If anyone is looking to get some audio work done , please see Duke ! What An amazing guy who has great customer service and very knowledgeable about his Craft ! I took my Wrangler in for a remote start issue where it started to go crazy and not start ! Duke and his crew corrected the problem In a timely fashion ! Thank you guys again ! I will definitely bring my Jeep to you guys again ! Please check out his YouTube page ! I learned alot !

Came to autosound to get my car inspected... the guy was very nice to me. Even tho the inspection was 9-3pm he still took me in after the hours of operation.... I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their car inspected or is looking for an remote auto start

This place is the worst I ve ever experienced. I got a Air horn installed 5 months ago, and I m STILL going back to keep getting it fixed. Telling me A NEW ISSUE all 4 times I ve been back, don t go here. They do not know what they re doing. Stole $175 from me!!!! And caused my alternator to go, costing me even more money!!! All I see when I go back, are repeat costumers complaining about what they had done and it not working properly!!! YOU VE BEEN WORNED!!!!!!

Okay job. I brought my Audi A5 2022 to them to install a dual 2 channel blackvue camera. They scratched the door sill near the bottom and didn t glue the tube in the trunk correctly as well as made my hood lift loose when it wasn t prior to the installation. Long story short I have to go to a body shop to have them fix the mess they made. Giving two stars cause the camera installation was clean and neat but at the cost of exterior scuffs. Luxury vehicle folks, I suggest going to your dealership for dash cam installations.

I took my son s vehicle to get a new radio out into his Volkswagen CC. The staff was very professional and the work was done was very well done and timely. Going back to get a Headlight replaced. I would highly recommend .

Brought my 2015 wrangler in for a full speaker upgrade and interior lighting installation and was the best decision I made. The owner Duke was very helpful, extremely intelligent in this field and charged me half the price other places were charging. Not to mention the job was done same day and was able to drive out of there later in the day 100% satisfied. Autosound definitely has my business and I advice others to try it out.

Just had a perfect experience here. They finished the job very quickly - over an hour faster than I was quoted. The owner was very helpful, explaining the product to me and the differences in quality and price between models. I will certainly return here for future car needs.

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. First Reason is because I came in to get a subwoofer installed into my car today and they took ridiculously long. I dropped it off at 8AM and didn t get it back until 5:30PM. The customer service was not good at all. One of the mechanics kept saying that the high to low part for the subwoofer I bought is defective. That I needed to pay for the part he sells. I get it electrical parts can be defective out the box but every time I asked for him to explain he kept walking away from me like he was avoiding the conversation. Another thing I found rude/disrespected about is that even though they knew the unit they installed was defective. They refused to remove it because it will take to much time . To me that is not polite customer service at all and is no way to treat a customer. They rushed putting it together in the end. Wires not put into the amp properly. Looks a mess. Things all over the place. Reason I write this review is because I don t want anyone to have to go through what I did with such rude and disrespectful customer service. For anyone reading this I would not recommend you give this place a chance! They will screw you over in the end.

Came to replace my front speakers and it was done in a timely, professional, and wonderful manner. The price service was fitted for replacing car speakers. Will come again if I ever have any other car audio issues.

Had my speakers and subwoofer installed. All I had to do was tell them what I needed done and a few hours later everything was installed properly and very clean. Price was very reasonable. Even less than the big box stores. Will definitely bring my car back here for any other audio upgrades. They also provide other auto services that a lot of clients come in for. The owners were very courteous. Thanks!

I took my daughter's car here the staff was nice I got an alarm and radio installed. The prices is just a little over the top for the basic bottom shelf items. I will use them again and recommend others because of the friendliness of the owner.

A single star rating is too generous for this place. I had the unfortunate need to get an interlock installed in my car last week and my experience was just horrible. At first the guy in charge, a "Mr." Duke would not answer any questions about the use of the device and my car would not start. He looked at me as I struggled with the device for a full 10 minutes and in desperation, I went over and appealed for help. He told me to find a youtube video then changed his mind and asked for my phone. He pretended to search for a video but the first thing he did was subscribe me to his youtube channel without asking for my consent. He then gave me my phone back and proceeded to tell me how to use the device as if I was wasting his time....But the worst was still to come. When I went to the NJ MVC yesterday morning I was told that the Duke had omitted to include one of the required forms in the paperwork. The MVC gave me a fax number where the Duke could send he docs but this shop has no fax machine. So I drove 50 miles back to autosound and was made to wait for one and a half hours and then handed back the requisite form without an apology or any remorse whatsoever. The customer service at this business is way below par and very disgusting. If you respect yourself I would advice you to give this place a wide berth and take your money elsewhere.

I initially stopped by to inquire about installing a new radio in my 2005 Honda Accord and met Duke, the owner who couldn t be more honest. Turns out this is a very common issue after discussing options, I suggested I d prefer to replace with the same factory radi that I could get on eBay , not an add-on kit with bezel. There was no hard sell and he simply said, bring it in and we ll install it for $xx.After 2 weeks when I got the radio, I stopped in, he was very courteous, had a few customers ahead of me but then swapped out the replacement radio/AC controls in no time.Nice and clean, no marks around the dashboard. Perfect job and at an awesome price. No sales pitch to install a newer radio with Bluetooth and bells and whistles. Duke and the crew are honest, hard working guys who deserve all of the positive reviews they get. Definitely will be back for a remote starter on my other car. RT22W. Union Auto Sound is highly recommended. Thanks Duke!

(White Nissan Juke) My LEDs had problems but every time I take my car to get looked at the owner makes sure he fixes the problem with no problem. Always service with a smile. I have recommended friends and family, all happy customers.

Great news. Spoke with the owner Duke and he made things right. I know I was pretty harsh with my first review and it was because I was Angry about the miscommunication with his staff. None the less this is a great place that does quality work at reasonable prices. I would recommend this place as I have in the past. Thanks Duke.

Duke, aka the owner, was VERY patient with all of my questions. I asked a lot before choosing my stereo set up and he was very kind and answered all I needed, and the result was flawless, no scratches in my interior and he saw other problems electrical wise which he helped fix as well. Win win baby!

This is the best place for stereo,gps,dvd,fog lights,speakers ,car alarms installation first come,first serve no appointment necessary. Duke is the manager Mike is the technical person very knowledgeable very nice guys they will work with you highly recommended I have been coming here for the past 5 years .
