First time visit an oil change, and was extremely impressed, especially with Jonathan, my service agent. He was extremely professional, and when I told him I thought I had a slow leak in one tire, it was actually a slow leak in a different tire. He allowed me to bring my own oil and oil filter and I actually got a discount for doing that I m no longer using the other company in Union that I ve been going to for two decades because their service has decreased significantly. They now have a new customer. Thank you very much, Jonathan.

Wow! These guys saved the day! Called an hour before they closed, and Ollie, who answered, was so personable & friendly (most businesses sound annoyed when you call before closing) and told us to come on in!! Gave us a great discount on value tires, and the overall experience was awesome. I'd highly recommend this Mavis. Lawrence & Ollie helped us out and let me tell you.. They were super friendly, personable & eager to help us save money. The customer service was 10/10, and overall, it was just a good energy filled experience. Go go go!

One of the best tire shops ever! Literally had me in and out. I felt extremely comfortable with the sells reps Jonathan and Justice informing me on everything I needed done. They went above and beyond! I will be recommending to all family and friends. Thanks again guys!

Definitely recommend this place to everyone! I m not from here. Came from out of town and had some issues with my tire. Went to 4 different shops because I needed help. Every other place told me that they couldn t help. Came to Mavis as my last resort before heading home. Wish I would have came here from the jump. They helped me right away. Got me in and out in 20 minutes.

I've been a Mavis customer since the late 90s when they took over from STS. After a poor experience with the Hillside location, my neighbor recommended your Union location. I went to the union location and was greeted with excellent customer service and a great staff! I'm very happy and will be back!

Can t say enough good things about this Mavis! They took me in late one afternoon because my tire light came on while I was driving home from work. They were so kind and agreed to check it out for me even though they were closing soon. The guys working were so helpful and I m so grateful they did me a huge favor! I will be coming back here if I have any future car troubles.

I would like to compliment Don, Riggz, and Filibert at Mavis Discount Tire on Rt. 22 in Union. I drove in unannounced with what I thought was a slow leak from one tire. They were already closed. They both greeted me with a smile, said they would have me in and out as soon as possible, and were very polite!!! The tire was actually slashed and wide open!!!! See pics Filibert in a matter of minutes said that the job was done to switch me to the spare. He once again greeted me with a smile , explained everything he did to resolve the situation. Don said to come back the next day and they would take care of me with a new tire.I went back and Riggz (sorry if mispelled) got my info and had me in and out in about 15-20 minutes with a new tire. He was polite, friendly, and very professional in getting me options as per my budget. See last pic I have a new tire place.

This location had very friendly and helpful staff. I needed air in my tire so someone from the staff came outside(in the rain) to help me. They offered me indoor service because their outside pump wasn t working. Darius moved so quickly to assist me. I was so thankful especially because I was in a rush. They have really great customer service.

I m from out of town, had tire issues in my car. Walked in and was greeted with great customer service. I was made to feel at home while they worked on my tires. Everyone was friendly and service was quick and prompt.. thanks, for the experience

I can t say enough great things about this location and their staff. Every time I come, I m greeted with such professionalism and great attitudes. I appreciate the team explaining to me there details of my service and what my options are. The last couple of times I ve come I ve had the pleasure of working with Ali and Quan (shout out to those rock stars). This location is really comfortable, has work stations, and feels clean. Thanks again for everything!

This is my First Positive review on this place. I needed air in all four tires. Ali came over to the outside pump and told me to bring the car inside and he would do it for me. Ali was pleasant, courteous, fast and efficient. I really appreciated his service. I dreaded the thought of doing it myself, so kudos to Ali!

I brought my Jeep to Mavis to replace my headlights and replace my windshield wipers. I received fast and courteous service. All the employees were friendly and helpful. My headlights and wipers were changed while I waited with minimal waiting time. I recommend Mavis Union for your all your automotive repairs/needs.

Brought my car into get the front passenger tire looked it because it lost air. Lawerence and his team looked at the wheel and found nothing wrong. Any other tire shop would've charged me for a new tire plus installation, but these guys were honest. Highly recommended!

Mavis on RT 22, Union is a LIFESAVER. After a horrendous ordeal that lasted hours, I brought my SUV to Mavis to replace a spare with a new tire. I arrived at their location 15 MINUTES prior to them closing and they GRACIOUSLY changed out the tire so I could end my day on a better note. All of the staff were professional and attentive while servicing my car. Not a single person said anything about having to stay late. I cannot thank them enough and will continue to use them for all my tire needs!!

Snow storm, flat tire , running late for work , not really the way I wanted to start my day but Justice was great. He was very attentive and quick to get my car in and Don did a great job servicing my car. I was in and out in 30 minutes. 5 stars on my book.

Very disappointed with them went there for tires they said I need new brakes and rotors and suspension system. Only got the tires brakes and rotors. When I drove there my car was fine after leaving my car wasn't the same. I had to take my car to the BMW dealership only for them to tell me they put on the cheapest brakes and rotors I don't need a new suspension system and that they broke my ball bairings. They are only good for tires and if that. Stay away very disappointing.

My low tire pressure alert came on. I stopped at this location to use the outside air pump. It wasn't working but that's when Johnathan came out into the cold to offer to bring me inside, check and fill all tires. He and Sameer got me filled up and back out on the road in no time. These guys are bringing back the all but disappeared ideal of excellent customer service. They've earned a customer and referral to anyone who mentions tires or auto repair/maintenance in my presence. Thanks guys..

Went to Mavis to fill up my tire, the outside machine wasn t working so an employee came outside to tell me the machine is out of order, and offered to fill ALL of my tires up as a courtesy. The bay doors were closed so I feel like they were about to close. Most places would just let me go somewhere else to fill up my tire - especially at closing. I usually go to the dealer to get things done on the car, but after today I would go back to Mavis over and over again. Everyone was so nice, I felt comfortable and they were just ready to help - very genuine.

Just wanted to thank the staff at Mavis route 22 for being so kind and helpful during this storm. My car gave me a tire alert, I pulled up to mavis to do it myself but the attendant told me to come in and they immediately took car of my tires. Excellent customer service!

Maybe replacing tire is the only thing they can do. Do not trust them with other repairs! We spent thousands (over $7k) going back and forth - quality of work is bad. Wheel alignment never get fixed they say its fine but the dealer show it failed but we had wheel alignment service included from buying tire here so we wanted them to fix it. our original brand log nuts were replaced by generic and one was missing. Their word is unreliable. We had engine mount & control arms were done and they say everything else is good like the car is new! but a few days later another major happens to the car out of no where (control arm/axel/ball bearing all fell we had to tow the car!) and they would say its a totally new problem! Do not waste your money here!

Good team of people at this location. The Manager saw me struggling with the air compressor and invited me in to have my tires checked and then filled them for me free of charge. Very nice folks!

Spent over $5K and can t resolve a tire issue.Back in May 2023, I had this location do a complete check and repair of may car: tires, plugs, breaks, , rotors, filters, etc, etc. the bill came up to $5K. Fast forward to early December, 2023, my breaks started to have an issue. Whenever I would exceed 50 mph on highway and hit the breaks, the car would shake. A simple google search shows it s a problem with the Rotors. They had the car on 3 separate occasions to try to repair and they couldn t. And every time they would say they fixed the issue. The last time I even asked them to do a test drive before retrying the car to me. They said they did. Once I received the car, I immediately went on the highway to test and the issue remained, the issue actually got worse. They obviously lied. One of the other times, they kept my car for 3 days and when I called them on the 3rd day they said they haven t started working on the car yet because they couldn t find the wheel lock. They said the called me, but again an obvious lie cause no missed calls or voicemails. Another time, they kept it for 2 days cause the mechanic had to leave early for an emergency don t believe that either. Whatever mechanic they have working there either does not have the capability to do the job or does not care or they did not want to replace the parts under warranty. I finally ask that the manager call me to figure out a solution, I am yet to receive any call.I actually had a good experience in May 2023, that is definitely no longer the case. After giving them all that business and spending all that money, I am appalled by the lying and incompetency of this place. I will also be following up with the corporate headquarters

Came here at 3 to check what s wrong with my vehicle the worker told me it would take 30 minutes to an hour as I was waiting other customer came in and their cars got check before mine and the workers was rude I was being patient and kind with them but they were just lying to me worst customer service ever, apparently they close at 6 and the still didn t check my vehicle and it s I have waited for 3 hours and they didn t check my car at 6 pm they told me that if I can come tomorrow. 3 hours for nothing I think the owner needs to be aware of that the workers pretended to be busy they were not doing anything

If I could add more stars I would !! As a first time driver, I caught a flat and was extremely nervous and frustrated, all the above. I drove my car to Mavis 22 and was met by the manager Lawrence and his team, who reassured me all hope was not lost as I was not aware of the type of tire I needed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out in no time!! Kudos to Lawrence and the entire Mavis 22 Team!

If I can give this a zero stars I would worse service ever the mechanic working on my car was doing everything besides what I wanted him to do which was check back tire that had a slow leak I was in there over an hour just to get a back tire plugged and then he laid on the ground to plug a tire with the tire still on the car he did not lift the car up nor did he take the tire off when he finish plugging the tire he did not double check it to make sure it wasn't still leaking air I have had better service at a mom and Pop used tire garage they take off the tire plug it double check it with soapy spray or dunk it in water they even show you where the hole was before they do anything would not recommend this place I have been to several mavises all of them superb service except this place

Very unprofessional work being done here. I Bought four tires with an alignment. Watched them do the four tires through the window, and pull it outside with no alignment done. The tech lost my center caps and tried to tell me I didn't have them to begin with. The advisor failed to give me an alignment sheet as well, showing before and after adjustments. Went to another shop to confirm, it was confirmed no alignment work was done. Also the advisor tried to upsell me on brand new parts that didn't need replacing.
