Jeffrey quoted a fair price and was able to explain how he arrived at that figure. He arranged a same-day pickup, communicated with me several times during the day, and came on time. He was quick and competent in loading the car onto the truck and paid the price he quoted at that time. He was super-easy to work with and I was happy to support his local business. Highly recommend!

My vehicle decided to croak this Christmas on a road trip from MA to FL. Turns out, the engine seized so it was left in the BMW lot until we could get rid of it. After no luck finding anyone to take the car (including BMW), we stumbled across Valentino's. Jeff saved the day with a last minute tow before BMW started charging storage fees. AND his quoted price was much more than what we were expecting! Being that we never met in person yet still received great service from a friendly gent is why I HIGHLY recommend Valentino's, especially if you re ever in the strangest of pickles as I was.

I recently used Valentino's Auto Recycling to tow a car that was no longer running. When I contacted Jeffery he was informative about the process. We arranged a date and time. The company messaged me that day to confirm, also giving an ETA. They were punctual & friendly even while working in the rain. I would recommend them!

Easy, smooth interaction from getting a quote to setting a time to junk the car.They came between the window that was offered to junk the car; no hassle, excuses or problems. Price that was offered was given, took my license plates off for me and great professionalism. Overall satisfied with a job well done! Recommended to everyone in the tristate area!

Jeffrey was the BEST!!!! He came out and towed my car, junked it for cash and referred me to the business to purchase a new vehicle! polite, punctual and overall very understanding! he also gave me a ride home when i was stranded! thank you soooo much jeffrey!!! i will never forget this kindness when i was in a difficult situation!!

My newly minted 18 year old s hooptie went down her first weekend home from her first semester of college. We had it towed to Advance Auto on Broad Street in Trenton to check on a battery that was only a year old. Nonetheless, we recognized, Earl , her name for the 1999 Buick Park Avenue, had seen its last days. It was officially dead. The folks at Valentino s took this vehicle off our hands by paying for the impound fees $319. 00 (no thanks to Advance Auto who had given her permission to leave it overnight in the lot and then had it towed away but that s another corporate complaint). Thank for so much for assisting my daughter and me with the transaction of getting the vehicle out of impounded and its final disposition. At a time when people don t have to be nice, from owner to tow truck driver were very kind and generous towards us especially when they did not have to be. Highly recommend them!

We purchased a used car from here and it couldn't have been a better experience! We drove almost 4 hours here with kids and it was worth it! The guys we dealt with were super personable, knowledgeable, and very honest. They were forthcoming with the issues the car had and let us test drive it and thoroughly check it out. We drove back home with a beautiful used Z and I honestly can't rave enough about these guys and their shop!

I called Valentino s to pick up our beater car that was in an accident. They responded quickly, offered a very fair price, and showed up when they said they would. The car was gone in less than 24 hours. Legit company, excellent service. I will use again.
