This place is a bunch of con artist. I went for two new tires and they kept a good tire and only replaced one. The tire was still in the shop when I returned and my tire had the exact screw in it still. They wouldn t discount me for having to go back twice and getting this fixed. They thought they were sneaky keeping the perfectly fine tire. The guy is rude and doesn t care about customers. He said that s life and I don t get a refund. He is a scammer. Why was my tire still at the shop when I returned?

Highly recommend City Tires. I was having an issue with my tire. I took it down and they helped me. It was fast and easy.they are very professional. They have certainly without any doubt earned a 5 star rating. Thank you to the team for all your help.

I came to City Tires previously to get a new tire and rim. They were friendly, efficient and fairly priced. I returned today and specifically asked up front for an oil change and headlight replacement. When I was ready to pay I realized they were only charging me for the oil change. My car requires the bumper to be removed in order to change the headlight. After waiting additional time I was advised they needed to remove the bumper and it would take an hour and a half and cost $150 to complete the job. It appeared the person did not want to complete the job as he recommended I go to another location to get it done cheaper and faster. I have gone to another location and they changed my light in less than 40 mins and only charged me $50. I feel it was only taking additional time at City Tires because they removed my car from the lift and needed to complete another job. They should have just done everything I asked from the beginning and and I would not have wasted over an hour my time. Plus I feel I was given that price to deter me from getting the job done. I've NEVER paid that amount or needed that much time for a headlight change. I will not be returning.

A+, they have some good quality tires used and new. Check them out and they do powder coating on rims !!

I had severely damaged rim. I was in hard situation of needing it fixed same day to get back on the road. City Tire got it welded back together and sealed up with new tire. Now with my damage it did take a few hours, they needed to weld, check for leaks, weld. This type of work isn t recommended or easy, usually you just buy new rim but in my case that was a few days away because 2006 Pontiac is odd. City Tires did the hard work instead of turning me away the easy way and I am very grateful.

Great place to get used tires, quick turnaround on tire repair/replacement.I had 6 tires replaced for various vehicles and the tires held up great.Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I had a good experience at Citi tires.I purchased two new tires and 1 used, all reasonably priced. Desiree was very nice, good customer service skills.She assisted me with the quote over the phone earlier today. I was pleased with the quote. I would return again. The only draw back is there s no true place to wait. I sat on a cushy soft bar stool inside the store. But would have liked more space/room separate from the walk in s . Also, they charge a $3 per tire fee if you don t take ur tire with u. The other fee $1.50. I did not see that fee displayed or posted in the store. I was so happy that I saved $$ I didn t complain. However, as a former auditor I would have like to see the fee outlined, discussed or disclosed as an itemized item before signing the credit card.I believe they do good business and would refer them to fam y friends.

I need a new car ASAP..... had a flat tire and a flat donut and didn't want to spend alot on new tire on car I'm getting rid of as soon as I can so I gave this place a chance.....they sold me a new tire for ONLY $50!!... Pushing 40k miles.......Service was fast..girl working there was a sweetheart.....I would recommend...

I came here after being outsourced by my dealership. My tire pressure light was on, and the mechanic at the dealership couldn t figure it out and neither could my personal mechanic. The dealership ( Cartopia) sent me here. When I first got there, two other mechanics came over and also could not figure it out as my tire pressure and PSI were both good. Everyone seemed confused, not just me. Eventually, another man ( whose name I did not catch) came over and laughed blatantly in my face and told me women in this country expect everything to be done for them , insinuating I was stupid because I couldn t figure something out that multiple other people , both other men and other mechanics, couldn t. My tire pressure needed to be recalibrated on my dashboard. I asked him if he could show me, and he laughed and said no, and he said you women are always on your phone anyway, just google it . I asked why he couldn t show me and he kept laughing and rolling his eyes and patronizing me , then spoke to me as if I was a toddler to show me how to do it. He told me next time I should just go on youtube instead of wasting everyone s time. I left, and the next day had to recalibrate it on my own, so he did not even fix the issue. I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager and he also brushed it off. I do not suggest coming here in general, especially if you are a woman.

This place deserves 0 stars if I could give it. First off let me go by saying my husband was a former mechanic for 17 yrs. We had a slow leak in our tire due to a nail. Took it to this place for an inside patch which he s used in the past with no issues. However this time, with our vehicle (which is a new vehicle 1 yr old) they took off the tire to do an inside patch and scratched our rim with their machine. When confronted, the owner and employee had the worse attitude stating it was not caused by the machine, keep in mind that scratch around the rim was not there when we took the car there. They insisted it could be polished off . Fast forward now two weeks later, we noticed low tire pressure again on the same tire we took to fix. Took it elsewhere and turns out THEY NEVER TOOK OUT THE NAIL! On top of that, the technician that worked on my tire in this new place confirmed that the scratches to our rim was indeed caused by city tires machinery. He also confirmed that no other work was done to our tire prior than city. My husband called city tires and a rude woman decided to argue with him on the phone. The current place showed my husband the mark they made on the tire and the patch with the screw in it.Avoid at all costs!

I'm currently waiting for the shop to open. It's 8:15 and the place is supposed to open at 8am. Why wouldn't you have people come in to prep for the day before the place opens. They're currently strolling in with coffee and conversation. Very unprofessional.

Very good prices, fast service, quality tires. So far the best shop i ve been too! Everyone was very nice and took care of me very well. Definitely would recommend coming.My girlfriend also got her rims powder coated to purple and she loved them! Can t wait to come back for the next color !

Left my house yesterday 10/16 to find that I had a flat tire .. (which ended up almost completely off the rim by the time I got there) I called this place it s just about 3 minutes from my house they told me they can help me ASAP. I got there and waited just a couple minutes .. they checked all my tires I ended up replacing 3 of the 4 . Paid about $150 for the 3. The people were quick and nice!

Man I don t know where to start from the hospitality or what. It was my first time coming there due to a referral. I was treated like family from the time I pulled up. I was given two great tires at a great price that no other shop I know from moving New York to Jersey could beat that on top of that my minivan had broke down in the middle of them changing tire and it wouldn t start they helped me get my car back on the road with no additional charge give me a jumper start and fluid for my car I was soo shock on how they went above and beyond for me and it being my first time. I m all for hospitality and I ll be here every time and bringing my family as well to service our cars with city tires thank you so much for helping a young fella that s starting to get a taste of the world mucho amor

Car fanatics be aware. Perfect place to get your rims damaged. I brought my car in to get four wheels mounted and balanced. I didn t know that service came with free scratches. I have a black rims (factory finished) and upon completion of the work I notice damaged to my rims. When I pointed it out, apparently no one understood what I was talking about. I will never bring my car back and i suggest you don t either.
