Worst experience ever. The driver showed up and put my car on the lift then proceeded to drop it back to the ground to respond to a nearby police call that took priority. Dispatch told me he would be back in 20 minutes. Car showed up 2 hours later at the drop off. Suggestion for your business, get more than 1 truck OR give the insurance company the option to dispatch it to a company actually available to respond to the call. I ll also be contacting GEICO and letting them know the type of service their 3rd party company is providing. Horrible experience.

Great place. They helped me out when no one else wanted to get outa bed. They even brought me to their mechanic who saved me a ton of money.

The tow truck driver game me the business cards and said we buy junk cars. The receptionist was pleasant and went above and beyond to help me.

Absolutely horrible people, the car that was towed was left in the middle of the street IN a crosswalk 10 ft away from a fire hydrant. After calling the company multiple times I was returned with a highly rude manager threatening to not even move the car.

Risoldis's in burlington co. Was amazimg. They came out. Fast. Prepared. And the driver was very polite and courteous. (I had and 85 honda prelude broke down in shoprite hainesport nj) towed which is kinda lowered to the ground...and the driver did an excellent job.Also it definitely needs to be KNOWN the driver had the cleanest inside cab i had ever seen in a tow-truck. Also smelled amazing inside cab

THIEVES! HOW TERRIBLE THAT A TOW COMPANY WOULD STEAL YOUR $350.00 RADIO OUT OF YOUR CAR! ITS NOT ENOUGH THAT THEY RIP YOU OFF FOR THE TIME THEY HAVE YOUR CAR BUT STOLE THE RADIO AND BROKE THE DASHBOARD TO GET IT OUT! WAS NOT MISSING WHEN THE POLICE CAME BEFORE THEY CALLED THE TOW COMPANY! WORSE PART IS THEY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH TRENTON POLICE AND THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!! BEWARE

They are horrible when my car got total they act like they didn't want my insurance company to pick up my car even after I got the letter from the police station stating that the car could be released to my insurance company
