I really appreciate you guys. I was under a lot of stress both the ladies at front desk made it as easy as possible. I was there less than 15 minutes with a rental ready to pick me up that I can still go to work while they fix the damage on my car . I didn t feel stressed out with them having my car. I got it back before the date I have to say that I appreciate you guys tremendously. Thank you for everything that you guys have done for me. It was amazing how great you guys fix my baby THANKS

Well, this is the second time they have worked on one of my vehicles and they really did a good job so far, I am satisfied and I would recommend them.

They did a great job in repairing my SUV after a hit and run while parked. The body shop did an amazing job. The office staff was also very pleasant to deal with. They explained the entire process and answered all my questions and concerns. The cherry on top was they finished earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend. Thank u to everyone involved in the process.

I recently took my car to Trenton CARSTAR for repairs, and while I m generally satisfied with the outcome, there were several aspects of the service that left me disappointed. The craftsmanship on the repairs themselves was commendable. They effectively fixed all the items damaged in the accident, restoring my car to a good condition. However, it wasn t an entirely smooth experience.My major grievance is with the interior of my car. Unfortunately, they stained my passenger seat with black paint or a similar substance. The stains are quite noticeable and seem permanent, which is a significant downside to the overall service.Another issue was with additional services. I requested that the new tires be rotated to the front of the vehicle. They assured me this would be done, but it wasn t. I had to go elsewhere to get this task completed, which was an inconvenience.Additionally, I was not informed about the condition of my brakes. They were damaged in the accident and needed replacement a fact I only discovered due to a grinding noise when I picked up the car. This lack of communication caused unnecessary concern and could have been easily avoided with a simple update from the staff.In summary, while the primary repairs on my car were done well, the lack of attention to detail in customer service and vehicle care was frustrating. The unnoticed brake issue, the unfulfilled promise of tire rotation, and the stained passenger seat were significant letdowns. I hope Trenton CARSTAR can improve these aspects for future customers.

Staff at CarStar were very helpful and pleasant. I had been in an auto accident and the car was badly damaged. They worked with me and the insurance company and helped to make a bad situation easier to deal with.

This was not my first time using Carstar for body repair and certainly will not be my last. The communication with updates throughout the repair was great. I knew what to expect and they completed the work a day early. I definitely recommend Carstar for body repairs. My car looks new, like it was never damaged.If you want great body work, Carstar is the place to take your vehicle. I've been to one other place because my insurance at the time didn't use Carstar and I wasn't satisfied on the pick up. I had to return it and still wasn't completely satisfied. Carstar is the best in my opinion.

Love the professionalism of staff Justin, the care and concern I felt he gave me was very good, as well as the whole team. It's worth the 2 hr it took to process my purchase, and the bagels and juice wasn't bad either.

Really great experience in every meaningful way. These guys were very courteous, professional and most importantly competent. The work was done right on schedule and as far as I can tell... flawlessly. I'm VERY happy with the results and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing body work and/or painting for their vehicle. Took my SUV to get body work corrected from a rear end collision. Carstar took their time, did not rush any work and was communicating through out the process. Great staff and great workmanship. I also did not expect but was very surprised and happy to have the SUV washed and possibly detailed. I picked up my SUV as if it was brand new from a dealer. Great work and highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A minor repair (front driver s side bumper/fender clipped a deer while driving 35mph) that should ve taken 3 weeks took 2 months. The repair was done well and the people were nice, but there was no rhyme or reason for this repair to have taken so long. Worst of all, the estimate repair date would change a day before. Their work was good, they provide you also with test messages on the status of your car repair. I would recommend they better align their test messages on the progress of the work with the actual expected completion date. It is okay their for thei estimated completion date to be off 1 or perhaps 2 days but not 3 or 4 days.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Can't go wrong here, the only place I trust wholeheartedly with everything. The staff here is awesome, good people that will always work with you and your insurance company to make the experience effortless in your part. Everyone here has great experience from the parts department, the body guys, to paint & detail. The paint department especially too is top notch at what they do and I wouldn't recommend to anyone else. The end result of the job you go here for always exceeds expectations, I couldn't be more happy, my car honestly looks better than it ever did. Detailed perfectly too when I picked it up I've never seen it look so photo worthy. Take it to these guys, no question.Service: Body & Trim

My Subaru Outback came back looking just as it did when I bought it.� Everybody at the front desk and everybody in the back working on the cars do amazing work. Worked directly with my insurance and didn't have to worry about anything. I did find a couple things after the work was done when they first had it in, but they told me to bring it in and they fixed those couple issues right away. The longest wait was on parts, which is in no way CarStars fault, but once all the parts were in house the work was done quickly and precisely.� I would recommend this place, and if I need auto body work I will be back to use them again.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim
