What a bunch of crooks!!! It's all good though!!! I won my judgement against these fraudsters, now I'm going to the Sheriff's office to escort me to the dealership to serve them with the Writ Of Execution to put a Lein on their business until my $3,000 deposit plus interest is repaid. I'll c yall Friday!!!

I bought a 2011 Nissan Maxima from here in oct 2016. These guys treated me well the minute I arrived through the door. The car I was interested was not a hassle to get to (they had a 13 maxima and the 11 maxima I took the 11 maxima because it had nav and the price was great). I test drive it, everything worked and ran great. The 3 star review is based on how these guys handle the financing process a bit deceptive If you ask me. Car sticker was $10k granted my credit wasn t in the best shape. I gave them a cashiers check for $5k deposit which they then said I need another $1k to get the financing approved. So I went ahead and gave it to them. I thought they would be financing the balance of the sticker price, which would be $4k. When I receive my first statement from the bank that was doing the financing I owed $18k. Did my deposit vanished? I took the extended warranty which was about $2- $3k. But even at the highest interest rate possible and whatever dealer fees they built in, my loan should never been $18k on a $10k car that had a $6k deposit. As I said no problem with the car still have it to this day runs great but Buyer beware get your own financing or buy cash.

Avoid at all costs. Orlando and his team are crooks. Bought a 2013 x3 riddled with issues. I am now in 10k+ in repairs. Refused to let me return the car 1 day after purchasing. Hasn t returned my warranty check and blocks my number when I follow up. If he would have let me swap cars, I would have been a happy customer and extremely impressed with their service. He s done nothing but scream at me on the phone and hang up.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.Adding to this review after Orlando s response: I never asked to trade the car in. I wanted to return or do a 100% covered exchange (so long as the car I chose was the same price as the one I purchased). After 10k of repair bills, the owner offered to trade the car in starting from scratch but would not cover any repairs or exchange the car for me. We all know this is a continued attempt to rip me off. I now have been informed that the warranty company sent a refund to Twin Auto and they kept more than half of it and sent a very small portion to my bank. This place just gets worse and worse.....

Bought a 2016 Honda Accord and every bad review that was written is true. Including them being out of business, providing empty promises, selling knowingly damaged cars, and more. I m currently on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck because my car gave up on me. Honestly, just look at the owner s responses on some of the bad reviews. He s constantly deflecting and not taking ownership for the facts the customers are stating. Everybody s a liar except for them huh? No need to look any further they are out of business, unless they switched their name and location similarly to what most bad companies with bad reputations do.

It takes me so much to write reviews because I love to see the good in people. But I m writing this to seriously warn you about this place. I bought a car back around March 2021. It was about 6k. Within less than a week, I took the car to a mechanic to check up the car. Turns out the head gasket was broken and it was a big problem. I hadn t driven the car at all, only to drive it from the shop to my house which is less than twenty blocks away. I took it back to the shop and they blamed it on me and said I had hit a big pothole that caused that. Made absolutely no sense at all and I had two mechanics tell me it wasn t possible. I called them out for deceiving me and the owner told me to call him because he wanted to help. I called and never got an answer.I ve spent over 3k in repairs for this car. I m just so upset at myself that I fell for their trap.Im a 20 year old college student and I can t even afford these repairs, I ve even had to take out school loans because I ve needed to put money towards fixing my car instead.Please, avoid this place at all costs.

This has been my go to place for all my vehicles for the last 5 years or so. Nice easy sale, in and out with no hassle of negotiating because all their prices are on point. The owner Orlando has personally sold me all my vehicles for the last 15-20 years and just got my son his first car here! I highly recommend them!!!

This team was amazing! My daughter and I drove an hour and a half to visit this dealership with high hope's of finding a car for my daughter. We had already been searching for a couple weeks with no luck. The sales team was pleasant, helpful, NOT pushy at all. They were knowledgeable and honest about everything!!! They went above and beyond for my daughter and I couldnt be more thankful that we decided to take the LONG drive that day to twin auto city and I will do it again and again!

I bought a Mercedes Benz four Matic 40,000 miles a 2014 for my mother very good condition it was helpful as well and paid $12,000 or $13,000 for her car. They had great customer service and I was in and out fast. Thank you Twin Auto City. I will be seeing you guys again.

I am one of those people who reviews everything because I enjoy and appreciate when people right reviews. It is the 1st thing I do whenever I want to know about a product or business. I decided to go to Twin Auto City to purchase a used vehicle and they did have positive reviews to begin with. I can not tell you the service I received beginning from the Owner, finance manager and My salesman. They all worked so closely together to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was completely satisfied. I felt like part of the family after everything was finalized and my deal was closed. I want to express my gratitude to everyone at Twin Auto City for all their assistance, knowledge and time.Thanks again I will most definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family. You guys are AMAZING!!!

Awesome deal. Very professional courtesy. I felt as I have known them for years. John took care of my financials with the bank and got me a great rate and Luis, who sold me the vehicle, was very friendly and accommodating. If you need a car, go to them. They will treat you like family.

I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership and i have to say this was my best car buying experience. I found these guys online, contacted them and had an immediate response. A day later i drove off the lit with my car! They are very helpful knowledgeable and truthful people. Showed me respect and was very courteous made me feel right at home. I m sending 2 more people their way. Quick fast and easy process all i had to do was sign! Thank you guys for all your help!

I met with Albert and I just want to mention how patient and understanding he was. The first vehicle I was looking at had problems after having my mechanic look into it but I found another car even better. Turns out it work out for the best . Albert was fast and responsive and the owner was very nice and welcoming. I will be coming back to do business again

I left the dealership feeling like I had just hung out with a bunch of great guys and just happened to have bought a car in the process.I have bought cars in the past and this is by far the best experience I've ever had.I picked to go here first because of their previous reviews and they didn't disappoint.Honest and car salesman don't usually get mentioned in the same sentence but I'm so glad drove 2hrs to this place and I would do it again.Oh and I love my new Hyundai Equus.

Luis was car dealer, you talking about a great sales person. Was so nice and kind, we had a problem with something concerning the car like Four Days after we purchased and Luis took care of it right away. I want to enlighten anybody trying their luck at this place. They have a nice selection of cars. I went there for a 2012 Honda Civic coupe, With great mileage of 70,500 , 2 owners and a couple dings on the bumper and a visible key scratch on the rear side, all 4 tires needed to be replaced and wouldn t pass inspection for a decent price of $6,990. The car didn t start he had to jump start the vehicle. The test drive went smoothly although the salesman kept trying to get me to finance through them, even though I clearly said I was approved through my bank. They warmed me up to the idea that this is how they make their money through finance. Your cash isn t king here people. I mean today s market is different, they want you to finance a little here and pay cash there,that was my plan. But when they hiked on their over the top dealers fee of $995 on top of adding taxes on to other things besides the regular tax fee! The price came up to to an whopping price of $9,700. At that point we Didn t even get to discuss warranty. I was ready to spend $8,000 maybe a little more but almost 10k for a 2012 car with all that maintenance issues I found that it wasn t worth it. They wouldn t even budge to help with the fact that all the tires wouldn t even pass inspection. I just want to say if you don t mind paying a ridiculous price and their ridiculous MADE UP dealers fee. Just a heads up anyone can make up their own dealers fee. For example at a place like Major World (not an advertisement major world now has a fixed price for dealers fees because they were sued before for scamming people: disclaimer) they have a fixed dealers fee of $75. So they can play with that price. Point blank people, If you don t mind Salesmen reminding you that they have like 2-3 other people looking to buy this car at the same exact time as you and your the only one at the dealership , and paying over the top robber dealers fees. Then this is the place for you. If your an internet savvy person who knows how to spend their money the right way and know what your doing and research the vehicle before you show up at a dealership then you may have second thought before showing up at this place. I was a serious buyer they passed on my Offers I hope someone buys that car for the price they have. That person who does buy it probably doesn t care that they are spending nearly 10k on a 7 year old vehicle that needs work that including probably having to buy new tires and getting your dings and key scratches fixed as well. Twin City Auto Sales are fantastic to deal with. Luis and Orlando went above and beyond to find me the kind of suv that my brother was looking for. We are very pleased with the purchase. They are the only ones to deal with, when buying a used car. Will definitely go back.

Terrible!Worst auto dealer EVER! Purchased vehicle without even seeing it, thinking the manager had our best interest assuring me the vehicle was being repaired to it's top notch condition. The vehicle was actually never worked on and had all the damages it did initially. Asked for service invoice, manager was unable to provide. Took car to actual BMW dealer where we learned the vehicle had over $10,000 in damages. The entire total for the vehicle was $11,999.00, you do the math! Dealer was unable to accommodate us, contacted finance company looking to get out of vehicle. DO `NOT purchase form these people. They are fast talkers and will try to talk you into anything! They are not due diligent in the work they do, very unorganized and trashy! Oh, did i forget to mention we haven't even gotten the paperwork from the purchase sale agreement!? YEAH!

Very polite and answer any question you may have. We purchased a GMC Denali and it drives excellent. Totally inlove with it! All of them were wonderful to work with and will most definitely purchase again from them. Keep doing a great job!!

Still haven't gotten my money nor has anyone return my calls. Been recording every call I make to them. BBB didn't do anything, currently working with consumer affairs. Everytime I call they all say I have to wait for the boss who is never there (when I happen to call). Just want my warranty money back. Took a huge loss on the lemon they sold me, oh well you live and learn.*Currently working with BBB to handle this issue. This dealership owes me over a thousand dollars.Will give a full explanation once this matter is resolved.Don't hesitate to contact me if you've had issues with this dealership.**Buyers beware of the fake reviews! They have family and friends leaving good reviews.**

I want to share my experience of TAC, especially after reading reviews. I asked for Luis because people had some good things to say about him in the reviews. He turned out to be extremely friendly and cooperative. In working out a deal, his boss, Orlando, also proved to be a professional, amiable gentleman. This dealership is a family-oriented environment. I got a good deal because I went over my vehicle with a fine-toothed comb and negotiated accordingly. Overall, this was a very positive experience.

I purchased a 2008 BMW X3 from Twin City Auto and the experience exceeded all expectations. The whole staff is very welcoming and informative, and they addressed all of my concerns and got me a great deal. A special thanks to one of the owners Jorge "worth the money" Vega who made good on his promise with 2 repairs. A+ dealership thanks again!!

These guys are the best. Very professional and accommodating. They know how to go the extra mile. After my test drive, they had their mechanics go over the car again just to make sure I was happy, then they delivered to me. I dont write reviews but I've got an ear to ear smile on right now because of Luis and John. Thanks.

Don't buy from here!!They sell bad cars by resetting engine light signs.I purchased a car for 8k from this place and the next day the engine light sign turned on. The issue is with the turbocharger which is a $5k job. I took the car back to them 3 times and they kept resetting the engine light. I am so unhappy and angry, I tried calling the police and tried to take all the legal actions. I lost $8k. The owner has so much bad attitude! I only pray that this place goes to hell!

I too wen to go see the 2012 honda civic coupe but was planning to pay cash. The service was fine and everything went as planned with what i expected of the vehicle up until I made my offer of 7k which would include their fees and i'll pay the taxes. Then they mentioned to me that they have a 399 dealership fee plus a 900 "Prep" fee so i shook their hand and left even though the guy ran after me twice. Though the salesmen treated me well and tried his best to change the price the owner did not want to hear it. Don't waste your time here.

Amazing welcome and very honest people. There was no misleading, it was all clear and to the point. We got our car we wanted the day we visited. Orlando (the boss) is an awesome guy and very helpful. Albert is the one who took care of us through the process and was super clear, efficient and great personality.

Bought a car over 2 months ago with a broken mirror with hopes that they d keep their word on ordering the part and calling me when ready. It took 1 month to get them to call me and when I arrived it was the wrong peace. They said they d call me soon and well what do you know I waited another month. Then I called and no answer or reply. Then I called today and some guy threaten me over the phone and basically telling me to stop calling and that he doesn t know what I m talking about and that I should go over there and see what s up.I m very disappointed and will take legal action from now on.
