This is my always go to repair shop! Very nice and understanding staff. My car needed a few things done and before they worked on it, Leslie, very well in detail explained everything that is needed fixing. She was very professional and nice. They fixed my axles and brakes in a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend coming here for anything that your car needs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

I have really tried to avoid providing negative feedback as I am extremely suppprtive of family run businesses, but it's important to be honest so other consumers are aware. My vehicle has been presenting the exact same symptoms for over a year. I have gone through 3 batteries, an alternator that doesn't power the vehicle, a compressor, and about 7 tows all at the misdiagnosis of this shop. My vehicle is driven less than 3k miles per year and I have had it for 6 with an average of $1k - $1.2k annual maintenance max. Each time I sent my car to Torres I was overcharged way beyond the market average and the relationship was fine until I began to notice workers who look like they were brought in off the street working on my vehicle versus the regular gentlemen who is there and began questioning the prices and why the vehicle was continuing to show the same issues although we fixed everything they diagnosed. When it was time to have a tough discussion around why, it was demanded that I pick up my vehicle with the phone hung up in addition to being unprofessionally placed on speaker for customers to chime in with comments from the background. If you can avoid this shop, do so. If you cannot, know what you need before you go and have a vehicle diagnostic before AND after they have touched your vehicle. If not, you could end up taken for a ride and rebuilding all the basics.

Called in for an oil change, they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. Provided great customer service, it was a quick and a fair price for the change and filler for 2022 H-RV. Highly recommend!!

I did have my car dropped off Saturday because it was convenient but their prices are not.They wanted $130 for a water outlet that cost $39 brand new. $150 for labour on that part. Then wanted way more for a piece that cost $10-16 (coolant pipe) plus more labour totaling $480 if I used their parts. I said what if I brought the pieces then? They said labour would be doubled totaling over $500 if I brought my own pieces. So I called around other places and EVERY single one said they were trying to get one over on me for something simple. They did charge $60 for a diagnostic fee, which is reasonable. I would advise if you want reasonable prices to reach out to Chaves on greenwood or Nicks auto, still close by and affordable and they communicate well. Both confirmed they wouldn't charge over $50-100 for something so simple.I will say I gave it two stars because I really liked the girl at the front desk she didn't ignore me . I sat there about 10 minutes then a guy walked in and the mechanic came out walked right past me and helped him like I wasnt sitting there. After I got my key the same mechanic interrupted our conversation, and started talking to the girl at the front desk in Spanish because they assumed I didn't know Spanish.( i do by the way) But the fact was it was very rude! But I liked Leslie once she came in she acknowledged me very professionally unlike the mechanic, who walked past to service someone who came after me without speaking to me. He said not one word to me but spoke about me in front of me.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These people told my gf they would take payment over the phone, which is the only reason she dropped my car off there to be serviced. When I called to pay, they couldn't give me the correct price, insisted there's no way to take payment over the phone with a CC, which is obviously insane given the myriad of business that can do so.They're lucky I didn't contact the police to have them retrieve my vehicle as they had taken possession of it under false pretenses.Just terrible and incompetent.Service: Oil change

Had to replace my entire oil pan because the mechanics there are incompetent... A regular oil change turned into a whole pen replacement because of their incompetence.. do not recommend take your money elsewhere for the sake of your wallet and car!!!!
