Have been coming here for 10 years. Always been very pleased with both quality of work and price. Honest and hard working people. Have recommended number of my friends over the years all of whom have been pleased. Would highly recommend. Do not understand the negative reviews as the place is always busy

Do not get your car done here. Ever since I took my car here it has been messed up. The first time I went for a simple oil change. After I left and 2 minutes later my oil light came on and I went right back and there was no oil in my car because of the filter. I had to sit and wait for them to clean up the mess under my hood and put a new filter and put oil in my car.Then I bought two tires the same night and my car has not been driving the same.Next I needed a battery.My car is hesitating badly and drives like thre is a bubble in the tires.This is in response to your reply: You have a record. It is a silver 2019 Hyundai Accent.

The man incharged. Who is sitting at the cashier. Was rude with very reluctant addittude...no customer skills at.all. first time there will never go back..made me feel like that was the only place ..great company. But no customer relations..

Not going to lie, I was very hesitant to come here for work on my vehicle because I saw the bad reviews but I took a chance anyways and to say I m impressed is the least I could say. I called ahead of time to speak with the shop on what needed to be fixed on my vehicle. We discussed a quoted price and about how long the work would take. I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning right after opening and I get a call 4 hours later (original quote time was the end of the day). The price was exactly what we discussed and they finished my vehicle in such a short time. I will be coming back here for work on my vehicle again. Great staff and great shop :)

Do not go here if you are looking to get new tires installed on your rims. There is a reason why it's only $50 I guess. Anyways, here is what they messed up: added weights both directly above and below when balancing (countering each other), installed the tire the wrong rotational direction after being told these were back tires (had to go back and get them to fix that), used miscolored air caps, left dozens of small holes all along the inner rim likely due to over tightening on the balancing machine, and when removing the OEM weights did not return them in case we still needed them. Just don't go here, there are plenty of better places in town.

Had to go there for an emergency tire puncture repair, employees kept complaining about them not being able to take the BOLTS OUT & about staying late to fix it. They completely overcharged me. Owner has bad attitude

I come here often. The Santana is very nice! They always to good work! They dont over charge! They will tell you the truth rather you like the out come or not. If its something they can not do they will let you know. Will always come here.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. I came in and soon as I did that front desk guys was od rude. Then he told me the tire install was $50 each after calling him beforehand and him saying it was $25. Would not recommend this place.

This is a great place, quick and fair prices, initially started coming here for tire repairs and tire changes, but they have been able to fix any items I needed on the 10+ year old car, like noisy muffler pipes, that no one could fix or wanted $5k to replace all, they fixed for $100, and rattle has not come back yet. Trust them more than the dealers.

I had a horrible experience with this place. I only came in to check out a scraping sound coming from the bottom of my car. After they told me what the issue was (which didn t sound right - they said it was a plastic part that needed to be replaced and I didn t know that plastic could make a loud metallic scraping sound, but what do I know), he charged me $25 just to look at it. I have never gone to an auto shop that charged you to look at your car. But the main issue at hand is that he didn t inform me beforehand that there would be a charge for that. He said that there was a sign in the middle of the store that was never pointed out to me, nor did I even see it since I was sitting next to the exit. So there was no way for me to see the sign. I tried to explain to the manager that it would ve been common courtesy to mention that because I was not expecting to pay out of pocket for that, nor did I even have adequate funds to do so. But he didn t care and pretty much told me to deal with it. He didn t try to work with me at all. He said I could use it for a future credit to do service with them, if I choose to do so. I m not sure why he thinks I would come back to them for his hidden fees and over priced services. But I just suggest that you guys go to a REAL Firestone as this one is independently owned, and he pretty much does what he likes. That s probably why he could charge $25 for looking at your car. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! Go to a firestone that is NOT independently owned. They do not care how they talk/treat you.

I had a terrible experience with Gigi Santana. I brought in wheels + tires for a mounting and balancing. Gigi quoted me $80 before leaving. I come back to a bill of $203. Gigi decided to make the executive decision, and decided to do work in my car that I did not ask for. He did not bother to call and approve it with me, and his excuse was that he assumed I would be happy with it. Who would be happy coming back to a bill $120 more than the original quote? And why would assume to know what I want? His only job was to mount and balance and come to a bill with more than 4-5 extra services done to my vehicle.

Went to fix a flat tire a few weeks ago. The guy took the tire out, spent more than 10 minutes and couldn't find the problem. He said I needed to replace all the tires because they're old. Then he charged me for taking the tire out and reinstalling the tire. After I got home, I found one of lug nut almost fell off. I took the tire out and found the problem in a few minutes, and fixed it with a plug. All in all, the technician was not well trained. I would leave a zero star if possible. Will not go there again.

Took our car in for a wheel alignment. Couldn t do the alignment because I was told the tire rods were no good. I was also told that they would do the alignment after the tire rods were repaired. I returned after the tire rods were repaired and got nothing but a run around. Overcharged (charged for the wheel alignment when I paid for two front tires to be installed never got the alignment) and under par work. Never go back

I love the guys who work there they're very attentive and work hard. However, four or five hours to wait for a repair can get very monotonous. I have been going there for many many years, and I will continue as long as Santana is there!

One star is a over statement if I could I would give them 0 stars I bought my car there because my car wouldn t start they had my car for 3 days only to tell me that they couldn t find what was wrong with my vehicle and on top of that they are very rude and money hungry they re also trying to charge me for storage days but what I don t understand is shouldn t I be the one that s getting compensation

Tgey came highly rated from close friends of mine. I had a great experience too. Very friendly. Nice waiting room but also near shopping and places to eat. This is definitely my new oil change place from now on.

asked to get 1 bolt replace and said it would be 40, came back next day and claimed 3 bolts were broken and replaced with no heads up and had to pay 70. We had 2 other people saying we only needed 1 fixed, not trustworthy and will not be coming back.

They where expensive and damaged my centercap, and let me leave without putting air in my rear tires, I caught a flat on the way home after buying a new tire for$145. Too much for cheap tires!
