Got my 07 Civic painted with the base level enamel package. Pistol Pete worked with me on pricing and it came out much better than expected. Very happy with the results considering I went with the cheapest base level enamel paint package.They handled it within a week. Dropped off on a Monday, picked up the following Monday in the morning. Very little orange peel, no over spray, and I'm thankful they did a great job with the prep work as nothing was damaged or sprayed over. Definitely recommend if you're looking to revitalize an older car with some rough paint

I recently found myself in a predicament after accidentally side-swiping a pole, resulting in paint and body damage to my car. Luckily, Maaco came to the rescue and provided exceptional service.After scouting the area and gathering quotes from five different body shops, prices ranged from $1,400 to $3,800. However, what set Maaco apart was their transparency and honesty. Unlike other establishments that pressured me to involve insurance and piled on additional costs, Maaco provided a straightforward quote of $1,400, which was exactly what I paid.Their attention to detail was impeccable, as they worked diligently to restore my car to its former glory. The end result was so flawless that you couldn't even tell there had been any damage in the first place. I can't recommend this location highly enough, particularly thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rafael.Thanks again to the entire Maaco team for their professionalism and quality workmanship.

Poor customer service and bad attitude. This location wasted my time and never gave me an estimate when I stopped in to get the quote. Seems to me busy location with low quality workers. I was told I would get the estimate via email. Never received the estimate even though I called twice. They don t need the business. I would not recommend at least this location.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I dropped my brand new car off for repairs and was given my car back with work done halfway. Paint was not done properly, they tried to cover up things they messed up. Waited to the day of to tell me the wheel was never sent to get fixed and gave me excuses for it. And now I have discovered overspray on my car on areas that were not even near the repairs for the car like my windshield and hood and now I have to take it somewhere to get it cleaned up properly. They couldn t even wash my car either and gave it back dirty probably to cover up the sloppy work done to it. Please stay away from this body shop.

work was done nicely but my car was completely trashed when i went to pick it up! i left a bag of necessities such as hair ties and hand sanitizer in my glove compartment and when i went to pick up the car, all my stuff was scattered all over my passenger seat. Also missing some things like my sunglasses that was left on the glasses compartment and my phone holder. I know now I shouldn t leave my stuff but there is no reason for the place to go through my car let alone my glove compartment. They also had no reason to go through a tiny bag that was stored in my middle compartment and not even put it back they just left it trashed all over my seats. I am not happy about the mess they left inside my car and that I am missing some of my things.

Customer service was great, they did everything in their power to satisfy my vision. Worked around my schedule. And again the customer service from Taimur Rais and his partner Shehryar Ehtesham was out standing . They answered all of my questions. I had no problem leaving my baby ( 98 Honda Civic) with them be . I m glad I chose Maaco for this job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

How hard is it to paint a brand new bumper and install? Apparently incredibly difficult for this place. Car was delivered with scratches all over the freshly painted bumper and the air ducts were not properly installed. Cars emblem was also not put on the bumper. Went back and whoever is in charge said all he could do was get the emblem put on as he did not trust his crew to take the bumper off and put it back on properly. He also did not offer to do anything about the scratches. I now need to pay a different shop to reinstall the bumper and pray the people working here did not damage or lose any of my parts. EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS FOR A REPUTABLE SHOP AND PAY MORE AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Save yourself the headache.Edit: They DID lose my part but ended up finding it. They also offered to sand the bumper and repaint, but you would have to be crazy to do that after seeing the scratches from the first time around(which they have somehow hidden from my review go figure). Got a partial refund because I thought the paint work was decent and felt that was fair for the awful delivery and constant back and forth. Will give an extra star for trying to fix things with me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best for repairs needed for a great price people can talk all they want about Maaco but they do Amazing work my door jam was pushed in badly shops want to replace my whole quarter panel and would as for crazy cash more than the car is worth but not Maaco they worked on it in 2 days I had it done and lined up proper for less than $1,500 take that stimulus check get that work from Maaco you would save some money.

Fantastic service and great attention to detail. Most of the value providers don't deliver on time or are sloppy. Not these guys. Rob and Chris are really great at communicating updates and sticking to their end of the deal. I came back to correct some minor misses and they addressed it immediately. Highy highly recommended. Plus the quote they gave me was half of other places . And their bays and shops are well equipped...

Have not been to this Union location,but went to the Macco in Saddlebrook, NJ. And they did a great job on my Chevy calvalier. Some old man backed into my quarter panel. This Walter was the owner there he was very good to work with!

If I can give this location 10 stars I would! Completely recommend these amazing professionals. They worked on my Nissan Rogue 2011 for a paint job and went above and beyond the service. Robert and Pete were so helpful and professional, kudos to their amazing service team..top notch!!. Great and trustworthy service.

I took in a 2004 Yellow Matrix to the Maaco shop in Union NJ. They repainted it a beautiful tan color. My 18 year old daughter was so happy. It s her first car. They did such a great job that I brought in a 2006 red Matrix with peeling paint all over it.. they repainted it so professionally they in just 3 days 4 of my friends asked if I just bought a new car.The staff is very helpful, they answered all our question, they gave us pricing options and they completed the job on under a weeks time.We are very happy with the work they didAnd a year after they painted my daughters car a truck side swiped the right front and they took off the bumper and right fender. They painted up the junkyard bumper and reader and the paint matched up perfectly.They are great representatives of the Mascco brand!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am only giving a 4 out of 5 because I didn't actually go to use their services. I spoke to Taimur on the phone, and he seemed very knowledgeable. He was informative, friendly, and answered my questions as best as he could (I had a lot of questions). In the end he provided me with information I was able to use to move forward with an insurance claim I currently had to take care of. This 4 stars goes out to you Taimur! If it was just a review for you with your name, instead of Maaco, you'd get the full 5! Hope you're doing well!

I have used this body shop multiple times and they have always been professional and true to their word. They provide expeditious service that is quality work and the price is always competitive and you are treated with respect and candor unlike a lot of other places out there!

They were great. Delivered finished vehicle a day and half ahead of schedule for a family road trip. Price as promised. Work looks good. This is the most satisfying car repair experience that I have ever had. The driver side front door of my car was bended outward in an accident, as a result, the door check, door bolt, and the area under the left mirror of door skin and the door itself were damaged. while other body shops gave the entire door a death penalty by claiming that the door was beyond repair and a replacement of the door is unavoidable, union Maaco did a fantastic job fixing it and everything looks perfect after repair! Their customer service is also amazing. They cared about customer's every unique need and tried their best to accommodate! After knowing that I need some help to pick up my car, they came to pick me up and drove me to the shop, to name a few. Overall, this is a reliable and friendly car repair place which does a fantastic job. Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely amazing service, in and out. I brought my car on Monday for bumper and side fender respray and they got the car done and picked up Wednesday Morning at 8 AM. Recommend to anyone looking to get there car fixed as quickly as possible with actual good service. They also answered all calls and provided me with status updates on the car. Robert is doing a great job!

I needed a hood and bumper painted. I got 2 estimates (one from another place, and one from Maaco). Maaco's estimate was significantly less costly. When I arrived to drop off the parts, Rob was very helpful, efficient and genuine. Later when I returned, Pete was also great and customer-friendly. The project turnaround time was only 2 business days. Looks great! I am pleased with their work. 5 stars.Service: Painting

They did a pretty good job for the condition things were in. End product looks great. However theres some over coated spots and the emblem they put back on is crooked. They charged me for work they said they were gonna do but never did. I asked to paint the bumpers and they just didnt. Not to mention they took twice as long to do it as they said they would. Kinda want to put 2 stars but Pistol Pete is a good guy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
