this establishment!!!! The customer service is Gold Star. I accidentally left money on my seat on two occasions and each time it was still there after my car was serviced. The gentleman who checked me in was professional and I would say an asset to the company, very courteous, I was pleasantly surprised. Once inside Beeno was as usual his pleasant helpful self, what a joy. All of the service guys are very nice. The young lady (cashier) is always pleasant as well. I have forgotten her name she has salt and pepper hair with braids she is very lovely as well. Not to in love with my car anymore but you guys gave great service, have a happy holiday see you in the New Year.

Maxon GMC dealer - see salesman Jorge V he is the best, he is very friendly easy to work with and very helpful all the way through the entire process. This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased with Jorge. I greatly recommend on working with Jorge he is an exceptional salesman

I recently purchased a used Terrain from Maxon and I must say this was the best experience at a car dealership I've had in many years. Our salesman Santiago and his manager Felix were wonderful. We barely waited on our first visit and again when we picked up the vehicle a few days later we were in and out in less than an hour. I love our new vehicle and I would highly recommend Maxon in Union and be sure to ask for Santiago.

I called last week to schedule and go look at a used car that was on their website; after scheduling the appt I was called back and told they weren't selling the car because it didnt pass inspection. I appreciated the fact that they called me; however why post if before the inspection? Not that big of a deal at the end of the day, i just appreciated they called me.On the flip side of that, Sunday night I was searching for cars, and found a car on their website that we wanted to see. Monday morning I received a phone call from Lexus to set up an appt. She told me to hold on so that she can make sure that the car is actually on the lot and available. After a few minutes she picked up told me it was, and we scheduled the appt for early evening. Once we got there; Omar met with us and did not know what car we where there to see. When we showed him the online photos and info from the website, he looked it up and told me that was the same car they said was not available from the week before. Why would you have cars that are not available on your website? Especially after what happened the week before?I took off work early to go there with my daughter. Do your diligence when you schedule an appt and make sure the car is there before you go.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I recently purchased a GMC Acadia from Gee at Maxon dealership. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Gee was extremely helpful from the minute we walked in, he was friendly, patient, and easy to work with. I didn't feel like he was playing games like I usually feel in other dealerships. I told him where I needed to be in my payment and he made it happen while also being transparent from the start. Terry was also very nice, he was informative and helpful at the end during the financial part. When I picked up the truck it was all ready for me, cleaned and full tank of gas. Gee took his time to show me every feature of the car. I will definitely be recommending Gee and this dealership to all of my friends and family! Thank you Gee and every one at Maxon dealership!

Maxon Buick/GMC came through big time for me. They were able to pull off a great lease deal in these difficult economic times. My salesman Nicholas is a seasoned pro and doesn t pull any punches. He will do his best to get you to the # you need To be at as he did for me. The management staff (Felix & Anthony) are nothing but professional and extremely hospitable. Absolutely in love with my new car! Gotta say, being in the customer service industry makes it hard sometimes to find an employee who not only enjoys giving a positive experience but also goes out of their way. Jorge from Rt 22 was exceptionally amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure he could make my dream come true. I am so happy to find a dealer and a sales representative I trust and can count in. I'll certainly be back on the end of my lease to see Jorge again!

Got my battery replaced because of a faulty update on my (brand new canyon) which I only had for 2 months. Once I picked up my truck from Maxon Buick I ve got my truck back all dirty.. driver side door panel all kicked up with dirt and dust, driver seat all dirty (dust everywhere) not happy at all!Also when I bought the truck Nick was my salesman who was really nice at the beginning. Until this moment, when I wanted to reach out to him about this battery issue that s happening to my brand new truck. I ve tried calling him, texting him even left a voicemail no response! Clearly you re only cared about until you give them your hard earned money, and buy the car and give a nice review. Not happy at all neither with the service of the dealership giving me my truck all dirty neither the communication..
