Went in with my "new to me" truck with a wobble and a pull. I got all four tires balanced and an alignment. The truck drives straight as an arrow and the wobble is gone.I highly recommend this shop. They have always been straight forward with price on repairs and any issues that have come up during repairs.Friendly, courteous and professional customer service and staff.

The day before thanksgiving (11/22/23) I get a flat. I was looking all over for a shop near by and this one had the best reviews. I didn t think they would take my car since it s the day before a holiday but they did. I cannot remember the name of the man I spoke to this morning his energy just clicked made me laugh on the phone they came to pick up my car within an hour after my phone call take my care and GOT IT DONE even though they had to order a tire. everyone I spoke with just amazing! and my car feels so good again, besides the best service i ve ever gotten for taking my car to a shop my favorite part was the chocolate car I got ! thank you guys again for being so amazing. definitely 100% recommending to everyone !

I would think twice before agreeing to Jon Miller Car Care Center from working on your car, in regards to the price. My main complaint on pricing is replacement parts. Almost every part replaced can be found for nearly 40-60% less on most retail auto shops.My car began misfiring from abnormally worn down spark plugs (That lasted 45k/100k miles) and shortly began shaking a lot. Car was towed to Jon Miller Car Care Center and the shop then diagnosed the issues then began repairs. Spark plugs, ignition wires, oxygen sensor, and 3 items each below $30 were replaced.Statement from Jon Miller Car Care Center - $634.64- Spark Plugs 4 x $23.99 = $93.56- OEM Ignition Wire Set 1 x $138.66 = $138.66- OEM Oxygen Sensor 1 x $329.70 = $329.70- 3 parts each under $30 = $72.72Prices from NAPA Online - $251.72 - $387.32- Spark Plugs 4 x $16.99 = $67.96- OEM Ignition Wire Set 1 x $60.79 = $60.79- OEM Oxygen Sensor 1 x $72.99 = $72.99- OEM Oxygen Sensor Option 2 1 x $208.59 = $208.59- 3 parts each under $30 = $49.98Overall, I was very disappointed with the pricing and I felt like I did not have much of an option but to pay. Just got my car towed to their shop and I did not want to risk damaging the car by driving to a different shop with the engine misfiring.This is borderline predatory and completely unacceptable.The replacement parts were roughly 65-150% upcharge depending on the OEM oxygen sensor that was purchased.Pictures are included!!!

If you need any work done on your car, don't hesitate to bring it by John's. He is very knowledgeable and honest. If you have a Pontiac Fiero or even a DMC DeLorean time machine, there is no other place but here that you should bring it to on the East Coast!

Where to begin without getting winded.Jon and his entire team, the whole staff and the entire shop has been absolutely stellar, I have only been using him exclusively.. He has done a lot of custom work to a very important vehicle of mine, a 2017 crew cab Dodge ram Big Horn.. from spicing up this truck and making it look like a gorgeous road queen, all the way to the services that he does to my daily maintenance, this includes my wife's vehicle as well.Jon Literally has always gone above and beyond each and every single time, not only has he met my needs but he exceeds my expectations each and every single time.He's never steered me wrong, he's brutally honest, from his integrity, his moral character and his overwhelming principles with customer care is absolute Paramount, there's not a single facility that can compare to his.Furthermore the interior is state of the art.I have always strongly recommended and strongly endorsed Jon Miller car Care center.Sometimes there's a reason why there's a line of people going in, that should tell you something.. five-star review

Excellent client service and honesty! The front desk staff are extremely pleasant and enthusiastic. I brought my car to Jon Miller for the first time seeking an alignment. Within an hour I was told the car didn t need an alignment and that the test was complimentary. I appreciate their honesty and will be back!

A few points to make ... 1) We travel 100 miles from our house no matter what the mechanical issues are ( including services like oil changes that can be performed locally) 2) Great customer service & superior trained Technicians is what you will find within your first 5 minutes of entering the door and speaking with a member of Team Miller.The next thing you notice while getting comfortable is this is not a filthy greasy waiting room, this kid-friendly zone is more like home, with Central Air Conditioning, Flat Screen TV, while free Wi-Fi keeps you connected, you might not find your favorite beer or ice cream in the fridge what you will find is a vending machines for snacks and soda and bathrooms that are handicap accessible and spotless.If you schedule your work bring your favorite K cup as there is Keurig for your java fix. So You say that's great but can they fix my car, not only will they fix your car in a timely manner at a great price, while standing behind their work with a 2 year / 24month confidence warranty and in my case give me and my family the peace of mind that while driving my 100-mile commute to work every day in my 19-year-old jeep with a 157,000 mile that any work they performed was done right with only the best parts. 3) How do I know all of this? because trained professionals go over every detail of the process, and because we own a 1984 Ferio,1999 jeep Cherokee sport, 2013 Dodge Laramie and a 1991Chevrolet P30 all of which are explicitly worked on by Jon Miller Car Care Center

If you have a BMW do not use this service they had my car for over a week and could not diagnose my problem, spilled oil all over my spark plugs, cleared codes for no reason, and left bolts and screws out of place and in my cup holder... just poor service to be honest and I was left 460 dollars shorter after all of this. Not only will i never bring a BMW there I will never be using thier services again.Service: Engine repair

Suggest skipping this shop, if you value your time or your Subaru.Charged OEM part prices for a service involving a timing belt swap, installed cheap Chinese parts instead. 9k miles into a 105k interval and the Chinese tensioner started to fail. Investigation came to find that the timing belt was near threads and all involved pulleys were failing.Any part with a torque spec was installed with an impact wrench to insane levels, and most of the hardware was rounded or stripped. 6 weeks at the shop, original problem was unresolved, and going on a year later still un-doing their overall sloppy and unprofessional work.Associates will lie to you, and your insurance company. In short, avoid if you can.

Called Jon Miller Car Care after Mr Tire refused to mount and balance my new Bridgestone tires on my new black OZ rims. Jon fit me in same day last minute and was able to mount and balance my new tires and wheels as well as perform a four wheel alignment. Jon's dad was a big help on the phone and all the mechanics and technicians I spoke with were friendly and professional.My new tires and wheels look great and my car is back on the road! Thanks Jon and team - you've got a new happy customer!

We asked JMCC to replace the brake pads. He said he had to do the rotors also, so we agreed, even tho it didn t need them. Brake system working fine when we took the truck in. Picked up truck after replacement was done, and a few miles down the road the brakes were smoking hot. Went back to JMCC and they refused to look at them or offer a warranty for their work, as we diagnosed the need for pads ourselves. Now we have had to replace multiple calipers and brake lines. They never told us they had to diagnose or no warranty! $1500 wasted Service: Brakes

Thanks again to Brian and team. My radiator went and they told me that they wouldn't have a tow until the morning but they did send a tow truck last minute that same evening. They were very nice and polite and on time and kept communication. I appreciate all the work that they did and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Turns out that I didn't need any work done, just had rusty rotors.I took same 2012 van somewhere else in town & was told it needed work that didn't need to be done, among other things. I had an alternator go on me while driving on the Garden State Parkway on the way to visit family on a late Friday afternoon. My family recommended that I have the car towed to Jon Miller Car Care Center. I told them I needed to go home on Monday. They said that they were busy and that they would try. They made the repair and I was on my way on Monday. The bill was less than expected, which was a good surprise. Also they give you a chocolate car when you leave which is a really cool touch. I'd highly recommend Jon Miller Car Care Center.

I am a repeat customer many times over and Jon Millers has done some pretty big jobs for my near 14 year old Civic Si. Those include the Alternator, Starter Motor, and recently I had 3 new Valves/TPMS installed and re-learned into system. For 3 years now I have been refilling my tires; in the winter it's once a week and in summer, once every 2 weeks. I am looking forward to saving time in the future with the great work that Jon Miller's does, I am confident in the quality of work. I more then recommend these guys for the big jobs, save your money and pass the dealerships who just want your money....not your loyalty.Services: Tires, Oil change

Best repair shop in 100 miles. Honest, caring and professional people you will ever know. Give them a try. I have had tune-ups, belt replacement, tire replacement, and custom work done on my cars. I recommend them highly.

I have been using Jon Miller Car Care Center for a few years now and can't say enough good things about them. From my cars to my work trucks, Jon Miller Car Care Center has got me covered! Everything from Tires, Brakes, Hoses, Batteries, Transmissions work, Engine work, Front end work and much more!! His shop and Crew are Phenomenal. Extremely Professional, Beyond Knowledgeably, Great Customer Service, But most of all, a Honest and Fair shop! I've been in business for over 10 years with employees that's have abused work trucks. Numerous shops have ripped me off or not even fixed the problem but still charged me. Jon Miller's High Certified ASE Mechanics Diagnosed and Fixed a issue that 4 other shops couldnt, including the making dealership! For the first time in years I drove my truck and didn't see my battery light. I will forever be a customer to Jon Miller Car Care. I cant say thank you enough!!!
