The sales manager Felix and the sales person Dexter treated me with respect, and not like just another sale.Dexter was exceptionally friendly,professional and courteous. I couldn't believe the amount of patience they had with me and the time they took to explain all the vehicle features and my financing options. They made sure all the questions I had were answered and I left completely satisfied. Would strongly recommend Maxon Hyundai to my friends, family, and anybody who needs a new car!

1st class experience - all the way! From Edwin the used car manager, Dale, John Matos the F&I Manager as well as the dealership owner Michael Ciasulli! The car was immaculate and perfect! Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. As the General Manager of a boat dealership I don't get to experience being on the other side of the desk too often and that also makes me have high expectations. Maxon Hyandai Mazda far exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be back when I need another car!

My 5 star rating is reserved for my salesperson Gee (Gedeon). I must be honest, I bought my first car from Maxon many years ago and it wasn t a pleasant experience. I returned 20 years later because of Gee. He made the experience stress free. He s very professional and personable and took care of all my concerns. If you re ever in need of a new vehicle and want expertise, and exemplary service, go see Gee at Maxon GMC. I assure you, you won t be dissatisfied

Ms. Lilly Okeke I want to thank you! You were very patient , understanding, and honest! You were not like the usual salesperson trying to get a deal. You allowed me to drive at my own pace metaphorically speaking. This is my second car from Maxon. They should be honored to have you there. Management is laid back and not pushy. I think I am locked in for a lifetime! It's all because of YOU! #QUEENOF22If you are looking for a vehicle and don't want to be asked..."Can you put a lil more down on it" or "Can you do four grand to help your monthly rate"...You need to vome here the staff are like family. They give the best advice and try to help you with your needs. They are never pressuring you to buy. They are respectful and understanding. Again, I highly recommend them!!

Worst in sales excellent in delivering nothing but false promises. They never call back. Salesmen smell like weed and are rude and inexperienced. Managers will never speak to you and if they do they give you lies. Can t conduct business over the phone or in person. Worst dealer ever!!

I was dreading the search for a new car as most dealerships had awful reviews. I visited 3 different dealerships and saw for myself why this was true but all that changed when I went to Maxon. I met with Reggie Trail who told me he has been working at Maxon for 15 years. After working with him I know why. He is not your typical shady, high pressure, double talking salesman. Reggie is professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable, chill and an all-around nice guy. He is knows the cars he is selling, takes the time to explain everything, and is patient when it comes time to negotiate (and for me to finally make a decision). I did not decided to buy on my first visit. I went home, did some additional research on pricing and then returned again a week later. I met with Reggie again (he also helped me with the color), did some additional negotiating and purchased a new 2019 Hyundai Tucson Limited! I am ecstatic with my purchase!!! If you are looking for a Hyundai, head straight to Maxon and ask for Reggie Trail.

Love Maxon Mazda. Just bought a new car and Reggie was my Sales Person. I feel he went above and beyond his Sales job. I got a great price and he personally followed up with me to fix a problem. Would highly recommend Maxon and Reggie to everyone :)

The folks at Maxon Hyundai Mazda took great care of me. Peter Herbst, my sales consultant was polite and professional. You could tell he had been in the business for a while and made me feel like he could solve any issues I had. Our conversations during the test drive where entertaining and I truly enjoyed conversing with him. Not only that, but he came in on his day off to take care of me. I was coming in from out of state, and he accommodated my unique situation. Be sure to ask for Peter, he won t let you down!

I chose to go to Maxon Hyundai because I used them once before over 10 yrs ago. I purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe the first time and the experience was very positive. I also serviced my car there for years and I really liked the people at the Service Center and the center itself was very comfortable and at the time even had computers that you could sign on to and use while you were there. The Hyundai Santa Fe drove over 200,000 miles with only minor problems in the end.For this reason after looking at several other car dealerships, I decided to go to Maxon Hyundai again and purchase another Santa Fe. The salesman was great. Showed me the car that I had seen online and them a few others to see as a comparison. I decided to purchase the car and the salesman helped me decide on finance options as I was in need of a car ASAP since I did not have a car. He processed everything very quickly and I was able to drive the car off the lot. Everyone the dealership was very nice to work with. I would highly recommend using this dealership.

RUN, DON'T WALK from this dealership like your pocketbook is on fire. I bought my Mazda 6 from them years ago and now its leaking. the headliner is literally falling down on my head. I brought it to the dealership and they told me to replace my windshield, which I did. ITs still leaking $600 later. I brought it back and they told me they cant help me and couldn't figure out the problem. I called the main customer service for Mazda and they told me they could not help me. I went to 3 mechanics and a body shop and they all told me they couldn't help me or figure out where my car is leaking.SO MY ADVICE IS THIS : DO NOT BUY A MAZDA, YOU WILL PROBABLY REGRET IT - IF YOU ALREADY OWN ONE, I HOPE IT DOESN'T HAVE A LEAK because if it does, your screwed, plain and simple.

I absolutely recommend this place to any Hyundai vehicle owner. I have Hyundai Elantra 2013 and this model unfortunately have a recall on several parts. Guys performed amazing job and replaced brake pedal stopper+fuel control logic free of charge. Few weeks later I ve had an evaporation system issue, thought it s related to recall service and came back to dealership. They did full diagnostic of my car, found broken part, ordered the new one and replaced under warranty. I am very thankful for what they have done for my car and level of professionalism they handle. My Service Advisor was Adam Piotrowicz - super nice , polite and helpful person.I ve been in other dealerships before and , unlike most of the places , Maxon Hyundai are helping you to solve the car issues instead of trying to sell extra services. Their service prices are reasonable ( at least 30% cheaper then paramus Hyundai for example) plus they have comfortable waiting area with leather chairs , coffee and snacks while you wait your car to be fixed.Thank you Maxon Hyundai and Adam for all your help and performanceI will definitely use your service in a future and will recommend it to all Hyundai owners I know5 stars out of 5Dmitry

I called last week to set up a repair apt. for today at 10AM for some recall fixes on my car. The receptionist I spoke on the phone with was kind & when I inquired about approximately how long the service would take, she informed me that if I dropped the car off early enough repairs could be done same day. Being that this location is close by (<5 miles), I figured sweet, I wouldn't have to rent a car in the meantime & I assumed, they would have some kind of shuttle service for locals.I arrived today 10 min early & when I pulled up I wasn't exactly sure where to go. Like most people, I pulled off of Rt. 22 to the big Maxon Hyundai sign & parked up front. I got out of my car & even before walking into the main building a sales rep came out & asked me what I needed. I explained to him that I had a service apt. to which he informed me that it was the building in the back. No big deal I thought, & got back in my car & drove around. However, after passing the main showroom, there are TONS of buildings back there. All of which have various car brand names or other company logos & it was crowded with both parked & moving vehicles. I ended up driving around looking for where I was supposed to go since there isn't a big sign that says "HYUNDAI SERVICE" or anything. After a while I decided to just park in some random spot & see if I could find someone to talk to. After another 10 min of searching in vain, I ended up walking to the backside of the same main building.To their credit it looks like they turned it into a 'lounge' for customers (although I think it was for sales customers) & it was adjacent to a big open sheltered overhang that had people waiting outside. When I walked in though, I spoke with a few more people but nobody knew any more than I did or could help me. So I ventured back outside to do another investigation of the property on foot. After another 10 min, I ended up just asking some random people outside if anyone knew where to go or what to do. Finally, some customer was kind enough to inform me that I needed to go to the building across the lot & located on the exterior of it was a mailbox with envelopes. I would then need to proceed to fill out the envelope with my information then drop it into the mail slot.I proceeded as instructed & pulled out one of the envelopes & began to fill it out with my basic contact information but had to walk back to my car to get more details like VIN number, mileage, etc. After doing so though, I was still reluctant to just go drop my keys off into the slot. For one, I was really hoping to talk to a mechanic or service rep to find out more about exactly what they were doing & honestly even give them the opportunity to up-sell me on some other services that I've been looking for. Though, more importantly, I wanted to ensure that I could have my vehicle back by today. I know stuff happens & delays are inevitable but if it's going to be longer & I need to rent a car, then so be it - but I need to know. So I decided to try calling the service number I initially called to set up the apt. I tried 3X but got no answer. After the last attempt, I walked over to what looked to be a service garage & tried knocking on the window. There were people inside, including mechanics, who saw me but nobody came to the door. I tried to be patient so I stepped back & tried calling a few more times while I waited. On the last attempt, I FINALLY got an answer on the other line. I quickly explained to the guy that I was there for a 10AM apt. & I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. He listened to be politely but at the end he said, "Oh, I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles but let me get you over to Hyundai service so they can help" & proceeded to transfer me which went to VOICEMAIL. After that I just said forget it & left.In short, I thought I was being reasonable & I was definitely more than patient but, while I understand precautions & protocols are in place given today's COVID-19 response, my experience there was unacceptable.

Came in and Christopher greeted and helped me to buy my new car. Everyone is very friendly and Christopher is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone I know who wants to buy new as well as to anyone reading this review.

After 3 years, downgrading my review from 5 stars (Rico!) to one.Sales: Rico is the best!!! Best salesman I've ever had the pleasure to buy from.Finance: useless. Financing - you'll get high interest rate even if you have a very good credit score. If you need to talk to them afterwards, better plan to drive there to talk in person. They don't return your calls or emails.Service: nice people upfront. But I was never able to get a loaner no matter how much in advance I schedule my service appointment. And not only they don't provide a complimentary wash after service, but I also have to scrub dirty fingerprints from the beige inside of the door, and dirt from beige seats.So taking my business to a different Mazda dealership.

After what was a two week nightmare with a car in the shop, Maxon Mazda (including Rico and Albert) relieved all of our worries. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Rico and Albert were straightforward and honest and, knowing what we had been through, got us an amazing deal on two cars. They made our car buying process seamless and worry free during this difficult time. They truly went out of their way up until the very last moment, tracking down accessories that were apparently on back order. I highly recommend Maxon Mazda and will only be going there in the future. Thanks Rico and Albert!

I went for service thinking I schedule and afternoon appt., but when I got there I was told that I had a morning appt. They were so professional and cordial towards the situation. The lady who checked me in upon arrival (I am so sorry I didn t get her name) she was so pleasantly to talk to; she communicated in a professional manner and she explained my situation to Barre, who explained that there was a waiting of about 2.5 hrs and she was able to accommodate my service. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text about 1.5 hrs later from Barre letting me that my car was ready. Beautiful person, charismatic and beyond expectations with her customer skills. I will definitely recommend Maxon Mazda services.

Let's be honest, no one likes going to the mechanic to get their car repaired. Maxon Mazda really made the experience pleasant though. Their use of technology is very impressive and straightforward. They were able to text me and keep me updated on the progress of my car. Diagnosis, repair approval and repair completion was all handled via text. While picking up the car they explained everything that was done which made me feel confident in their abilities. The repair costs were reasonable.

weekdays are always better to schedule appointments than the weekend. Honesty or being fair is importan and they are fair and honest. All i needed was an oil change which is what went in for. I thought i may need my rear brake pad changed but i did not.

My experience was amazing. Jason was very helpful and patient with me. I test drove about 4 cars before finding the one that I liked (and could be approved for by the bank). There are a few negative remarks on my report, but Jason worked diligently with his finance guy and manager to find a vehicle that would be in my budget and my credit range. Jason followed up with me a few days after the purchase to make sure the car was running fine, and that I didn't have any concerns or issues. He was very understanding and professional.I would definitely recommend this dealership, and especially the sales rep!Extremely Grateful!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had when buying a new car. Double thumbs up. The salesman Rico B. was also by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I told him exactly what I was looking for and a few clicks in his computer and the cars were pulled right up within minutes for me to test drive. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Everything was quick and on point to what I said I was looking for. The finance part was a breeze and went quickly. I highly recommend if you are looking for a car to stop in here. Excellent service.
