Took my car in for service. They gave me a full list of everything they checked, not just the repairs. Everyone there is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. When I needed a ride home and back, it was no problem. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Brian (service manager) is amazing. He treated me and my truck wonderful. Frank the mechanic took extra special care of my truck. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

My car hit some debris after a storm and the transfer case was damaged, rendering the car non-drivable. I really could not afford a rental car and needed to get to campus to teach 2 classes the day after they got my car towed in. Pullens went the extra mile and fixed my car in less than a day! They also worked with my insurance company even after I picked up the car to help me get the best possible settlement from my policy. Thank you Pullens!

Took my car in for bad sway bar and mystery noise. Dealer quoted me $900 just for front sway bar. Pullens diagnosed noise as rear sway bar. Fixed both for under $500. Not only is noise gone, but car handles better than it has in many months. Pullens is always honest and fair, and cost has always been reasonable. Pullen's comes through again without a whole lot of, "oh we can't get you in!". They picked up my vehicle from my home, (tow driver was awesome, btw) got it to the shop, diagnosed, called me immediately to notify and get approval to fix it. And the part was in warranty they let me know right away! I'm a regular with this company for my vehicles.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

They always do a great job when I need work done on my car and the entire staff is very kind, especially customer service! My only complaint is that the estimated time was off which affected an appointment I had but I am sure it was a busy day! I've gone to them every time I've needed work done and they continue to deliver. I also love that they are eager to help you by offering a free ride home service. I think that is really cool!

Brakes, rotors and pads were needed for my car; excellent service with a reasonable price. Mechanic Kevin took the time to listen to the description of the issue. I was very happy with the care and interactions of the staff; they made me feel comfortable in leaving my car in their hands.

Got the best price on tires (WAY better than the dealership!) and was able to have my car inspected without having to sit in line at DMV for an hour or more. The complimentary shuttle service home after dropping my car off was also appreciated! Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. Went in for Oil Change and general maintenance, eveything was good. They did quality work and the price was great. They noticed I needed to have my rear brakes done so I'm going back to them in two weeks to do this.If I had any complaint it's that scheduling an appointment means nothing it justs holds a spot for you that day. Which i'm sure is true for a lot of car repair businesses. They did get me my car back the same day.Very pleased with the service overall.Service: Oil change

Brought my aging Trailblazer to Pullens to see if they could find the source of some under the hood noise and in a matter of minutes I had a diagnosis. They had a shuttle service, which was invaluable to me dropping off and receiving my vehicle. They knew what issues I had thru comprehensive diagnostics. They will not rip you off. Their work is excellent and repairs fixed worry free. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to be treated fairly.
