Dan is wonderful! He had helped me with my car twice now, and each time he is super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I got my oil changed here for about $100, and it was done in under an hour. You really get what you pay for, and here it is excellent service.

The work was fine, I had the tires changed on my tesla model 3. But the attendant at the front desk was overly rude and made me doubt the ability to preform the simple tire change. The moment I showed up he was saying things like "we've been waiting for your tesla all day" when I clearly booked an appointment for 2pm. And "I'm gonna need you to sign a liability waiver, I don't know if we're going to be able to jack up your car without damaging the battery" he 100% said that out loud when I was checking in.

I would give 0stars if I could. This is the second time I ve used this place. First time was with my boyfriend car. We drop his car off at 1030 and we wait 4 hours. We call and they told us we shouldn t have called. The customer service person who answers the calls is very mean.Today. I make an appointment for 2 they call me at 530 saying they are not doing my car today and I have to leave it over night. What s the point of an appointment if they aren t going to stay true to it. Terrible customer service. They should not treat customers like this. Disappointed

This is the second time I ve gotten my oil change done here. This is a very simple procedure and both times they couldn t put my skid plate beneath my vehicle back on correctly. The first time they did it, they did then correct the mistake but only after I had done damage to it not willing to replace it. This time they didn t even try to rebolt it back on, they zip tied it loosely to the bottom of my vehicle still causing it to drag on the roadway. This is unacceptable and I will no longer be a customer at pep boys. I brought my vehicle to a friend of mine who is a mechanic and he cut the zip ties and properly bolted the skid plate to the bottom of my vehicle in less than 10 minutes time

This specific PepBoys team in Bordentown hasn't let me down yet. The guys at the front computers are lovely people and the techs in the back have treated my car efficiently and given me important info I wouldn't have otherwise gotten about the status of parts in my car. They've also usually got some kind of promo going on for deals and they don't push stuff on me, but let me make my own decisions. Recently limped there in the pouring rain for a tire pressure light that ended up being a very flat tire and they switched it out quickly and competently. And I got to watch through the little window in the waiting room. I've been skeptical of the big name car spots for a while, but this team is great.

Every time we go here a simple oil change takes 2+ hours. And it's always an excuse of this guy's out, this guy is sick, this guy is injured. The final straw was when my car sat there for 2.5 half hours and when asked was told it could be another hour or more before it was taken back for service. Then I was being blamed for it since I made my appointment online, but I didn't, I made it on the phone with the manager. We will be going elsewhere.

Outstanding job. We were stuck with a flat tire 3 hours into a 6 hour drive and they got us right in on a Saturday with no appointment. Thanks again!!!

If you don't want to wait a minimum of 3-4 hours for as something as simple as an oil change go somewhere else. I've given this location many, many chances but everytime I take my car there it always seems like they are shorthanded. They use the website as an excuse like it's your fault that you booked an online appointment. Why even bother having them in the first place? Going somewhere else from now on

I had my brakes done here, it cost $800. When I picked it up and drove home I stopped at a wawa and my front driver wheel was SMOKING! I had to pour water on it! If it had caught on fire I would have been fked. So I took it back, they then charged me another $500 to fix that and another $100 to spice up the deal. I had to find a ride four times, pay $1400 for Brakes, and my car almost caught on fire. So judge for yourself.

The inside is very new and clean with a comfortable area to hang out and wait. It has tv, free wifi, and docking area for phone and devices. The service was quick and the employees were nice. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me and sell me everything.

My directional was out. The mechanic accidentally broke the cover. The manager, Nick, ordered me a new one and didn t charge me . Very pleasant atmosphere.

Funny how a woman walks in and all these recommendations happen. My pepboys recommended new tires when mine where 6 months old and not many miles on them.I will be going elsewhere. Always not enough technicians working or short staffed. Waited 2 hours for oil change with an appt.

Called they put me on hold which I understand perfectly normal . However, when the guy pic up the call he has no manners or good customer service . He was not polite very rude when talking when asking for suggestions or advice he just shot out prices and offer zero options and said you asked just for one thing not for the what is consider the full service . People call because we don t know and that s why we asked .

***For an oil change only*** Easy to book an appointment online (plus you get a discount for doing so), the place is a little busy, so checking in takes some time if there is a line or someone needs extra attention. The price is a little inflated for an oil change - I guess that where the free rotation and tire/break inspection are covered (which is appreciated). But the job was done correctly and much faster than any dealership I know of.

Called on Saturday morning at 930 to see if I could get my car in and out that day. They said yes. Dropped my car off at 10, was once again assured my car would be ready by the end of day. Called at 4PM when my car wasn't done, was once again told that my car would be done that day. At 615, I received a call telling me that my car would not be done that day.Come to find out, the employees dropped a vehicle from a lift on Saturday, which is why my car was delayed.Would rate 0 stars if I could. It's bad enough that they give wrong information, it's worse that they don't call and update customers. It's simply unacceptable that the manager had no answer to my complaint besides "deal with it". Nicholas is a terrible manager and should be fired on the spot.

Don at the counter offered friendly and quick check in service. My tire was changed within an hour even though it was a very busy Saturday. Highly recommend this location. Thanks all!

Fast, Friendly, and Professional. I was getting 4 new tires after getting a flat. The rim was bent and the new tire would not seal. They went over my options, recommended I get the alloy rim repaired at another local shop and then bring it back to put on the 4th tire. Best prices compared to any other shop too!

Driving home from Florida we experienced a flat tire. Limped my way to this shop and John took amazing care of us. We got there about 6:00 and he did his best to help and even stayed late. Long and short we ended up having to buy 4 new tires. Can t say enough good things about John and the team at this shop!

I had an 11:00 appointment & my car wasn't worked on until 11:50. car wasn't completed until 12:35, just a simple oil change. Why make an appointment at all if it is not going to be honored? I probably will use a car service near me that will take my car on time. Everything else was OK, just took TOO long.

Took my vehicle in for tire, alignment, balance, and rotation. The car was not even there for 15 minutes. When I received a phone call that one of the technicians had used a hammer on one of the bolts, holding my tire on to my vehicle. The technician broke the bolt and arm, holding the tire onto the vehicle. Now my vehicle is not drivable at all and will now cost me $800 to fix. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!

Check engine light came on, I brought it in to this Pep boys branch and was told the car engine was "blown" and couldn't be fixed, that I had to give up on it and buy a new one. I towed it to a different shop for a second opinion and they fixed it in a day for around $100. The valve covers on the oil were missing and so oil was getting into the cylinder and catalytic converter. Fairly easy fix. Now it's humming along fine and just passed inspection. Honestly the Pep boys associates I met here didn't seem entirely competent. But they uttered everything with such absolute certainly that it was hard to know how to react. Definitely get a second opinion...

Took my car there for routine manitance and repair of wheel baring. They did a fantastic job. 2 weeks later the wheels weren't balanced and they took me right in to adjust the problem. Definitely recommend them.

Excellent service! Scheduled an appointment for tires, they followed up with a text and a phone call. These guys are super nice and friendly. I will use them again.

Fantastic all around. Great, friendly team, clean facility and they went out of their way to make me and my boys feel comfortable. I would recommend if you are in the area and need service.
