Mike was so nice and helpful when I came to him with a back window that wouldn t close. He figured out the problem and corrected it within 5 minutes and even told me what to do while I wait for the regulator part I need to order to fix it permanently. Thanks so much Mike! Mike and rich are the realist people you don't see or meet anymore they are very helpful and if they can't do ot they will tell you upfront very kind and respectful guys and plus I only bring my family cars to them and no one else ty Mike and Rich you guys are awesome....

I've been going to him for years. Every single time and went, I was completely satisfied. He goes above and beyond to try to save the customer a few dollars, which is hard to find in a company in these days. Yes it's true, he does get backed up with work sometimes and sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of him, but every time I got my car back oh, I was completely satisfied, and always saved money definitely then if I went to his competitor. Two thumbs up, and I most definitely recommend him for any problems that might come up with your vehicle

I do not want to mistake how nice a person is with the quality of work. The owner wants to help you and he really tries but I get the feeling he is so overwhelmed and his quality is terrible. My car wouldn't start and it was towed to his shop. After a week of trying to get him to answer the phone to let me know if this was going to be a big or small issue. I finally got the car back. A day later the car broke down on the expressway and it had a hestitation that wasn't there. Another mechanic saw that there was a quality issue. Things were loose basically no quality checks. I had another cycle with the mechanic, I got the car back and it came out worse couldn't drive it a block. I stalked the guy just to get an idea of what is going on. He said he would call and would never pick up his phone. Took forever to get a hold of someone and ended up having to walk to his shop multiple times but I went back once more and the car worked for 3 days and then stopped working. I had the car towed to NY to have another mechanic to look at it. He had to redo everything that was ever "fixed". The mechanic said he basically didn't see what was fixed. Now the car is back and runs stronger and better than before. I was so hopefully and in the end very disappointed. I want my money back but I know it would be a hassle to get a hold of Mike and I don't want him giving me excuses or telling me he could fix something bc he literally can't do it. Worse mistake I made.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Mike the owner is unprofessional and unreliable. He kept my vehicle there for three weeks and at the end he told me he couldn t fix it. Stay away from this auto mechanic!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Friendly staff. Mike took good care of my vehicle. Repairs were completed relatively quickly. Reasonably priced. I recommend visiting Magie Auto for your vehicular needs.

I have been going here for 3 years and Mike and Richy are very good and professional mechanics! Very honest and don t want to take your money like some mechanics I ve been too. I will go to nobody else. God bless these too

Extremely knoweledgable! Exceptional fast friendly service. Along with very reasonable prices. Not your typical rip off or lying mechanic shop..
