I don t usually write reviews but I ve been forced to do so on this particular company. They had my truck for 2 months over the summer just sitting for a warranty job on my transmission, I spoke to the owner Bob multiple times over the phone and In person. He comes off as a pretty nice guy but it s all fake. He lied to my face multiple times saying that they called the warranty company and filed a claim which turned out to be not true since I called the warranty company myself to confirm. On the third month of waiting he called me saying that he won t be able to do my transmission because they can t get the truck to move. I was very frustrated since my truck plays a big part in my work. I got my truck towed to a transmission specialist in New Brunswick and they finished my transmission job in 2 weeks. They also confirmed that it was not an active claim on my warranty.The problem was a broken wire harness clip that needed to be replaced, the total cost $300. And I got my transmission rebuilt under warranty. The whole thing took only 2 weeks. You guys are the worst I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle here.

I fried the clutch on my 2004 BMW 525i. I had been very particular getting my car maintained and fixed by the dealer, until this experience. This shop had been highly recommended by two people I know. I was told they were honest, they did excellent work and their prices were very fair.Well, both recommendations were good. The owner took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done, gave me a price and gave me an estimated time of completion.The car is running great, the clutch feels like it's a brand new car, the job was completed as promised and the original price quote was to the penny.In addition, I checked with the dealer and they would have charged me much more for the same work. Would i recommend this shop? YES. Would I use them again? Absolutely!

The transmission in my truck suddenly went bad. I called Lee Myles. The person with whom I spoke politely, and apologetically, made it very clear that the business is woefully shorthanded on staff and it would easily be two weeks before my vehicle would see service. I appreciated the honesty. I heeded the warning and had my vehicle repaired elsewhere. While Lee Myles did not work on my truck, based on the one conversation I had, Lee Myles seems like an honest, trustworthy and reputable business.

I just picked up my car today.I have to get on five stars.The first time I had issues with my transmission and transmission sensor they fixed it and they did not charge me.Second time I bring it there my transmission was slipping going up a small hill.4 days there they fixed it work working good.06/17/2021They did not charge me for it.Friendly and very professional.

Had my transmission fixed there with a year warranty and within that year the transmission broke again. I had the truck towed back to the same shop so they can get it fixed under the warranty .The truck sat at their shop for more than a week and finally called me that there is nothing wrong with the truck. Later in the week i had a call from them that the truck is fixed and it was not the transmission but the shifter so I owe them $498.00 in parts and labor. If there is anything apart from the reported transmission issue they should let me know but I was not informed until I went to pick up my truck. After all said and done I paid them for an unauthorized job just to go home and my truck can't go on reverse. I had it again towed to the shop. One of them had the chest to tell me to pay another $150.00 because the shifter cable was the problem and they will determine the labor cost later. As I'm writing this my truck is still in their shop. They are totally crooks and scam artists.

Brought my truck to Lee Myles in Union 30 years ago. Everyone Told me I needed a transmission. Robert fixed it for $102.00 back then. After That Great Experience. I have been a customer for over 30 years. anything for my transmission Lee Myles of Union !

Test drove my car and said that I needed to rebuild transmission for starting $2200....took to different place, just needed transmission fluid... Due to leaking line $200! Unbelievable!
