We had a phenomenal experience with Merrill s yesterday. Our car was flooded over the weekend and was towed to their lot. The staff went out of their way to physically help us retrieve our belongings from the car and even disassembled our roofbox for us/helped us load it. They were supremely kind and supportive in what is a difficult time for our family. We are very grateful to them for their kindness and highly recommend them!

Good crew, i had my car break down and called my roadside assistance and they had someone from this company come pick my car right up and tow it all the way to my tuner. Took them less than an hour to pick my car up and they took extremely good car of my subaru hatch.

Car was broken down in Lawrenceville they said they would tow my car back up to East Brunswick so I was sitting waiting for then and then all of a sudden they "couldn't do it". Are you kidding me. What a horrible company this is outrageous

Shout out to merril for rescuing me and fixing my truck right a way very very professional establishment ceaser is a genuine dude very up front from the beginning fair pricing awesome discount they just amazing my truck running better then it was before definitely recommend their service they will take good care of you !

So my daughters car was illegally towed I ended up finding out this was the company that had her car we got there the next morning soon as they opened and was quoted a price we then went to get the release form when we got back this company had tacked on another 175$ in 20 min I couldn t believe the total for two days they charged my daughter 175 extra dollars saying the guy took 1 hour to winch her car on the flat bed SCAM after paying the ridiculous amount of $448 I then called my own company to retrieve the vehicle it took the driver 5-10 min to get her car on the flat bed they had with no winching at all absolutely no stars given

I would give it no stars but it won't let me rate that low! Merrill towing left my son stranded until 3 am last night. The woman that originally took my first call said the guy was having trouble with his tow and she'd check on it and call me right back. Wouldn't answer their phones after that and just abandoned the emergency tow call that I put in thru my insurance company. He had to call an uber and leave his car where it broke down. These crooks took my credit card number (charging me $57) and didn't do the job. I will be planning a call with the BBB today also.

This Company used to be name Bianca Truck Sales and they changed their name (probably because they've done so much shady business). I bought a box truck from Lourdes on April 26, 2021 it is October and I still haven't run the truck to do any loads. I drove the all the way from North Carolina to New Jersey and I drove truck off the lot for 45 minutes to go home and it broke down. I had it towed to a Hino dealership who informed me that the alternator was bad. Lourdes suggested that I have it towed to New Jersey from Maryland for them to "fix" the alternator and whatever else was wrong with the truck. It hasn't ran since I bought the P.O.S. They rigged the truck up enough for me to drive it off the lot and break down. Not only is the alternator rusted and old, they rigged up wires so the battery dies. I've had the alternator replaced, the def sensor replaced, the alternator replaced, I've put 3 new batteries in the truck and it only came with two smh and it still won't run longer than 30 minutes before it breaks down. At this point I do not know what to do. It was a 2013, Hino 268 Box Truck. Do not patronize this place at all. They do not know how to do business. 6 months of paying for insurance and for a truck that I have yet to use. Please listen to me guys. They do shady business.

My car was totaled when someone went through a red light and into my drivers side door at 45 mph. The cops called Merrill s to tow my car. I got a hospital ride in an ambulance. David Stimon is exactly the personality I needed when I finally found my car. Prompt, kind, informative and helpful. Great follow up too.

They were great, used them through NJM roadside assistance, they are a great asset to NJM. they arrived in half the ETA I was given, the driver was great, after a highway speed blowout in a dark area the driver got me and my vehicle home safe. I'm sorry I don't have the drivers name but the tow was 2/16/21 7:30 pm . God bless him !Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Showed up within an hour and as he hooked the car up, he took a picture of the trans line that was detached. Sent me the picture so my mechanic (who replaced the lines earlier this year) doesn't try to gouge me. Excellent service and I couldn't be happier.

These guys robbed the inside of my car while they had it in their custody. Stole my GoPro, a Mountain Hardwear jacket, an under armor jacket, a basketball, portable charger, a pair of sunglasses, a knife and a few other personal things that were in the car. They denied that this could happen and refused to talk to me any further about it. The police department refused to even look into the company or the allegations. This company is corrupt and dishonest.

Wouldn t recommend Merrill s Auto body to anyone who is looking to tow a vehicle. Waited over 3 hours for them to show up, waited 4 hours.. and it goes on. I finally got tired of waiting and called High Gears towing company, they saved me!

Awsome. There s a guy Tito there he loves to tell u a story before he gives u an answer an there customer care was awsome I thought I was speaking with a woman but he said his name was David ?!.. idk an the towers are awsome on time an respectful. Thankx again

Told me they were on their way to give me a tow, about an hour. Cancelled the call and didn't say anything. I waited close to 2. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.YOU WILL REGRET IT.
