Attention: Specific to this location - Olden Ave-Trenton.The crew there? Top-notch! They're all about breaking things down into layman's terms, so you know what is going on with your car.However- while the service is all smiles and clarity, your wallet might not leave as happy. I swung by for a full synthetic oil change and later found out I could've saved myself a cool $40 over at Walmart for the same deal. It's a bummer because, for real, I've been telling my coworkers and family to check them out, especially for a quick assessment or price check on repairs.Case in point, I took my partner there, who's got a 2018 GMC Suburban. He was looking to get new tires and got quoted $400 each. You can imagine the sticker shock, right? He'd already seen the same tires elsewhere for $279. After that, he didn't even bother asking about the shocks he wanted to replace.So here's the bottom line: The folks at Mr Tire are genuinely a pleasure to deal with. They're courteous, they're sharp, and they're eager to help. But, and it's a big but, the prices can be a bit of a letdown. It's tough because you want to support a place with such great people, but it's hard to justify when there are more wallet-friendly options out there.

Had 4 tires installed and balanced. John and his staff were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Kept me informed the whole time as to what was going on. Will definitely be back.

if you need anything done to your vehicle, make sure you talk to Arlin Graves. i was initially going for a flat tire replacement under warranty, ended up getting much needed work done for a hell of a great deal along with warranties. mans took care of me and and my car, very knowledgeable and generous and willing to help in any way, go check him out Arlin Graves

My son bought tires for his truck there after I recommended him to do so. The tires were installed and a very lousy alignment was done. The truck now shimmies. He was told that he could get it fixed but they would charge him again. Last time I recommend anyone to that place.

While the managers (Johnathan and Gabriel) were certainly polite and the pricing was reasonable, the mechanics did not take proper care. Had four tires installed. Dirt, grease & grime scuffs & hand prints left on doors and carpet (no protective mats used). Scratched one of the alloy rims. Rims were left unsightly dirty of the work (soap/lubricant residue, dirt, grease prints). Not the care you would hope of a high-end german vehicle.

Tire lasted exactly a week and been trying for two years to get a refund. They put a new tire on a bad valve and didn t even check after asked to do do. Left my 19yo stranded for hours on the side of the road. Avoid at all costs

After experiencing a flat and stripped bolts on Labor day, Hands down store 1012 is one of the best shops I've ever been too, Awesome customer service thanks for all your help John thankyou very much for your communication with prices and quick skills to get us back on the road..

The guy got me in for a high mileage synthetic oil change for $91.00 bucks. I had a noise coming from the wheel bearing. He said he heard "nothing" on the test drive. It makes a loud roaring sound. It's definitely something, and I brought to another place, who confirmed I needed a wheel bearing.

Great mechanics, a. Bunch of good guys,very helpful the place is very clean and they work around your schedule and open Saturdays & Sundays they stay until the job is done too!

Great customer service. I got my 4 tires done here. Employees were friendly and answered my questions. I returned again a couple weeks later for an oil change. Again, very enjoyable. I'll be recommending these guys to everyone i know!

Excellent Service. Manager Gabriel always provides great service, is knowledgeable and above all patient during all my visits. I can confidently take my car my car in and trust what they recommend and never feel as though I am being taken advantage of. The staff is most often making repairs as quickly as they can and I appreciate that I do not have to wait around all day (unless i need a big job, but in even those cases the timing is still reasonable compared to other shops). Highly recommended.

Had to get a tire here- Was ready in an hour, even though they were working on vehicles before me. It was also a few hours to close and there was a terrible thunderstorm coming, so I figured I would have had to wait, but nope!! Jessica at the front desk was not only the sweetest, but super fast and helpful!! For the tire I got, the price and warranty I received was above and beyond!! Overall, really glad that there s a shop close to me that I can trust and know I m not going to come out with the same problems I went in with (and then some) and my wallet bleeding (:

I am so disappointed in Mr tire I have been going there for years, but no longer. I was there 4 weeks ago and was told i need rotors and brake pads paid a whopping 650.00 only the next day to hear scraping. Then I was told calibers and it would take two weeks to come in. We'll that was a month ago. I have personally went in once and I have called 3 times just to be lied to by David. He gonna Call me he has yet to call. We'll don't bother David I'm calling corporate. When you spend this type of money. Any money matter if fact you should be treated betterOff to corporate nowTeri RobinsonSo here is an update. I was reimbursed for the work and the additional cost that I paid at dealership. I don't even need calipers just need factory brakes. I appreciate Camille director of guest services however I have lost all respect for david general manager on olden Avenue

After many different auto repair shops I found that this location of me tire to be the best. The people there are honest and friendly. Being an older woman they could have taken advantage of me not knowing about auto repair but these guys were so fair and honest. They took time to explain what was wrong and how I didn t need the repairs that 2 previous shops said I needed. I am staying with this shop because not only were they honest, prices are reasonable but their friendliness and fast service with precision is a wonderful breath of fresh air! Thank you guys!!

Gabriel & Team were professional and efficient! I would like to thank him for helping me out in a jam. I purchased my own break pads and rotors in an attempt to do the work myself. Life being as it is, I could not do it but needed it done ASAP as I was already driving metal on metal. I called around and some shops would not even take my business unless I use parts purchased through them (marked up). When I explained to Gabriel this was my wife's car and it needed to be safe to drive since we have three little ones, he was kind enough to do it (charged labor only). The crew noticed additional repairs needed soon (front tires and break pads) so he didn't push the topic but offered quotes for the job and pricing (Good, Better and Best) so I would know moving forward. Being new to the area, I appreciate Gabriel going far and beyond (IMO) the normal Customer Service I have come to learn to be the norm at an auto body shop. Hand to God, after experiencing this quality of service...I told my wife we found our "Body Shop" and we will be taking both vehicles here only. Keep up the GREAT work (Gabriel and Team).

This place has the best staff and customer service. We had a lot of issues with our car and they worked on it for two days and we're very friendly and informative the whole time. Overall it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to return. Thanks so much for everything guys!

Terrible service, the guy at the desk kept answering the phone and helping other while speaking with meI use to come here all the time the service is absolutely the worst I will not be returning I had to come back to get something simple done that should have been done when I actually received my service wish I could give zero stars!

Go anyplace else unless you want to get ripped off! My husband took his car there for a regular oil change. The bill was double the cost, because Mr. Tire decided to use Synthetic oil, which cost more money. They didn't even ask, just did it themselves. Then, after I did a survey online, they gave a phone number to call. Waste of time! The guy wasn't even aware that they did a survey. After explaining what happened, he asked if we were willing to give them another chance?! What for, so they can rip us off again?!?! Nope, never. We will go anywhere else except this place!

This place is full of shady crooks.I took my CRV there a few times first 2 visits were fine but when I asked them to do my brakes (front and rear) they only did the fronts and not the rear. And the person on the phone tried to tell my wife she only needed front brakes not rear which doesn't matter...If I want all my brakes done and I pay for it they should be done. If I wanted professional opinions I would ask for one. Well turns out I was 100% right...The result? a week later the caliper fused to the rotor and intense grinding had started. Wheel shaking the whole 9 yards...I had to go back to complain they didn't do the job I asked them to do but they charged me for it. So now they had to do the work for free cause they didn't do what I asked from the beginning. And what did they do to get back at me?They stole my wheel lock key. I tried to get new tires today and I can't because months prior these crooks thought it'd be funny to steal my money first cause of their laziness and incompetence then when I come back to show them and for them to fix THEIR MISTAKES ...they steal my wheel lock key.I hope it was worth losing the business of a returning customer. Losers..

Mr. Tire always does an excellent job inspecting and doing maintenance on my vehicle. I would highly recommend this place. They are honest and the price point Mr. Tire offers is very reasonable. Gabriel in particular provides great customer service and takes the time out to explain everything.

Second time around, shop clerk was awesome. Showed where I could save some much needed cash, especially welcome this time of year, even gave me a discount to cover their previous minor error. Very knowledgeable staff, and welcoming.

Highly recommended! My family and I were 400 miles from home and our camper tire had a blow out. Road side assistance put our spare on, but we still had ways to go and it was getting late. We looked for the closest repair shop and arrived at 5:45 pm. Jonathan at the front was courteous and super helpful, on top of having the tire in stock which was surprising enough, he got one of the mechanics to replace my tire on the spot even though they were closing. Thank you, and your team Jonathan for helping us out. We made it to our destination and had a great vacation, in big part, thanks to you!
