Highly recommend this place! The mechanics are on point and prices are very decent. The waiting room is very comfortable and doesn't make you feel like you re actually at a mechanic shop. They took care of me. Very fast and efficient! Thanks guys!

By far the best mechanic shop I've worked with. I've been to a dozen mechanics and they are easily the best. These guys not only are fast and knowledge but truly love working on cars. I have a vintage Jeep which had a major issue that needed fixing. They helped me navigate a few options to fix it and went the extra mile. They were super communicative with me and called to provide updates along the way. Highly recommend using them for your next repair.

I have a 2009 Ford Flex limited with only 80k miles i don t let just anybody work on her but now in my 60s can t do the work my self. I bought it to Legacy and I m so pleased not only was I treated with respect but they did the job in a very timely fashion. The price was definitely reasonable I am happy to say Flexxy feels brand new again, Thank you so much gentlemen, I will definitely recommend your shop. If when Flexxy needs any work done it will be in your shop and your shop only. Thanks again for your service Sincerely, Mr. Ramos

Someone told me this shop was excellent. I told them my problem, they kept the car for a week. When I pick it up they charge me a lot of money and the problem still exists alone with my starter went and they didn t tell me. I still had the existing problem so they took the car back and they fix the starter but the first problem still exists and they charge me a lot of money for just the starter and said they couldn t find nothing wrong with the car. Someone tell you this is a good place to get your car fix, run! They charge you a lot of money and still don t fix your car and tell you we be happy to look at your car!

I had my brake done twice in 6 month and it was defective twice nothing is being done .about it I also had my oil change and it's leaking I took my car to a Toyota dealer to fix my brake and fix the leak because legacy auto mechanic couldn't fix it the first time to many young mechanics with no experience I recommend not to go there. I will never go back there again. I will be taking my car elsewhere

This has been my only mechanic for almost 3 years for a reason. They are very professional and courteous. Affordable pricing. . I ve personally never had an issue with Legacy Mechanics. I tell everyone about them.

Went on Monday 11/14, oil change, front lights replaced, check brakes, needed front brakes, I heard squeeking a couple times, over $500 work done, Thurs/Fri, dry days, no rain, heard squeeking, called to tell them, I'm coming back. Went back Monday, & was shown & Tony reassured that my Back breaks were fine, some rust which was causing some Squeaking, I still have enough wear in back brakes till my next Oil Change. Bringing back at end of year. Overall, Tony & Legacy Mechanics reassured me my Car is safe to drive. I Found my True Car Mechanic place . They go above & beyond!!

February 2023, I had a lot of work done on my car, 2016 Chrysler Town & Country, and after reading the reviews of auto shops in Union, I decided on Legacy. I'm glad I did. I'm very happy with the service. One year later, and still very pleased. I will most certainly return if I need work done again.

This place is the best. I was clueless on what was the issue with my air conditioning/ heating system. I have visited other Mechanic shops who wanted to keep my vehicle for days before even addressing the issue. However, Legacy Mechanic addressed my issue within 10 mins of walking in. I was helped by a man named Alex. His customer service skills were outstanding. Not only did he address my issue he also explained in very much detail what the problem was and fix it all in one shot. It was fixed in less than 30mins. I highly recommend Legacy Mechanics. I do have other issues with my vehicle and I will definitely bring it back to them. As a woman who knows nothing about cars. Alex completely made my day with his honesty and kindness to help me.Service: Electrical repair

The individuals at this location are not bad people. Customer service is fine. Mechanics are NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Every time my partner and I come to get our vehicle repaired, every time we leave there s still a problem with it. I m not sure why that is, but I am almost positive I m not the only person that runs into this issue. I got my heat fixed last February 2021 and I ve been looking for a good mechanic for over a year. Going back to Legacy is counterproductive, I ve had three vehicles that I ve brought here and never got an issue fixed. If they ask you, if you re leaving or staying with your vehicle, stay with your car! If you leave chances are they will not touch your vehicle. They kept my vehicle for a whole day because of an air bubble. I have receipts so no need to question that. Good people but I wouldn t trust them with another vehicle.

Great place, they are thorough and honest with there work. They are out to do a good job. I was worries my car had fuel economy issues, the guy in the front desk explained every test they did and why there wasn't issues but still gave recommendations to try if I'm still concerned on making my fuel economy better.They are very busy and I see why, with such quality work it makes sense why people come to them to get there work done. They made a customer out of me for sure

I had a great experience here! I m from the West Coast and drive a Prius, but over here it s difficult to find someone with hybrid knowledge. Staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I have had problems in the past with mechanics (partially because I m a woman I m sure) but the owner talked me through everything , and wasn t offended when I told him I wanted to check price parts for myself. Looking them up later I saw he had a very fair price. I was honestly quite shocked, that there was no big mark up. This is the best place to take a car and the only place I m going from now on.

Beware of Legacy Mechanics:I had a leak in my sunroof so I took my car to this shop for repair. On my way over to Legacy my "check engine light" came on. I asked them to repair the leak and the engine light. They kept my car for 4 days and then called me to come pick it up. I paid $439 for the repairs and went my merry way. A few days later it rained and again the back seat of my car was filled with water. I began cleaning up the mess and started the car so I could put the heater on to help dry the car out. Once I did that the check engine light went back on again. I called Alex at Legacy and asked for a partial refund because nothing was fixed (I was willing to pay for the labor involved) but he refused and told me to bring the car back again. Why would I do that since they were unable to repair it in the first place so I hung up on him and drove my car to Nielson Dodge on Rt. 10.I explained my car issues and showed the service manager the invoice from Legacy and he told me that Legacy charged more than the dealership actually does. My car was there for 3 days and I was charged $280 for all the repairs. They were even kind enough to clean the interior of my car that had greasy fingerprints on it caused by Legacy's mechanic.Do yourself a favor to save money,time, disappointment and stear clear of Legacy Mechanics. You'll pay high prices for below quality work & just end up wasting your time. Find an honest, quality repair shop and stick with them if you're happy. Legacy Mechanics will not live up to your expectations and only take your hard earned money...P.S. - I've noticed that whenever Legacy receives a bad review they reply with "We have no record of servicing your vehicle". If need be I can post a copy of their invoice as proof of being another dissatisfied customer.

I've been taking my car here since the previous owner. Legacy did a 360 since the previous owner. The place is a lot nicer inside. Very clean and you can feel comfortable sitting to wait for your car if needed (unlike previously). The staff is very professional and friendly. The owner Janno really cares and go the extra mile. The receptionist is sweet. They've always serviced my car well. I would take my car there before considering the dealership.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

So happy to have found this shop!!! I literally drove an hour to come see them and it was definitely worth it. I first took my Mercedes to a place that specializes in my kind of car. They did an oil change and after I took it home, it started to make a weird noise. When I took it back to that other place, they wanted to charge me 600 dollars for something they were unsure of. A friend had recommended me legacy mechanics, so I gave it a try. Tony and his team took care of my car. They were nice and determined to help me out. They actually figured out the problem, the repair was nothing close to 600 dollars! It was only a 22 dollar fixing. They ordered the part needed for my car on that same day, it was ready sooner than expected! I appreciate that they were honest with me, and they treated me so well! The noise is gone and my Mercedes is running smoothly again. I highly recommend this place, would give them more than 5 stars.

Someone plowed into my mom's ancient SAAB in the parking lot and broke her tail light. It's a major hassle to get any parts for this car, so most people won't bother, but if they do, they charge an arm and a leg, especially if there is an elderly female involved. Huge thank you to Alex, who sought out the part, did it quickly and with kindness, and even charged mom less than what he had originally quoted! Competent, courteous, resourceful, knowledgeable and decent. What else would you want in a car mechanic?Service: Body & Trim

I had been taking my car to the previous shop at this location and was hopeful Legacy would be my local mechanic. They did not disappoint. They are friendly, courteous, and professional. They worked on my Nissan and Dodge and I was very pleased with my service. The lot is usually pretty full for good reason. Even with a full lot, they make time for me and are up front about the work and the cost. I highly recommend.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical

My mother suggested I come to this place and boy was she right! These folks are amazing and down to earth. They truly truly care about their customers and it really shows! They put every effort into my car and they put love into my vehicle and it shows! I feel so blessed to have them see my car. More importantly, they take the time to actually tell you what s wrong with your car and explain everything to you. The prices are WAY more than fair!!!
