I wouldn t even give them a half a star!! Went in to have my catalytic converter replaced was told the one I had to replace it wasn t the one!! But it was ! I ask for a diagnostic that I paid $75 for and got no print out.. was also told my car would cost 5000 to repair, more then it s worth.. but I on my did a oil change.. and had a great mechanic work on my car.. total cost parts and labor a lil under $500. I would never go back there again.. BTW my car is running great.. no thanks to them.

I found Sergio shop on Google. My car was misfiring. I happen to be about a mile away and I was able to drive there. I called in and they were able to get me in at 2 PM on a Friday. Long story short. He ended up getting the part that was needed to fix my misfire and had me in and out within 2 hours. I was very shocked, but also very impressed. I recommend Sergio s auto repair to anybody that is located in this area or anybody in general that s willing to drive there. These guys are very professional and very fast without them. I would ve been stranded. Thanks again.

This place is very great for all your car needs. The guys are genuinely helpful and want to resolve your issues instead of giving you a cheap fix and draining your money in the long run. They definitely have a customer for life from me. Ossie is a great guy and he took care of me and my car needs. Definitely recommend this place to other people just check it out even if you re skeptical.

Terrible business, don t take your car there for service, you will be over charged and bad service. They tried to charge me $477.00 for a muffler for a 2010 Honda. I went to Low Cost Exhaust in PA the whole job including service and parts cost $211.00.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I needed an oil change today and decided to stop at Sergio s. In their busy schedule they were able to take me in and do my service in a timely fashion. The workers are bilingual so there will never be a miscommunication. They were very polite to inform me of other issues I may have with my vehicle and did not make me feel pressured to get the service done as other shops would. I will definitely be returning here for my future maintenance services for my car!Service: Oil change

Do not take your car here! They stole my car and said that there was nothing that they could do. They gave me the run around for weeks saying there was a special guy they used to fix my engine because of the type of motor it was and I had to get the police involved. I ended up taking them to court but was only able to recover the items I had receipts for. I took my car here to have a timing belt replaced and ended up loosing my whole car. If you have anything of value or anything you do value, do not bring your car here!!!!!! This is the BEST place for any automotive repairs. The staff is very respectful and friendly. They are a very professional small business with an amazing staff who are experienced in there work. I recommend everyone come here because they will help you and get you on your way. Very sweet staff always helpful and they will work with you. They are fair with pricing if not cheaper compared to other mechanic shops I have been too. I will be coming here from now on for my automobile. I called a day ahead asking if I was able to come in the next day. The next morning, I went in, they told me what the problem was. I left the car there at 9am and went to pick it up by noon when they said it would be ready. The lady at the front desk was so kind. Everyone there who I spoke to was very professional and so pleasant! I will definitely be recommending Sergio's to anyone who needs car repairs!! So I hAd a noise in vehicle was told it was one thing replaced that than was told it was another to only get my car back and it not being completely fixed like mentioned the person told me that he is sure once completed the last thing he can ensure me the noise would go away and I wouldn t hear what I heard on vehicle anymore upon getting my car no one told me there is a possible transmission issue didnt. Tell me anything about the car just paid and given keys after test driving it I notice the problem isn t fixed would not recommend this shop due to the people not being honest

i dont recomend that place i went for oil change , they forgot to put the cap back in the motor so they didnt make sure everything was correct and i have to go next day asking fot the cap of the motor ,,under the car oil was everywhere was like a someone new were working in my car i did oil changes in other places and they clean if there is some oil spill , i dont recomend the place at all i ask for part and they told me 500$ guees what i spend in other mecanic 110$ the other mecanic give me a lot of options , this places 500 period if you like to spend a lot of money and no options you can go this place .have a great day

Woke up with my catalytic converter missing from my vehicle. Quickly, I got referred to Sergios and within 24 hours my car was back to new. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back if any future work is needed.

Sergio was super helpful, took care of my car and got me out of there in no time. The shop makes you feel like family.
