If I could give zero stars I would. Manager/or supervisor Mexican guy with the Elvis high top hair very rude. The kid in the front is not bad but they advertise a price online themed try to get you to buy expensive tires. Buy online have tires installed somewhere else.

Very unprofessional and rude, especially the cashier Andre. Who mostly texted during work and hid in the back. Took him 15-20 minute just to come outside and then did not give proper receipt or recommendation in repair.Wasted couple hours of my day just to tell me the tire cant be fixed. Went to another tire shop and they fixed the puncture in 20 minutes.Will never be coming back.

This is the worst Costco tire and breaks center these guys hardly pickup the phone when you try to call and when you try to make an appointment it s always delayed like one or two hours even though you have an appointment it took them 1 hour to find my order I placed on line not sure if there system is linked proper to local stores

Sadly this location let me down, I was driving and the mud flap fell off of the tractor trailer in front of me, I couldn't get out of the way, and ran it over, so I went to the tire center and they told me that the 2 tires on my right side were damaged beyond repair, and that they had no stock for the size I needed.... they sent me away .My local Costco said they had 12 and gave me an appointment. When they checked the computer this rt22 location HAD 14 tires in my size!I had to drive all the way home on spares.... so SAD and UNPROFESSIONAL....

Had the worst experience ever @ the Costco Union NJ location - I've been a loyal customer for over 24 years have purchased all our automobile tires @ Costco during this time. In July I noticed one of the tires was flat, I refilled it and within 24 hours flat again - so I made an appointment and brought it to Costco Tire center within a week. I was informed that the rim was defective on my Honda Odessey - Being a senior citizen and having owned numerous cars over the years this was the 1st time I had a defective rim. I was surprised, they cleaned the rim, refilled the tire and the next day the same tire was flat. I purchased a new rim which are quite expensive (Honda $600) and brought it to a third party to install - Next morning flat tire - so back to Costco and then what happened shocked me - they tried to flim flam me by spraying water on all the older 3 rims and stated they were all leaking. Not only that, prior to arriving I spoke with both the tire center manager + store manager to coordinate addressing this issue - they opened a 1pm appointment - when I arrived I was told by the rep at the counter I would have to wait hours in queue - I asked to speak with the manager who I had made the arrangement with - He brought out another man who said he was the manager when in fact, he was another tire installer trying to pull the wool over my eyes (he was the one who sprayed the water on the rims and tried to convince me that the other rims were defective. I informed him that for the last 2 months I have only put air in 1 tire every morning so don't try to BS me. I was growing more agitated; they didn't realize they were dealing with a person who has tinkered with cars since I could drive - this was total nonsense. As I raised my voice since I smelled a scam out from the shadows the real manager appears and informs both tire mechanics (including the one posing as the manager) to keep quiet, stop talking and walk away. Another tire tech then took the wheel off and did the water test - they found the leak - this was something they should have done initially but obviously DID NOT. They replaced the tire and no leaks - Now I feel Costco should be responsible for the cost and time involved trying to fix an issue that didn't exist. I will never step foot in another Costco tire center given this experience.

I went last week to balance my tire, they tire is good maybe one tire is a bit bad they guy came and call me that your all 4 tire can t be balance because we Costco have some policy and standard , I don t know they guy name but not professional, he was just trying that I can buy all four tires.

Drove 30 minutes to this place to get my boyfriend's tires installed. The wait time was 2 and half hours to 3 hours. And I was told that I would be given a call when the job is done. NO PHONE CALL WAS GIVEN. How rude. I spent a very long time in Costco absolutely doing nothing but waiting patiently. And they don't even bother to pick up their phone and call. I wasn't even given an apology as well as they just simply said that it is too busy for them today. Honestly it does not take a long time to pick up the phone and notify the customer. They do not have good customer service. But I was happy to finally retrieve my car back and drive off with nice brand new tires. It was a smooth ride home.

I Bought a battery here. They had the size I needed and a lot more. They carry Interstate brand. Service was good and polite. Seemed to have a wide selection of tires too. The main Costco store here is always full of people but the truth section didn't seem crowded at all. Costco gas station here also. Very cheap gas.

They took advantage of a woman, didn't say anything about wheel alignment and now they are trying to charge her for new front tires, it would've been nice to know there was additional work that needed to be done. I will never recommend their service to anyone!!!!

Four stars as a heads up: expect to wait. Please do us all a favor and dont be rude while doing so. Now, they have fantastic warranties and good prices, so unless you have some crazy special tire and/or prefer to pay more vs wait in line... this is going to be the place you pick. They could do with a better waiting space and someone with conflict management skills to manage the waiting room and take info... they usually have the staff doing that and multi tasking and answering phones, and I get budget, but it's a lot of expectation and they put up with a lot of bad customer attitudes in there. Never seen the staff get bent out of shape or snap back and they always get the job done and done well. We have been there for both emergency repairs and for new tires as well as just air refills or checks and they are always very polite, happy to help, kind to the kids, and get the job done well. I also appreciate a shop that doesnt ask about my husbands opinion when I bring the car in, which is rare, sadly. In short: good savings, prepare for a wait.

We got a flat tire just before driving 300 miles and the staff at the tire center were extremely kind. Despite a full schedule and being late in the day on a Sunday, they inspected our tire, deemed it couldn t be repaired, and replaced allfour tires. Thank you!!

The wait was ridiculously long but I was in dire need of new tires. My tire had a slow leak and I was tired of refilling it so I waited. I went several times and each time they said the was a wait. Once I went and the woman wasn't pleasant at all, but of course there was a wait. They were the only one with my tires in stock so I went back. The numerous visits and long wait is why my rating is so low.

They are always extremely busy. There's a reason for this though. You'll be hard pressed to find a better deal on a set of tires with an awesome warranty. Expect to wait or better yet, drop your car off in the morning and pick it up later in the day.

Service was quick and easy. In and out within less than an hour and half. It also helps for the warehouse to be right next door to do some grocery shopping while the tires were being installed

Words cannot express the complete lack of any professionalism or decency. Refuse to pick up the phone, actively seemed like I was bothering them when trying to get my car fixed, this is just not how you treat people in general let alone customers.

You have ONE job: Installing tires. I brought them brand new Enkei RP-F1 wheels with brand new valve stems. They couldn't figure it out how to assemble the stem. WTH?! Use Google to look up a How-to article on a forum or Youtube. They had to defer to another tech which added time to the install. After the tires were mounted and balanced they handed 4 *extra* nuts. Extra?! Are you kidding? This isn't an IKEA bookshelf where they include extra screws. They are there for a REASON: So the other nut doesn't back off.Also they chipped one of my friend's wheel when mounting his tire set. He got the 1 tire for free.Incompetence doesn't begin to describe their work.

I had problem with steering wheel shaking after I got new tires installed at Costco, on raining day. They told me my lug nuts swelled and they can't help me with rebalance. I guess it is more likely that their brains got swelled to the size of kidney bean, and that could be the reason why they couldn't help me. Makes more sense to me.

Very happy by John service, I went a week ago The tire I want for my truck wasn t available in the Michelin just in Bridgestone, The factory didn t have them available as well John took a extra step and make the phone calls with no luck that day , the next day he call me to let me know he order the tires and 3 business days later I m driving with the tires I was very happy with the extra step he took making phone calls until he make possible for me to get the tires

No advance warning to how long the waiting time will be. Two hours later when they finally get your vehicle inside the garage they say is 2 hours to do the work.

The wait is long but the service was outstanding, everyone wants things done Now Now Now. Unfortunately life doesn t work like that, and some people really need to learn that.Great job guys, keep working hard.

Good price but no good service I went for 4 times to try replace my new tires and they open 10 am I'm be there 9 o'clock and only receive my car 10,55 and u have to wait about 3 hours
