I don't know where to start. This is beyond worst seller I ever purchased anything from. He sells me a wheel 5x114.3 when I paid for 5x115 that's what item was listed as online. Then tells me it's the same. We'll it's not!! If I decide to put wheels on that's not exact match on my car let that be my choice not yours! So he informs me he do this all the time sell people these wheels after taking them out the original package & placing them in plain brown boxes so buyer is unaware. Only way I knew was my was dropped shipped from factory. Buyer beware this guy will sell anything to get a buck even if it's not right .may icorrectly tell you wheel if for car when it's not. At least that was my experience

Bought "OEM" front hood molding for $190+ and it was made in Taiwan ! Sent back.Got same thing for $100 on Ebay.

I just purchased an amazing set of wheels for my 2014 CTS Luxury. Sal was the best! He asked if I needed tires and set me up with the wheel tire package of the century. Service was excellent ...mounted & balanced ...new sensors and shipped to my front door right on time. Very proffessional.By far the best service and value!!! Bigg Daddy Caddy Rocks!!

I use to do.business with John for years, bought 2 cars from him and sent other people to him cause i over 20 years, you kinda have a good friendship. But lately, his business attitude sucks. His prices are still reasonable but the way things are being handle is completely wrong especially with you dealing with customers. If someone orders something, at least be able to tell them when their product will be here, not saying to them, i don't know, leave your money and when i get enough orders, then I'll place it. So, you holding on to my money until you get more orders to place it. I wish him well and his health, but i would rather spend a little more to get respected with the service I need. Especially after spending close to $40,000 with us in the past, past years. Good luck john

Sal and John are Great they really know a lot about Cadillac accessories. the are always pleasant and friendly. they also do what they promise and stand by their product. Awesome dependable service. been buying from them for several years.

I obtained the number to Big Daddy Caddy through eBay. I called and ordered a part for my caddilac and received it two days later with no problem at all. I appreciated that type of service and will continue to patronize this business.

I work at a Cadillac dealership in NYC and I have been dealing with John from Big Daddy Caddy for about 4 years now. I first found him on Ebay, and now just call him direct. He has always been friendly and patient with me each and every time. His knowledge of Cadillac products is quite impressive. My experience sucked.the item I was sent was the right size but was not told the teeth on it would not snap in. would not let me return them so I ( a fool ) ordered more that this time I really thought would work. BUT NO...In anger I sent them back and ebay informs me I was the loser--so sorry- so sad to to me. So I'm out about 100 bucks and have center caps I can't use. So my advise is don't buy any thing from BIG FAT DADDY CADDY..................................JUSTINE iMLER
